(I had to walk home.)
Hiro was about to walk in when he saw the paper. "Shit." He grabbed his jacket and started to look for him. "SETH." He kept yelling his name over and over.

(I had school closed. Sorry. I'll be on sporadically if at all.)

Seth heard Hiro calling his name. He wiped his eyes and kept flying, unaware he was leaving feathers behind in a trail. 'Where is it? Where is it?!' He couldn't fly very fast due to the wetness in his eyes.

He followed the feathers "Seth stop." He had Kept running trying not to lose the trail. "PLEASE."

Seth spotted the place he was looking for. He dipped his wings and dove for a small, brick church.

Hiro noticed the church and ran faster. "SETH?!?" He yelled breathing heavily running int the church. "Please be in here…"

Seth crept through the balconies and looked around to make sure no-one was there. When he saw nobody, he jumped down and went up to the tabernacle. He opened it up.

He noticed Seth and ran up to him "S-Seth…Stop…" he was clearly out of breath.

Seth whipped around, dropping a piece of the holy bread. "H-HIRO!? What are you doing here??" He hissed the last sentence, wings flapping irritatedly.

"What am I doing here?" He grabbed his wrist. "I followed you so you wouldn't get hurt."

Seth pulled away harshly. He bent over and picked up his piece of Eucharist. Then he turned and closed the tabernacle doors. He didn't turn towards Hiro as he chuckled darkly. "So. I. Wouldn't. Get. Hurt… Hm. Well. Why do you want to do that? A human tries to save a demon. What if the demon doesn't want to be saved?" He growled, eyes flashing.

"…I-I…" Hiro yells. "I WANT TO BECAUSE YOUR THE ONLY THING THAT HAS MADE ME HAPPY." His face was a bright red. "S-Sorry…" He looked away.

Seth stiffened and his grip on the bread tightened, crushing it. "H-how..?" He choked out. "How can I have made you h-happy…?"

"By being near me when others don't…When my life was shit you could tell right off the bat I wasn't ok. I tried to say I wasn't but you wouldn't believe me…Plus…Just being around you makes me happy."

Seth was startled and a bit stunned. What? Him? The defect? His wings went limp, dragging on the floor. He crouched and put a hand over his face. Now, he was hesitant about killing himself. But why? What this weird feeling? He loved it and hated it at the same time.

Hiro moved a little closer. Right now nothing else to him mattered. "I don't want to see anything happen to you…Not because I'm supposed to protect my students…But because I want to"

Seth grabbed his wings and bundled into them, rocking back and forth on his heels, clearly trying to keep from crying yet again. He played with the crumbs left from the lethal bread he had almost downed less than a two minutes ago.

Hiro was crying by this point. He looked away so Seth couldn't see his tears. "You must think I'm an idiot now… huh?" he said with a voice crack.

Seth threw his head back and laughed, tears spilling down his face. He stood up and pulled Hiro into a hug, muttering into his shoulder, "I was thinking that you must think me an idiot. A stupid one at that." He shook with sobs and laughter.

"N-No…Of course not…Why would I ever consider you an idiot." He said hugging back as the tears kept falling. "And your not s-stupid either…" He looked at him an pet his head a little. "You're perfect the way you are Seth. And no one can change that."

Seth held Hiro tighter. "I'm s-s-sorry." he cried. "I'm so…rry. I'm sorry…." He wrapped his wings around Hiro. "I-I'll never snap at you again. And I w-won't run off again ei-either…"

"Don't be sorry…You did nothing wrong. What in gods name made you think this?" He continued petting his head knowing that would calm him down.

Seth sniffed. "Well, it's all anyone's ever told me. That I'm a mistake. That I'm worth nothing. That the world just keeps on turning, and won't even care I'm gone…." In spite of himself, he started to purr, his body vibrating with them.

"Have I told you that…If I did it must've slipped my mind." He blushes when Seth purrs, but that was just another perk of Seths.

Seth's purrs grew louder as his crying tapered off. "No. You didn't. I deserve that from you now though…" He snuggled closer, pressing his bare torso into Hiro's shirt.

"No, you don't. No one does. As I said. Your perfect the way you are." He smiles and hums softly. "Just know I mean what I said. I'd never take my words back even if I could."
