@Andislee_Beau_Raven
Jack smiled back, "tell me something."
Jack smiled back, "tell me something."
"What something? About myself?" Delilah murmured, feeling warm against Jack's arms.
"Yeah, I wanna get to know you," Jack spoke confidently, pressing Marjorie closer to his chest with his strong arms.
"I'm a singer, but usually on bigger stages. My favorite color is blue. I really like flappers, I would just never be one. I always keep my eye out for handsome men-like you."
"Singer, flappers, blue, handsome men? You're in luck, I happen to have a thing for gorgeous singers who like flappers, but aren't, and my eyes are blue," Jack chuckled a bit, then thanked Marjorie for the compliment.
(I have stuff to do later tomorrow, so I'll be gone for a while, but I'll be back later.)
Alicia asked for a drink, and when the bartender asked of her age, she simply ignored him. She ended up getting her drink and heading back to her seat.
Delilah put her arms around Jack's shoulders and sighed, "Too bad I have to leave Chicago tonight."
Jack wrapped his arms around Marjorie's waist and sighed, "Now that is too bad. May I ask where you're headed?"
"No you may not. It's a secret." Delilah put her finger to her lips and giggled.
"Alright, but all have you know I too don't belong in Chicago. I'm here because of my cousin Helena," Jack smiled at her, but he was repressing a bit of weariness.
"Who said you don't belong? You're the bee's knees." Delilah cracked up, "My friend says that all the time, but whenever I say it, it sounds ridiculous."
Alicia looked over at Jack, and a woman who seemed oddly familiar, 'damn,' she thought, 'shes a choice bit of calico.'

Here's my character bio
Name: Gabriel de La Fontaine
Home country: France, moved to America
Occupation: soldier in training, but also ;) secretly an alcohol smuggler
Appearance: sandy blond hair, usually kept combed and gelled back. A more round jawline, but not so much so that he looks feminine; powdery blue eyes. Is around 5'7.
Delilah softened, letting herself be enveloped by Jack, "I lived in Kansas. Talk about an unnoticed place."
A pair of mellow topaz eyes flickered over the faces of the crowd, seated against the wall with his arms crossed. Gabriel preferred not to talk much, really.. he wasn't sure why his criminal comrades had sent him here in the first place.
Alicia looked up to the stage in sadness, she blinked slowly as she imagined herself up there, dressed up pretty in makeup and an expensive dress; letting her voice flood the venue while people stare in awe of her.
Jack hugged her tightly for a brief moment, "Why does love have a way of hurting people?"
"Ma'am," a voice pierced Alicia's daydreaming, a blind-haired man approaching her, "Can you point me to if this place has any refreshments or not?"
Alicia looked up at him, "oh! its over there, sugar." She said, her finger aiming towards the bar she had drank from earlier.
"Thank you," he laughed semi-awkwardly, heading that way and hiding his hands in his pockets.
Gabriel ordered just a water, tping his fingers on the table surface as a nervous tick.
