Miu looked at him with a bit of resent uuuuuuntil Kaito knocked her out..

"That's why you don't mess with my friends, you bitch!" Kaito yelled. "Kiibo, stop attacking Rantaro!"

Kiibo froze for a second, his eyes went dark and before he knew it, he was looking at all his friends “ why?.. Why are you looking at me like that? Rantaro! What happen!?”

"You…you attacked…me…" Rantaro replied weakly, the blows having weakened him. "I-it's not your fault… Miu reprogrammed you… Also…I'm okay…" he attempted to assure the other. "Just…um…don't think the world should be spinning…"

Kiibo started to cry again “ rantaro.. “ he said softly and ran to hug his lover

Rantaro hugged Kiibo as he felt himself growing weaker. "Kiibo…don't cry…" he said softly. "I-I'm not…badly injured…"

Kiibo held him tightly

Rantaro was about to say something, but then he fully collapsed into Kiibo. He couldn't keep himself standing anymore.

Kiibo seemed utterly broken that he'd hurt rantaro “ help him! Please!”

Shuichi nodded as he rushed over to them. "Kiibo, this isn't your fault. It's Miu's fault for programming you to turn against him. As for his injuries, Miu was mostly aiming for his head, so that explains the weakness. However, in Miu's remaining seconds of consciousness, she forced you to attack quickly and repeatedly in multiple areas. I'd suggest getting him to the hospital."

Rantaro weakly shook his head. "K-Kiibs…love…don't panic… I-I'm okay…"

“ too late! Already panicking!” developed and raced out the door with rantaro

"Kiibo…babe…I-I'll recover…" Rantaro tried to assure him, but his voice grew weaker as he started to slip into unconsciousness, trying his hardest to remain awake. "I-I'll be…fine…"

Kiibo rushed the other to a hospital “ help!”

A doctor quickly rushed over to them when they saw Kiibo come in with a semi-conscious Rantaro. "What happened to him?" they asked. "We'll treat him as soon as possible, but if we can get info on why he's fading in and out of consciousness, that would be useful."

“ I.. I had been hacked or something and I went beserk “

"Ah, well that's interesting," the doctor stated. "As for injuries, I'm guessing they were mostly aimed at his face and head, but was he hit anywhere else?"

“ I think it was just his head..”

The doctor nodded as they took Rantaro from Kiibo's arms. "I'll check him out, okay? I'll update you as soon as I can."

“ thank you,” he said softly, starting to pace as time went by

Hours passed without an update on Rantaro's condition, but after about ten hours, the doctor finally returned.

"I have updates on him," they stated. "It took a lot of effort, but he will recover. Despite the excessive blows to the head, he sustained no brain damage, or it seems like he didn't sustain any. The hardest part was determining what caused him to lose consciousness. He has yet to regain it, but he will soon. We're keeping him here until he regains consciousness, and then we'll keep him another night to observe him, but he will be okay."

“ Okay.. “ kiibo took in the info but wasn't listening at the same time. He was distraught and felt it was his fault

"You can see him if you'd like to," they told him. "You appear to be his boyfriend, looking through his contacts for who we'd need to inform of his condition, and I think he'd prefer to have you by his side when he wakes up. You can stay with him."

Kiibo nodded and went into the room, sitting in a chair and laying his head on the bed beside rantaros hand

Rantaro had yet to wake up, but he seemed to sense Kiibo's presence. He wanted to assure the other that he'd be okay, but he couldn't force himself awake at the time. A couple of hours passed like this, but after some time, his eyes fluttered open.

"H-huh…?" he asked softly, confused, not remembering much of the fight. "Wh-what happened…? Where even am I…? I thought I was in school…"

Kiibo was sleeping by rantaros side, clearly tired

Rantaro noticed Kiibo next to him. "Kiibo…?" he asked softly, a bit surprised to see the other there. "Are you…actually here…?"

“Mhm…not let me sleep..”

"I-I apologize for waking you…but…" Rantaro sighed softly, "why am I in the hospital…?"

“ I.. I hurt you..”
