I like the villain (first) one best.. but I'm not sure how we would pull that off…

Maybe the villian fought another hero and my one of our characters which will be the hero saw them and took them in bc they didn't know the other was a villian???

Ok I actually have a character that gets possessed ag some point (two actually) I could adjust his backstory a little and do that?

The villain doesnt necessarily have to be the the villain the good guy is fighting do they?

Arthur wandered down the streets. It was getting late but the streets were still lively with bustling people in the early evening. He pulled his hood lower, not really wanting to be seen as he pushed past merchants, thieves, and shoppers alike. A few more minutes and he could smell the wafting of food coming from a nearby tavern. His stomach growled, he hadnt stopped to eat in days. Arthur sighed and headed for the tavern. maybe a good drink will help he thought pushing bad memories away.
