(Okay last response lol)
"Why not? I thought you were… powerful… or something.." He yawned a bit and lay his head back down on Thatcher's arm.

"Why not? I thought you were… powerful… or something.." He yawned a bit and lay his head back down on Thatcher's arm.
"That's medicine doing that to you," Thatcher pointed out, "I cant stop it, it has to fade away."
"How long till it goes away…?"
"I dont know, I'm sorry."
"Mmm…. where are we?" Lucas looked up at the orphanage, his vision blurry and distorted.
(My replys will be slow)
"We're home, your home." Thatcher said, walking up the steps and opening the doors.
The receptionist looked up, confused. "Thatcher? Is that… Lucas? Why is he in animal form? And why is he wearing a cone?"
"Sorry mam, he was attacked while in this form, I brought him to the vet and they did this to him."
"Attacked? By what? Is he okay?" Lucas's tongue was sticking out again, and he seemed to be asleep, or at the very least almost asleep.
"I think it from another dog, and the vet said he'll live, he just has to rest."
"Alright, I suppose he'll just have to stay in his room until he has recovered, then. Do you know the extent of his injuries?"
“No, we have to call the vet of that.” He said truthfully.
"Okay, I'll just take him with me, then." The receptionist took Lucas into her arms and he whined, opening his eyes a bit. "Thaaatcherrrrrr……"
“Yes? What is it?” Thatcher said quickly.
Lucas didn't respond, seeming to not want anything in particular other than Thatcher staying.
(Time skip?)
(Sure. To when?)
(Once Lucas is healed?)
(Okay)
Thatcher sat at the side of the bed as Lucas, now in full heath, bounced around the from doing random things.
"I never want to change into a dog ever again…" Human Lucas sighed, looking down at his hands. "I missed having opposable thumbs."
“I miss having sharp teeth.” Thatcher put in, feeling around for his k9 teeth.
"Mine stay sharp. Or perhaps that's a side effect of being a dog for so long."
“I do have to front ones, the ones that are me look like a vampire, but I miss the back ones.”
"Meh, I bite my tongue too often with those." Lucas stretched, crossing his legs on the bed.
