Oliver smiled as a girl with short blonde hair and an aviator jacket stepped up to the counter. "Hi, welcome to Ibig, what can I get you this morning?"

"Hi, I'm new here," Mikel said, tucking her thick binder in her backpack as she spoke. "What drink would you recommend? And what are your non-caffeinated drinks like? Not for me, for someone else."

"Cooling rack for five minutes, we want them warm but not on fire." He instructs, pouring brownie batter into a pan. "The apple cinnamon idea is great! What about decor?" He asked, shifting the pan.

"Umm maybe some strings with like cut-outs of bats on them? I'm not totally sure, I was gonna go home tonight and brainstorm," she said, placing the croissants on the cooling rack. She finished and stepped back from the counter. "Are we good in here? Because if so, I'm gonna go see if Oliver needs help," she said.

"Well we do have killer lattes here, and I also make pretty good latte art. Sadly, our fall menu isn't active yet but our mocha and our vanilla lattes are good if you want something a little sweet." He drummed his fingers against the counter. "For non-caffeinated we have pretty much all of our coffee can be decaf and we have decaf black tea. But if you want something that's naturally caffeine free I'd suggest an herbal tea or a hot chocolate. We also make tea lattes with herbal tea."

"Classic morning rush," Carolyn said, pushing the swinging kitchen door open and walking out to find her brother with a customer. She grabbed a towel and started wiping down the counter when her eyes zeroed in on a girl sitting by the window by herself. She didn't have a ring and she looked young and cute. Carolyn smiled and waited for Oliver to finish.

Bren instructs some of the other bakers who just came into the kitchen. "Okay, Y'all know what to do. Robin, you're on decorating," he says as he exits the kitchen, going to help Oliver and Carolyn.
