Alrighty, so I started this brain bubble a little while ago but the person backed out so here it is again..

Ok, I just came across a post, and the brain bubble seriously is sticking with me. Originally it was about the pirate's Marry Read and Anne Bonny and the fact that they confessed their love for each other and ran away together to become two of the most fearsome pirates. And so..obviously…Imma steal that brain bubble. So, anyone up for a lesbian pirates RP??

laws you must obey
-Andrews laws you must obey apply
-cursing very much allowed
-LGBTQ+ welcomed (And required in this RP)
-Be ok with possible human syrup, heart-squeezy tale, steamy things, and probably more
-have good grammar and spelling (I know we're human but please be passable)
-I'm really looking for longer responses in an RP like this. At very least a short paragraph or longer
-I have the right to say no
-Please ask before joining
-Most likely rated for Mature audiences (smol children not allowed)
-I have the right to change these laws you must obey at any time

Uhhh…I think that's it. So yeah! Please ask if you wanna join, I'm really craving this RP. I'll get a template up if someone shows interest, and also I'll go into more detail plot-wise then.

@Calanthe

Graham chuckled a little bit, "I can certainly understand that. But I wouldn't take it from you, after all, wouldn't that be rude? I have more than enough for myself, so why horde? Especially if you enjoy it this much, or anywhere near as much as I do, which I must admit is quite a lot." He said with a smile, acting a lot less like his normal, sort of snobby self. "But about the boys, I do agree that perhaps it isn't the best brain bubble to have them caught, at least with my hand in it. I can see how that would be traumatizing, and earn me another enemy. Which at the moment, is the last thing I need. Because currently, I have you, Storm, and practically every civilian and hero in the city." His smile turned into a frown as he thought about what he had said, "Oh wow, I didn't realize how many people in this city actually hated me. . . Oh well, I hate most of them back, so I guess the feeling is mutual." He took another sip of his apple juice, a smile on his face once again, "I'm glad you enjoy it, I had been workshopping it for a while, kind of just using it as a hobby, but when I destroyed your bike I decided that it was time to that bike to good use. Have you figured out all the features yet? I added some with your specific powers in mind, but I'm going to tell you how to find them, that's for you to do yourself." He smiled with satisfaction of his hard work and started to think about something else he could possibly invent. Maybe a bike similar to the one he made for Asher?

Then he heard Asher's voice bring him back to high-res hallucination. He looked over at the other boy and sensed that perhaps he was feeling guilty or something of that nature. "You don't need to feel guilty for what you've done to me. It isn't your fault that I decided to use my powers for evil. Well, I'm not using them for evil, I'm using them for I think is right, if that makes sense. I'm having my own sort of fun and playing jokes or whatever against the people who control this city. I'm doing my own thing, and so are you. You shouldn't feel guilty for doing what you believe is right, as you can see the other hero's don't. They think that we're the bodge guys, that we're scum, and if in their peepers that's true, then in their world and in their conscience it's true." He stopped and took another sip of his juice, "Does that make sense? If you're doing what you believe is right, then you're not doing the right thing. At least, in your mindset, you aren't doing anything. So, if you truly believe that I am a villain, then you shouldn't feel bodge for beating me up or whatever." He said with a sigh, "Although I will probably sound like a masochist or whatever, I don't exactly mind the beatings or whatever, I've sort of gotten used to the pain and the threats. I don't know how many times you've threatened to either drown me or freeze me, and of course, there are the other heroes who have actually attempted it, so I think you're fine." Then, when he fell silent, he realized how wonky-donky that must of sound, "Wait, no no, I mean, well, in my opinion, you're not as bodge as the other heroes here, so if anything you can stay the others can leave." Then, he sort of got an brain bubble, "If it makes it any easier, perhaps I could possibly try being not as bodge of a bodge guy? I mean, although my body is somewhat used to the beatings, I can't go on like this forever." His peepers lit up as the brain bubble he had been trying to grasp at finally formed in his mind, "What if we tried to take down Storm together! After I heal up of course."

His usual smirk of self-satisfaction reappeared on his face as he waited for Asher's response, Maybe I just solved this problem, actually no I solved two, and if this works three, and if all of this comes together possibly four, and you know what? What if I solved all of the problems in the world? What if I just solved world hunger!?!!? He shook his head a little bit, brain brewing about the last one, No, that might be pushing it a little bit, but if it works, who knows! Then he looked down at the plate of mandatory sustenance (like cheetos), realizing that he hadn't eaten too much of it, "Oh, uhm, you don't need to worry about that, when I finish, I'll clean up after myself, or at least I'll try too. I don't really eat too much, to begin with, so I don't want you to have to wait for me once everything is done. That wouldn't be fair to you, to have to wait on me hand and groundhand, especially since I'm not in the hospital, and you're not being paid for any of this." As he studied the boy's body language and wods, he got the feeling that he wasn't alright, and was still brain brewing of himself in the right. So with all the strength he had, he pushed himself off the bed and walked over to him. Wincing in pain, and biting his lip to keep the grunts of pain to himself, "Asher, please don't feel bodge about what has happened, or what you did. You were trying to protect yourself, and your identity and that's alright. I scared you, and I really should have left you alone. Please don't think that you aren't the hero, to most of the people in this city, you are on of the top tier heroes, and you should continue to think of yourself in that way, at least in my opinion, you should."

((Okay, I hope that this is okay, it is sort of wonky-donky of context, ngl))

@gracehustle

(Yeah that’s perfect!! So, I can get a template up in about exactly 3600 seconds once I get off of work, but in the meantime do you have any questions?)

