"Well, if this is what you call managing, then it's not good enough."
"Well, if this is what you call managing, then it's not good enough."
"Fine!" Ferran yelled. "Take me to the hospital."
She glanced at him, suddenly fearful, suddenly not sure that this was the right choice. "You sure?"
"I don't know…" He put his head in his hand.
(Anyone?)
(Yeah I had to leave.)
"Well I don't know either." she said quietly. They were both silent for a while.
"Look….you can leave me here…and you can get out…." Ferran mumbled. He knew she would refuse anyway.
"Why bother asking?" she said, and Ferran knew he was right. "You know I can't just leave you here. You're the only person that's not a total stranger to me here! I don't know what I would do… I couldn't…" She took a deep breath. "I don't want to be alone."
"You aren't…"
She smiled sadly. "I know. And… thank you for that. Thank you for believing me when no one else did, and… for coming here with me."
Ferran got up slowly and limped over to her.
(And I sit there staring into space XD)
"Hey, hey, hey," she said, somewhat alarmed. "Don't hurt yourself!"
"I won't, I just wanted to hug you…" He said wrapping his arms around her.
😥
"Oh," she said, gently pulling him toward her. "Is that a 'you're welcome?'"
(Well where are you?)
(I'm still in the yard… XD)
"I guess its a 'we're in this together,'"
(Sammi just left there… he can go back when he's done talking to Silene though.)
"Okay," she murmured. Stretching on her tiptoes, she was just tall enough to rest her chin on his shoulder.
(Ok)
They stayed like that for a little while. "Okay…" Ferran grunted. "I need to lie down…"
"Oh yeah," she said. She had forgotten their situation for a moment. "Do you want to go back upstairs?"
"Eh…" He looked warily at the stairs. "I think the couch is fine."
