I haven't been on this site in years, this is so confusing, who are the gremlins??? Why are there lots of random words?? What happened??

It's an April Fool's day thing. Basically random words get replaced with different ones/phrases.

And then after the gremlins leave, the replacements leave with them and confuse anyone who wasn't here.
