Mortuum strode from out of the deathscape, into the sense woodlands. He was more at home here.
Robin walked quietly through the dark woods. Though his fur was a bit bright, he was so small that it hardly mattered anyways. He was badly malnourished, as to be expected from a kitten who had to raise himself without nutrients from milk. He always got exhausted quickly, and he was very frail looking.
Ryuu scuttled around the woods, looking for prey. He scanned the area and noticed a small orange kitten. It looked frail, and Ryuu couldn't bring himself to kill a small innocent creature like that one. He made an illusion of his human form and walked towards the kitten, "Hey, you ok?" he asked in a soothing voice.
Kiranimi groomed her luscious fur as the snow fell in light flakes. A small cloud hid the sun from sight, casting a light shadow over the biome. She loved the light shade as it kept the light but diminished the heat from the sky.
Soon enough, the small storm blew away with a gust of wind. She blinked in the blinding light, trying to shield her amber eyes. She stalked away from the hot sun into the shade. Even at the base of the mountains, it was quite warm, just bareable with her fluffy fur.
She glanced towards the distance down the mountain into the deep forestry piedmont. A few animals walked about, just blurs in the distance.
Mortuum looked around, spotting a large white tiger. It was grooming itself. He strode past. There weren't many tigers in this area.
Robin shivered a bit in the cold and pressed himself against a tree. He got into a submissive position. This strange twolegged animal was much stronger than him, and he couldn't fight if he tried.
Ryuu sighed, realizing his human form didn't relax the small kitten, but only scared it more. He stopped the illusion and fell back onto all fours, "Really, are you ok?"
"W-Who are you?" Robin stared up at Ryuu, feeling even smaller. His fur wasn't that thick, and the cold felt bitter and bit through his skin.
