Mazie looked over to the boy who had fallen, he must be Wynn. "Yes I am new here," she told him whilst fidgeting with her fingers, something she did when she was nervous.

"Oh but you still chose to stay the entire time until the bell rang when you clearly could have left me there alone. You also could have just sped off towards the dinning hall to leave me behind, and you didn't." He winced at the pinch on the side before moving to push her away with his long arms.
"What's your name?"

“You’re too kind to me,” he said, smiling and shaking their head. Taking their hand away, he also returned to his food.

He moved to go throw his plate into where ever you put your plates, since I don't know if they are plastic plates or real porcelain.
"I don't think so. Though you are my only friend and I enjoy hanging out with you. I can't help but be nice."

Amelia scowled at him. She reached to pinch him again only to be pushed away. She would get him later. She couldn't help herself from stomping on his foot. "Maybe because you're almost a foot taller than me and have a longer stride than I do. And I hate running. Hate it. So why try to run ahead of you?"

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"I'll show you around camp. We better hurry whole we still have sunlight. And there's a show tonight at the amphitheater." A show was putting it nicely. It was mainly just the Apollo children fooling around. Sometimes there was music or plays, but it almost always ended in disaster. It was fun to watch though.

“Again, you could have left before the bell went off.” He winced when she stomped on his foot.
“Oh come on! Ow-“ he winced as he held his foot before setting it down.
“It’s good to meet you Mazie.” He spoke as he moved to shove Amelia to the side.

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

Amelia yelped as he shoved her to the side. She stumbled back and found herself slipping in the same puddle Wynn had fallen on. Her butt hit the ground before her head did. She immediately tried to sit up, wincing.

Mazie followed Amelia very excited to see the camp. She also couldn't wait for the show. Chiron never had mentioned the show but whatever, Mazie was still excited.

Wendi forced a smile at Ash's suggestion. It was rare for her to make friends and the thought of having Dove leave for the school year struck a chord in Wendi's heart that Wendi had forgotten existed. She wasn't going to let her displeasure be known to Dove though, since Wendi knew how much Ash meant to Dove, "Yeah, almost all the satyrs in camp go out to be guardians during the school year. But if you can convince Chiron, you can probably tag along with Ash."

“Well, not all of them,” Ash pursed his lips. “Some do stay behind to help out around here. And then, of course, there’s the council… But yeah,” he smiled. “Who knows, if you’re feeling brave, you can come along.”
Dove smiled back, but looked unsure. “I don’t know. I’ll probably be back with my grandma by then. I don’t want her to worry about me…”
“It’s just a suggestion.” He nodded and patted her head.
Dove chuckled, though sadly. She had mixed feelings about going back to live with her grandmother, if she was being honest. She looked back to Wendi. “I wonder if you could go with Ash, Wendi,” she suggested. “I think you could help a lot with bringing new campers here.”

"Oh no, I don't think I would be all that useful," Wendi quickly denied Dove's suggestion. If Wendi left camp and had to actually go interact with people she didn't know, she would probably have multiple panic attacks. And Wendi completely forgot that Dove still had a family to go back to, so Wendi would just have to live without her closest friend for a little while. But she kept her thoughts to herself, instead opting to continue, "But speaking of your grandma, when do you think you'll go back?"

@Nor_bananas

(It is true I did not! I typed it out and then i saw she fell and I was to lazy to change it so lets just say she didn't notice)

@Tired-but-passionate

Dove frowned a little, but after a moment nodded in understanding. She too didn’t want to be separated from Wendi, but didn’t want to see her in distress either.
“Ahh, I can’t remember. I think in a couple of weeks?” She put a hand to her chin in thought. “Something like that. Chiron suggested I visit at some point though, to practice controlling my… ability.”
Going out of control and causing a plague or something was still a fear of hers. Just making Ash or Wendi get a runny nose was enough to make her feel guilty. And it tended to be less controllable when she was at home…

(Aren’t the plates gold?)
Aviv followed him, but stayed invisible. “Well, I enjoy hanging out with you too, hermanito.” They hoped he didn’t mind the nickname. Truthfully, it was out of habit. Noah really had been like a brother, at least for a little while…

"Well, at least you'll be here for a bit longer" Wendi replied trying to not look to saddened about hearing how soon Dove would be departing. She hoped that Dove would have never had to leave, but she understood that Dove had people she cared about that were outside of the camp's borders.
