"Twelve o'clock." Thirteen meowed. "Fine, okay. Ten o'clock."
"Twelve o'clock." Thirteen meowed. "Fine, okay. Ten o'clock."
"Okay, I'll let Nine know to turn off the lights." Two smiled up at the screen as the finish button showed up.
"Turn off the lights?" Orion scrunched her nose up. "Well. Alright. I guess." She pressed the finish button.
The screen went to light blue, party poppers showing up to cover the screen in confetti. It transitioned to a simple landscape, the time hanging in the sky. Two was at the bottom, buttons appearing that said 'interact' and 'talk.'
She pressed 'interact', waiting for Two to react.
The view of the screen changed to a close up of Two now. He was silhouetted, his idle animation playing.
'Tip: Touch him! See what he likes and doesn't like!' There was also a menu area, with several items there.
'Tip: Give him a gift!'
"A gift? He's a character." She tapped Two's chest.
Two jumped a bit when his chest was touched, shaking his head.
"How forward…" It seemed he didn't like that, then.
"Oh." Orion tapped the talk button.
"It's nice to meet you," Two said then. "I'm Two. Most people don't have the time to talk to me, so I thank you. What's your name?" A text chat popped up, for Orion to type into.
"Orion. And I'm sorry for offending you." Orion typed into the box. She really was, which was weird. He was just a cartoon.
A processing symbol appeared, then Two responded.
"Orion is a nice name, and it is alright. You couldn't have known I wouldn't like having my chest touched. Thank you for the apology." Two offered a smile, nodding some.
"Do you like to read?" Orion asked.
Once again, the app processed the request.
"Hai. It's a very relaxing thing for me to do." Two smiled up at the screen, a little '+2 intimacy' appearing to the side of the screen.
Just to be obnoxious, Orion types, "Do you like being an app?"
The loading symbol came up once more, as Two's answer came through.
"…No, I-" The screen glitched a bit, the loading symbol coming back up to cover the answer that had started to load.
"What are you talking about?" Came up instead.
"What?" Orion sat up. "Oh, that will be investigated." She typed, "You are not real. You are a computer program."
Another laoding screen.
"I know-" Another glitch, another new answer.
"You're confusing me," Two said, looking up at Orion.
(this is wacking me the fuck out I love it)
"Alright. Alright." Orion typed, "Who is controlling you?"
(Yeaay :D)
"Please, I-" Two managed to look up to the screen, fear flickering across his face. Then, it glitched, settling back into normal.
"No one is controlling me. I'm not sure what you're going on about."
"Okay. What is your favorite movie?" Orion dialed back on the weird questions.
"'The Princess Bride' is my favorite," Two said. "What is yours?"
"I like Big Hero Six the best. Do you like coffee?"
"Coffee is nice, but I do prefer tea." Two smiled up at Orion, opening his fan with one hand.
"Me too. Do you like boys too?"
Men are… extremely attractive," Two admitted. "And not just because I'm told to love everyone…" A glitch, and the last part dissapeared.
"Oh good. I do like this one. Good to know." Orion types, "Do you like genderflux people?"
"Genderflux?" Orion looked a bit confused. "I'm not familiar with the term. Could you explain?"
"It's a person who is sometimes partly a boy and sometimes partly a girl and sometimes neither. I'm genderflux, so sometimes I feel like I'm sort of masculine and like to be called he or they. Sometimes I feel like I'm sort of feminine and like to be called she or they. And sometimes, I feel in the middle, and just like to be called they."
"Oh!" Two looked up at the screen. "I see. Thank you for explaining. What are you right now?"
