"Thanks." Evelyn sat down next to her on the rock, cross-legged. She turned herself a little towards Aaliyah. "How are you? I like the beanie."
"Thanks." Evelyn sat down next to her on the rock, cross-legged. She turned herself a little towards Aaliyah. "How are you? I like the beanie."
"I'm good, and thank you" she replied, an unknown blush coming across her cheeks. "How are you?"
Evelyn resisted the urge to smirk and settled for smiling at Aaliyah instead. "Well, I'm great now." She patted her camera bag. "You up for more pictures?"
"Uh, yeah sure. I mean I've never really been the most photogenic person ever though" she replied, the blush brightening
Evelyn had started to get her camera out of its bag and stopped, turning to look at Aaliyah. "Aaliyah, what are you talking about? You're really photgenic. You've got that pretty face and those blue eyes." She turned back to her camera and started fiddling with it. "It creates a nice effect, you make a great model."
Her blush deepened, "You really think so?" she asked, covering her face with her sweater's sleeve when she felt her face heat up
"Yes, duh," Evelyn said, standing up. "The light's perfect right now, so let's go find some spots," she said, starting to walk around. "So are you in college or high school?" she asked.
"College" she replied, getting up and following her
"Have you decided on your major?" she asked, looking around at things through her camera.
"Something in the medical field" she replied, watching as she snapped a few pictures
hewo?//
(sorry, I had to do a group thing at school)
"Wow, a doctor," Evelyn said, smiling. She found a place on the grass where there weren't many people around. "Can you sit here?" she asked. "Cross-legged?"
"Yeah!" she replied, plopping down and crossing her legs, blinking gently against the sun
"Thanks." Evelyn started to take a picture, then stopped. "This one's just a test to check the light, just so you know." She took the picture and looked down at her camera. Satisfied, she told Aaliyah to smile and started taking a few pictures. "So are you from here?" she asked.
"Yeah, you?" she asked, looking up at the fall leaves
"Well no actually," she said, looking up from her camera. "I was born here in the states but I grew up in the UK with my dad. He died a few years ago and I moved to Arizona to live with my grandparents until I moved here for college. So that's my life story. Look at me and smile, would you?" she asked.
She did as was told, the sun capturing her pupils in a crecent, "You have a broad background" she replied
"I do indeed," Evelyn said looking down at the pictures she had just taken. She squinted at them, then smiled. She looked up at Aaliyah. "You want to see?"
"Sure" she replied walking over to her. She rested her chin on her shoulder as she looked through the photos. "Somehow you made even me look good" she hummed, her minty breath hitting the back of Evelyn's ear as she spoke
Evelyn shivered and blinked slowly. She smiled. "That's not me love, that's all you." She could feel her neck growing hot.
She lauhed lightly into Evelyns shoulder, "I try" she replied
…//
"Well you're doing great," Evelyn said, trying not to move too much so she wouldn't disturb Aaliyah.
(I won't be on for a bit cause I have lunch rn and then a math test and then I have to get home)
(alrighty)
"Well you're doing great," Evelyn said, trying not to move too much so she wouldn't disturb Aaliyah.
"Thank you" she replied, wondering if kising her neck would be too much. She did it anyways, giving her neck two light kisses.
Evelyn breathed in quietly, the blush on her neck creeping up to her face. She smiled a little and started adjusting her camera. "What are your feelings on glitter?"
"It's cool" she replied, pulling away as standing in front of her
"Brilliant," she said, pulling a tube of it out of her camera bag. "Cup your hands in front of your face."
She did as told and smiled brightly as the glitter was poured onto her palms, reflecting in the sun that shone through the trees
