Seth woke up on a metal bench. He was not surprised. His mother had probably knocked him out and then dumped him here. He sat up with a groan, sore all over. She had not done it gently either. He looked around. He was in front of a large brick building. He read the words over the large double doors. "At least she dropped me off at school for once," he muttered as he got up and walked to the doors. They were locked. He peered inside to see if any teachers were there yet to let him in as the snow blustered around him.
