Kye couldn’t help it and scooted closer to Derlik’s affectionate touches. “I love you both,” he said, starting to feel a little better.

Blake hugged Kye to the best of their ability, which for the most part just meant that they wrapped their arms around one of Kye’s fingers. “Everyone’s okay now.” They reassured softly.
