(Lucy's got some skeletons in the large basement closetttttttttt- ok no XD)
(Lucy's got some skeletons in the large basement closetttttttttt- ok no XD)
(Literally lmao, she didn’t know about it though.)
(well it sounds like just straight up corpses in the basement, but skeletons work)
(Yup, dead people in the basement, not creepy at all, nope, not at all, should definitely explore the dark basement on your own, best idea ever, have fun)
(meanwhile Orion is broken and Sam is freaking out lol)
(Yeah, everything kind of went to shit for a hot second)
(accurate. very accurate)
(Orion is sleepy, turns out bring people back from the near dead by TAKING THEIR INJURIES AND REGROWING FLESH BONE AND RUNES isn't easy. Who would have guessed?)
(meanwhile Sammy's just freaking out because he's terrified of the cold and the magic is doing weird cold things to him)
(Woosh. That was the sound of the fact he had lived going over Samandriels head, only for him to notice the cold)
(yup lol) Sam tried to get up, using the sink for support. His hands were still spilling the molten metal, but it seemed to be only hot enough to cause small sparks and a few tiny flames to shoot from the places where it landed
(I love how we waited until this long to add in the originally intended dark themes XD)
(yup, gotta start the gore sometime)
(If you gotta start sometime why not now amirite?)
(yup lol)
Lata looked at the world crumbling down around her. Everything is wrong. Orion is passed out, Samandriel is freaking out, and Lucy needed to get going somewhere. Her vision started to become blurry. It had been forever since she had cried. The last time was… when her parents died.
Why does everyone seem to get hurt around me?!
Rubbing the tears away angrily, she ran out of the house, hoping to calm herself down somewhere. Either that or wait until she literally ran out of tears.
She ran past the willow, as well as the river. Lata ran as far away as she could until she knew she was a good distance away from Orion's cottage.
She sat there questioning the meaning of safety. Was there such a thing?
(I'll be gone almost all day tomorrow so just gonna put this here…)
(aww, ok) Sam wheezed and stumbled over his own feet, falling backwards against the wall. He started coughing again, reddish-blue metal dripping from his lips. His insides felt cold and hot at the same time, and it didn't feel right. He wasn't supposed to be any kind of cold, he was supposed to be burning, he should have melted through half the floorboards by now
(But then there would be Sam puddles and that would be weird)
(well…sort of I guess lol)
(Orion would not be pleased that his house had been destroyed)
(I should hope not.)
(I’m going to skip over describing the basement because it’s obvious what was down there.)
Lucy came back to the cabin a while later. She had thrown another illusion over her face, doing her best to make it strong enough to hide the redness around her eyes. After discovering the corpses, she had gone back up into her bedroom where she showered and burned various herbs to keep her scent of the bodies away. She slipped inside, seeing that everyone seemed to either be gone or in other rooms. She exhaled, brushing a few damp strands of hair from her eyes as she explored the halls, doing anything she could to keep her mind occupied.
Waking slowly, Orion smiles and thanks the sprites around him for giving him strength Cautiously he stands, and his ears swivel towards one of the bathrooms. Not bothering knocking, he walks in to see the upset and confused Samandriel. Orion sits down next to him with his back to the door after closing it, waiting for Samandriel to notice him.
It took Sam a moment to realize someone was in the bathroom with him. He looked up, breathing heavily out of panic. "What…What's wrong with me?"
Ears flicking, Orion cocks his head to the side, confused. "Nothing is wrong with you. Nothing at all." His voice is soothing, and warm.
