"Please, please tell me we're almost there." She asked, gripping the arm rest until her knuckles turned white.

"I can see the capital below us. The power still seems to be on so the pilot can see the runway. We'll be fine." Jonah stated, still peering out the window.

"if ya say so…" she said, closing her eyes

The plane jerked forward again, and then started descending slowly. The pilot seemed to have gotten control over the plane again as it smoothly landed on the runway. "That was a close one." Jonah muttered, his voice barely heard over the cheers and sighs of the other passengers.

Raven sighed, relaxing in her seat. "Washington D.C., home of the sun thief…" She said quietly.

"He might not be the 'sun theif'. Jumping to conclusions won't get us very far." Jonah replied, grabbing his luggage from the compartment above them after the plane landed.

"Yeah, but it has a nice ring to it." She remarked, shrugging as she stood to get her things.

Now with the sun out, Jonah had no clue how they were going to find Henry Coles Jr. The airport itself was chaos, and he couldn't imagine it being any worse outside. "I suggest we book a hotel room and drop our luggage off, then we can decide what our next step is."
