( I was at a family thing all afternoon! )
Lenny took in a breath when she came upon a hill. Looking over, there were corrupted creatures everywhere. Some large, some small, all evil.

Levi flinched as he walked up next to Lenny. That's a lot of corrupted things…I hope we can do this.. He gripped the knife tighter.

Lenny reached her hand out as if to grab Levi's, but she stopped. Instead, she shifted it into her back, and pulled out three green bottles. With a deep breath, she jumped and ran down the hill, pulling open the bottle lids with her teeth and flinging the liquids inside around. Animals screeched and roared, some falling over, some running away, and some coming right to her. As quick as she could, she flung the potions over them, but one large creature with demonic, beady eyes, pinned her. "LEVI!" she screamed.

Oh crap oh crap oh crap oh crap.. His mind panicked. Levi sprinted down the hill, taking the green potions he had and throwing them on the creature cornering Lenny. He took the knife out and slashed at random things, trying to do…something with what he had.

Lenny kicked the monster in the gut, and It roared in agony as Levi slashed it. Woah. she thought. He really knows what he's doing!
She continued beside him, flinging potions and throwing things, totally terrified.

Oh crap..I ran out of potions.. Levi thought to himself, continuing to slash at the corrupted beast. "GET AWAY!" He yelled at it.

There were hardly any animals left. Some were sleeping, some had fled, but a few stayed. "Levi we gotta run!" Lenny cried.

He nodded, kicking away a small animal. Levi grabbed Lenny's hand and began sprinting towards the cave.

( nope other way we still got a job to do! )
As Levi pulled Lenny away from the cave, she let go of his hand and threw as much leftover potion as she could over the creatures.

Levi sighed, following Lenny. He stabbed a weird looking creature and kicked another, sending it flying. "We need to get back to the cave! There's too many!"

"Thats why we're running AWAY!" she called. "Hold on!" She said, grabbing his hand. Suddenly the ground opened up into a pocket like the one they came in, and they were falling.

Levi closed his eyes and screamed as they fell. "LENNY?!" He screamed, almost letting go of her hand.

"I'M HERE!" She screamed back, gripping his hand. He was slipping! If he didn't get a grip he'd be lost in pit forever! "Levi hang on to me! Don't let go!" she cried desperately.

He nodded, using both hands to grab onto Lenny's arm.

Their insides flipped, and after a few more seconds of tug-of-war between Levi and the pit, they were finally in soft grass again.

Levi was breathing heavily as they landed in the grass. He felt like he was going to throw up again, but he kept it in.

"Levi are you okay?" Lenny asked, crawling over to him. "I almost lost you!"

He nodded, unable to talk because of shock. Levi sat up, rubbing his head and taking a deep breath. "I…yeah."

"Your green." Lenny muttered.

"A little sick." Levi explained, looking around. "And petrified."

"You almost got lost in the pit." she said with a shudder. "What happened? A strong fear had to take over someone for them to get lost in the pit."

"Huh, I wonder what I could be afraid of?!" Levi said sarcastically, gesturing to everything. "Corrupted creatures..sudden black holes…"

"Thats not the kind of fear I'm talking about." Lenny said, crossing her arms.
