So…I have an idea. The chunk of text above takes place in the mind of a cyborg experiment, whose own robotic mind has been turned against him. He is locked away, hidden from the rest of the world, his memories stolen by his own mind. I will be the cyborg. Your character is someone who rescues him somehow, either by accident or on purpose. Maybe they snuck into the facility and found him, maybe they knew beforehand. IDK. Your character is a normal human. They are on the run and being pursued. This will eventually become a romance between the two characters. It can be gay or straight, although I would prefer gay. This will be descriptive.

Futuristic. Approximately 2100s, not dystopian. Androids are common, so are flying vehicles, holograms, etc. Cyborgs are extremely rare, as the necessary mechanic parts tends to drive the user insane. Cyborgs whose bodies are more than 50% cybernetic are not counted as human by the law, and therefore have no rights
