Eclipse sighed, "Forget the reasons and just enjoy it." he said softly.

Nik shrugged a little bit. "I can't forget." He replied softly. He closed his eyes for a moment.

"Fair, but maybe put it behind you?" said Eclipse softly.

Nik shrugged a little, thinking of his father, of Seren, of everything that had happened. "I…I'll try." He whispered.

"You don't have to do it right now, jsut.. eventually, try to come to peace with it all."

Nik nodded a little. "I'll…I'll try." He said softly.

Eclipse nodded, giving him a reassuring smile, "I love you" he murmured.

"I love you too." Nik replied softly, kissing Eclipse's cheek.

Eclipse smiled, hugging him briefly with one arm before returning to his food, smiling at the other between bites.

Nik hugged him back, then kept eating.

Eclipse finished his food soon after, humming thoughtfully.

Nik was quiet, eating.

Eclipse smiled at him again for a moment, before letting himself continue thinking.

Nik snuggled closer to Eclipse, closing his eyes for a moment.

Eclipse smiled softly at him, hugging him.

Nik hugged him back, letting out a soft breath.

Eclipse hummed, "How're you doing baby?"

Nik smiled at Eclipse. "Okay, I guess."

"Anything I can do to improve that.?" he asked.

Nik shook his head. "No. Thank you, though."

Eclipse nodded, "Okay then.." he said softly, hugging him.

Nik snuggled close to Eclipse, closing his eyes tiredly.

Eclipse smiled, "Shall we go see if our tent is set up?" he asked, knowing full well the soldiers would've taken care of it, being fully aware that his top priority was still Nik.

Nik nodded, reluctantly moving away from Eclipse. "Sure."

Eclipse nodded, getting to his feet, and offering a hand to Nik.
