Name: Seiichi Chinen
Age: fifteen
Quirk: Corporeal Manipulation– The ability to move through objects and people by making his body corporeal or not at will
Hero name: Ghost
Appearance: Sieiichi has a mop of thick, raven hair that he never bothers to do anything with, because his hair won't be tidy unless he shaves it all off, and he learned after a mishap in middle school that a shaved head is not his best haircut. His hair is just long enough to be considered shaggy, and he can put it in a baby half-ponytail if he wants. Seiichi has medium olive-toned skin and brown, almond eyes. He is on the taller side, standing at 5' 11", but has a bit of a slouch. He has a very distinct, lazy, way of moving that suggests he has all the time in the world.
Personality: Seiichi is quiet, often one to get overlooked, but underestimating him is a danger that few smart people fall prey to. He's shrewd, making quick judgements and observations about people rather than speaking. Because of this, he is a good listener and very astute and observant. He doesn't like spending lots of time with other people, and sometimes doesn't understand people who do. Seiichi loves learning, and will pore through books or articles like no other. He will soak up knowledge like a sponge and firmly believes in the statement "knowledge is power." He looks to do things smarter, with less effort, being somewhat lazy unless he is truly engrossed in something.
Backstory: Seiichi had a fairly basic home life, with his father and mother as well as his younger brother, Kaito. Kaito always looked up to Seiichi, and while sometimes Seiichi finds his brother annoying, it's obvious he loves Kaito. His mother and father were both heroes, but his mother got injured on the job and had to quit, living the rest of her life very carefully with help from her sons and husband.
Motivations: Being great, improving himself, becoming a well-known hero, fixing the flaws in the hero system.
Strengths: He's smart, learns quickly, good at both offense and defense.
Weaknesses: Awkward with other people, not good with teamwork, easily frustrated by others.
Sexuality: bi but prefers guys

Seiichi looked at himself in the mirror, scowling as he ran a hand through his messy hair. Luckily, the bathrooms weren't crowded yet. It was nice to be away from his family at UA, even though he missed his little brother. His parents, not so much. He double checked to make sure that he'd brushed his teeth thoroughly and washed his face before turning to get everything else ready for the day. He was already fully dressed in his uniform, preferring to never leave his room in his pajamas, so his classmates had never seen him wear anything other than the uniform and occasionally a black hoodie and jeans, and that was the way he liked it. He spent most of his time in his room, not making a habit of being around people often, as he much preferred books and computers. He checked his watch, sure that more people were bound to show up soon as he went through a list of everything he needed to do to get ready in his head.

backstory: he was born as a cat to his mom while she was in cat form, they were adopted after his dad died and then one time they decided to brand him after his mother had died.

(Maybe Sun-mi would even take on an older sister kind of role and protect and help him like her brother did with her. It fits the character. If he's not accepted, we could easily just rp this in PMs. We should continue this rp now.)

Quin was running down the street in kitten form the collar and leash dragging behind him as he ran, he was terrified and shaking with fear looking panicked for a place to hide, before noticing Min and running and hidding behind her legs.

Sun-mi had just exited her house and was on her way to school when she felt something small and fluffy against her legs. She turned around to see Quin, who she thought was nothing more than a kitten at the moment. She noticed how terrified he looked and the leash dragging behind him, implying that he ran away thanks to something that had happened. Gently, to not hurt him, she picks him up into her arms and starts talking in a soft, soothing tone, trying to comfort him.

There was a fresh brand mark on his cheek and his panicked a little bit when she picked him up but calmed down a little bit when she talked in a soft soothing tone, he seemed to try and hide himself in her arms. Min could feel the poor kitens malnourished ribs without even trying.

Two adults walked over to min. "excuse me miss, thats our kitten."

Sun-mi simply shot a glare at the two adults. So they were the owners of the kitten that she had found? So they were the ones who clearly abused and endangered him, possibly hoping that he'd die? A feeling of anger and a desire to protect the kitten ran through her. Even so, when she spoke, she didn't raise her voice. She used a different tone, but she never raised her voice, knowing that doing that could very well scare the kitten.

"So, you're the ones who hurt this kitten?" she said, her glare only growing stronger. "You have abused, mistreated, and even endangered this poor kitten. I could very well get authorities involved for animal abuse I suggest that you go. This kitten is no longer yours. You are not worthy of the joy that comes with a kitten, especially when how you get joy from one is so demented."

They were speechless, the glared at her with disgust, and at the kitten before tching.
"we did nothing that cat didn't do to itself." Before they turned and left leaving a shaking Quin.

He was shaking with fear in Mins arms, clearly terrified from the encounter. The collar was a bit too tight on the kitten, please take it off.

Sun-mi noticed that the collar was too tight on the poor kitten and removed it, freeing him of a reminder of his past life with those horrible and abusive owners. Then she started to gently stroke the kitten's fur and went back to talking to him in the soft and soothing voice that she had used earlier. Then she walked back into her house, seeing as she hadn't gotten too far, and got something for the kitten so he could eat. She also looked him over for injuries, wanting to make sure that he wasn't incredibly hurt.

He wasn't incredibly hurt, just the fresh brand on the side of his face was all that really happened to him in terms of abuse.

Sun-mi was relieved to figure that out and just let him eat. She wasn't sure how she would work this out with school, though. She couldn't just take him, but she couldn't leave him alone either. Her family wasn't an option because her parents were on vacation and she knew that something could cause her brother to have to leave. She also couldn't skip school, so that left her wondering about how to work this out, ideas going through her head as she watched the kitten eat.

After the kitten was finished eating, well the kitten turned into a 4'3ft smól kitten boy. He looked at her with wide eyes, trying to search hers before looking away.
"T-thank you m-miss.."

Sun-mi looked at the young boy and walked over to him.
"There's no need to thank me. I couldn't let them hurt you. Also, seeing as your quirk has some relation to mine and you're not just a kitten, what's your name? I'd like to know," she said, still speaking softly. "I'm Sun-mi, and while I'm only a teenage girl, I plan on protecting you, and my family can help too. You're going to be cared for here."
