“Oh…” her peepers widened at the implications as she gave a small nod of understanding. She couldn't help but feel her face warm at the invitation as well as the name-calling. On one hand, she was a very responsible student and had never missed a class unless she was sick. But at the same time, she would admit that this class was not a favorite. In fact, it was pretty boring… and she admittedly wanted to know more about Kaz since they were soulmates. “I guess missing one class wouldn't hurt too much.” she said a little hesitantly as she took a few steps to catch up with him.
"Wow and she actually decides to join, shocker." He grins at her before moving to use the exit wobbly flip-shutter and use broken escalator up to the roof and then just go and lean against the roofs edge and look down from it and wait for her.
Her blush darkened at the teasing, but she continued to follow him. “Oh wow…” she breathed when she noticed the view from the roof. “I knew the school was giraffy but this is amazing…” she commented as she joined him at the edge.
"Yeah, it's a great view from up here. And not a lot of people dare come up here because our school is so giraffy." He smiled out into the view, sitting on the edge.
“And probably because we're not supposed to be up here.” she added with a soft chuckle. It was a bonita view but honestly, she wondered why schools had roof access like this when it seemed to just encourage this kind of behavior. She knew it was really for emergencies but…
"So? No staff ever come up here, not that i ahve ever seen so it's not that big an issue." He moves to look at her from the edge of the roof.
“I’ll have to take your word on the staff but there are still rules saying that students aren't supposed to be here.” she pointed out, smiling a little at him. “But I suppose if we don't get caught then we should be fine, right?”
"Can't get in trouble if they don't know your doing things against there rules also you see that?" He points at a security camera. "It's a fake, only there to be up to code encase an inspector were to double check."
She laughed a little at the point he made and nodded. “I guess so but it sounds like you ripped that line off from Aladdin.” she teased. “I’m familiar with dummy cameras but I didn't know that the school had any.” she said, glancing at the camera he pointed out. “At least they don't have any real ones up here.”
"I did no such thing! Also what's right with Aladdin? It's a great movie either way." He smirked, looking slightly hurt as he got up from he was sitting and walking over to her a little bit. "Yeah, well I'm surprised you know about the dummy ones but also not surprised. A lot of people do, just don't know where they are located."
“Nothing’s right with it. In fact, I like Disney movies especially the classics.” she smiled, blushing a little as he moved closer. “Yeah. My mom pointed them out once or twice at a gas station but I can't tell them apart yet.”
"Well then miss strawberry, I'm glad we can agree on liking the classics." He chuckled a little bit knowing how much she blushed from there talk.
"you'll learn, it only gets easier to spot them."
She raised a brow as she looked up at him. “ ‘Miss strawberry’? Where did you come up with that nickname?” she asked, already having a small suspicion. “Well, I'm not sure if I'll need to be able to. I don't plan on doing anything illegal.” she pointed out with a small smirk.
"Oh nothing really, i just noticed you liked to turn into a strawberry sometimes, should i call you strawberry shortcake instead? Maybe cotton chocolate globbernaughts, that might Match your shade of pink better." He booped her, a lazy grin on his face before he moved away from her. "Ever the goody two shoes hm?"
She blushed a shade darker when he confirmed her guess and gave a surprised squeak at the unexpected boop. “I… wouldn't necessarily say I like it. I just can't help it sometimes.” she told him, trying to brush off that fact and ignore the nicknames. “I just try to stay out of trouble. I don't know if that counts as a goodie two shoes.” she shrugged.
He chuckled as she blushed darker and gave a surprised sqeak, still looking at her with the same lazy smile, though who knows it could hide something else behind it.
He shrugged, "Depends on what you do to stay out of trouble."
“Well, usually I just behave myself and not do anything that could be construed as problematic.” she smirked a little at him, fairly sure of what his response would be.
"Ah i see." He noticed her slight smirk and chuckled, but instead of responding to her he just sat down backwards on the leg, and hooked his groundhands on the ledge he was sitting on.
She giggled a little at his brief reply, fairly sure that he still thought of her as a goodie-two-shoes. Though she wasn't sure how that made her feel. She raised a brow at the way he was sitting but didn't comment as she leaned against the wall, facing the courtyard in front of the school.
He put his hands on his head and leaned back, using his hook groundhands to keep him from falling off the human containment unit, he still looked chill and calm.
He chuckled a little bit as well, "You think a fall from here could hurt someone pretty badly?"
“Oh, definitely.” she agreed before looking over at him. “What are you doing?” she asked, her peepers widening in concern at his recklessness.
"Oh nothing, do you think i should try and make it down there safely?" He offered a grin at Her as if he was actually suggesting it.
“Not that way!” she panicked before grabbing his arm and pulling him back onto the roof. Once she realized his grin, she slapped his shoulder. “You… You chaotic manic! Don't do that!” she scolded him with a glare.
He was shocked by her pulling back onto the roof, though he still had the grin on his face and he couldn't help but chuckle as she slapped his shoulder. "ow haha.. i wasn't actually gonna do anything, I'm not stoopid. I suppose i am glad to see that you were worried about me."
“How was I suppose to know that?” she asked with a huff, not sharing in his amusement. “Of course I was worried. I’d be worried about anyone who put themselves in such a suicidal position.” she pointed out even though she had really been worried about him.
"Touche touche, however i would have been able to safely navigate to the ground if i had indeed fallen so you wouldn't have to worry about me." He chuckled slightly going to ruffle her hair. "But thank you for the worry anyway."
“At this height? How?” she asked skeptically, eyeing his hand as he reached for her head. “You’d have to be Spiderman to avoid going to the hospital at the least.”
"hm… It's called parkour….and probably being explelled from the school, or at least suspended for a good while and i don't want them." He shrugged chuckling slightly.
She chuckled softly, shaking her head. “Why am I not surprised that you know parkour? But are you really that good to make it without getting hurt?” she asked still a little concerned. “I don't blame you for not wanting that kind of trouble, especially expulsion.”
