Zanna nodded, "I don't think they'll do that to you. You'll probably have a less mobile role, no offense. Maybe you'll be the goalie?"
Zanna nodded, "I don't think they'll do that to you. You'll probably have a less mobile role, no offense. Maybe you'll be the goalie?"
"Maybe. Goalie's get to hit people too, right?" Alaska answered, a classic, troublemaker grin tilting the corners of her lips up.
Ryder turned his head to the boy smoking that was approaching him. "Can I help you?"
Zanna grinned, "Oh hell yeah! They are like the ultimate defenders."
Ryder turned his head to the boy smoking that was approaching him. "Can I help you?"
Cal shrugged and took the cigarette out of his mouth, studying the boy with his mismatched eyes. "You could help by giving me your number. . ." He finally said, a small grin tugging one corner of his lips upwards.
Zanna grinned, "Oh hell yeah! They are like the ultimate defenders."
"Sounds good. That's all I signed up for." Alaska laughed, glancing towards Cal and rolling her eyes. There he was, flirting, again.
Zanna noticed Alaska' eye roll, "So you know anyone else here?"
"Yeah, my older brother, Cal," Alaska explained, jabbing a thumb towards the dark haired boy to her left.
Zanna nodded, "Okay. So what are you two here for? Sorry if it's a bit personal. You don't have to tell me."
"Well, fights, drugs. . ." Alaska shrugged and trailed off, not wanting to say more. They had done far worse than that. Their dad had done far worse than that. "Uh, what about you?" She finally asked, clearing her voice.
"I used to run a gang," Zanna said easily, "Sold some drugs, beat up a couple of people, stole some stuff. Ya know usual gang stuff."
Alaska nodded in understanding, glancing around until her gaze finally settled on the man who had introduced what they would be doing at Asheville. "Think we'll figure out who our dorm partners are soon?"
"God I hope so," Zanna sighed, "That way I can start talking to them. I hate socializing, and I should really get to know them. That just makes sense."
Grey glanced around at the people around him, pulling a small green rock from his pocket and discretely fidgeting with it. I wonder who my new roommate will be he thought looking around, he hoped he would get along with whoever it was although he wasn't a true quote on quote baddy or whatever that meant.
(When can we announce room mates?)

(I'm just going to repeat this in case you didn't see it @LadyAbby)
(Does anyone have preferences, or can I mix it up?)

Ryder's eyebrow raised. He looked him up and down. "I don't think so pipsqueak." He took the cigarette out of his mouth and stomped it out. "You shouldn't smoke. It's bad for you." He said that as he pulled out his own and lit it.
"Yeah, I guess it is pretty bad. . . " Cal said, chuckling faintly as he tilted his head to the side in amusement. "What's your name?'

(I haven't really spoken to anyone much yet so I'm good with whoever)
(Sry, I'm trying to do a whole bunch of chore I have that I procrastinated and it's 9 pm now…..)
Ryder took a drag from the cigarette. "Why do you care?" He put his hands in his pockets.
"I'm attempting to make friends. I don't have many if you couldn't tell yet," Cal sighed, shrugging in addition to his response as he took another cigarette from his pack, letting it hang from his mouth.
( It's fine. Take your time, you don't need to answer right away)