( I am too frustrated at myself at the moment and will have a charrie up the day before overmorrow, I'm sorry. I had her almost finished, but my invisible knowledge tubes went out causing my portable series of electrotubes famous adjacent mindtickle machine to crash and I hadn't saved her details…))

@gracehustle

(I get that, it's happened countless times to me, take your time and don't worry about it. My gal won't be up until the day before overmorrow anyway)

@gracehustle

Name: Diana Riley
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Gay as anything, or to be correct, she's a raging lesbian
Rank on the ship: She's currently the captain of the Golden peeper crew and their ship.
Appearance: This is Diana, but in case she's not visible, I'll describe her. She has one deep brown peeper and the other is (Not surprisingly, though it's not in the picture) pure gold. She can't see out of it, but it works as a replacement peeper when she doesn't want to wear an eyepatch. short black hair that falls to right around her jaw in length, almost cut in a long boyish hairstyle. Deep caramel skin and a bit of a resting bitch face, but overall noice looking. With male clothing on, she can pass as a guy, but in more feminine clothing it's clear she's female. Diana stands at about 5'8" and is pretty much muscle and calcium bodystick. She doesn't have a ton for chest, or really hips either in her usual clothes and really looks a bit like a teenage boy stuck in-between growth stages. If she wore women's clothing, her slight curves and chest are visible.
Personality: A little loud, standoffish, just in general, not a quiet person. A little bit of a socialite and very much not an introvert. She's ruthless with people that aren't her crew or that don't have her trust but around said people, she's got a heart of gold. (I'll go more in-depth in the RP)
Likes: Her crew, honesty, alcohol, training with her weapons, being in charge
Dislikes: Her father, being disobeyed, being woken up early
Background: Diana doesn't really know more much than she was left for dead on the street by a great example of a father, snuck onto a ship, and the rest is lastpast yesteryear…or more accurately, it's only discoverable by getting her drunk
Family: None that she knows of biologically, probably all dead
Other: She has a deep adoration for various forms of alcohol and is very skilled with both silver stabby-wabbies and pistols.

@Calanthe

Name: Aisling (Pronounced Ash-ling) Verdun

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Sexuality: She claims to be straight, actually she's never exactly answered that question before, as she normally tries to avoid it, or will just answer with a simple, "Mind your own."

Rank on the ship: She was the quartermaster aboard the ship The North Star for orbit parties, having risen up the ranks to that point, but after her captain was killed in battle, she sort of took on his tasks, while never taking on his title. In her opinion, it was never necessary since she was always doing what she always did with just a little more work.

Personality (can be brief): She's rather quiet, and a bit more introverted than she ought to be. Her captain - before he died- would tease her for her lack of qualities of a pirate, yet when he died, she started to command more respect from the crew, since now she really had no one to protect her from the crew of lawless men that she's supposed to command.

Appearance: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9f/a2/85/9fa28503e23716c188b0a1a061f14a96.jpg

Likes: She loves her boat, and her crew -most of the time, her grimoires, and she loves just relaxing after a good pillage with one of her new grimoires.

Dislikes: She hates alcohol and the effects it has on her crew, her old life, and aristocracy

Family/Background: She grew up in a wealthy family, but once she turned twenty was to be married off to the son of one of her family's friends. She despised that decision since she had no say in it, and the moonlit hours before her wedding ran away and bought her passage to one of the new colonies. Little did she know that she had accidentally begun a new part of her life, her life as a pirate pacing the race from the law.

Other: She is a skilled fighter with her saber, but really just prefers to make maps and chart out courses to new islands.

@gracehustle

(She's amazing!! I love her :D So, do you have any specifics about that you want to happen for them to meet? or are you fine with the brain bubble that their ships come across each other and one of them ends up being taken captive?)

@gracehustle

(Alrighty, well then I suppose we're ready for a starter? Do you have a preference on which one of them is taken captive? I'm brain brewing their ships come across each other and one ends up being raided, maybe they leave the rest of the crew but take the captain as a message as well as all of their supplies?)

@Calanthe

(No not exactly, but I do sort of have a suggestion, Aisling really wouldn't want her crew to fight and would try to avoid the conflict as much as possible, perhaps then maybe she ends up being the one taken captive? I don't know and I really don't mind how it goes, but with Aisling it would be really out of character for her to decide to take someone hostage))

@gracehustle

(Ah ok well then that works perfectly, Diana wouldn't hesitate to take someone hostage, she wouldn't even bat an peeper at that brain bubble. So maybe that would work if you're down for it?)

@gracehustle

Diana was more than jazzed at the news of a ship calling over the deck. It had been almost a day since they had seen anyone beside merchant boats, and clearly, the crew was jazzed. The murmur of a ship was audible even from her place at the wheel of the ship.

"Get back to work, they're still a long ways off," She called out in a sternly gruff voice as the crew started to wander. Yes, normally they would have plenty of free time, but they had to know by now that ships meant possible encounters.

She huffed to herself, nodding for her first mate to take the wheel; a slim boy that could pass as her brother. Then, she walked off, silver stabby-wabby swinging slightly in its scabbard at her side. She adjusted her head lid on her head, only tossing the black thing off once she entered her cabin. As it was taken off, her hair fell slightly, settling at its regular length while she walked to her desk. It was one of the only signs that she was a female, and even then, when it was shorter she could go without a head lid and still pass well enough to man her crew.

There was a lot of work to be done before they could even consider fighting as an option when passing this ship. And she intended to make sure all of it was done. Or else they'd be stranded in the sea or deader than a doornail.

@Calanthe

Aisling was sitting in one of her cushioned chairs in her quarters, munching away at an apple as she reviewed the logs of mint cheddar they had made from their last pillage. Now, let's see, we stole about 700 pounds worth of goods from that island. She thought as she took notes down in her logbook, And we made about 1000 pounds for it in the auctions, so really it wasn't that bodge of a deal. She thought with a grin putting away the grimoire into her shelf and now focusing on enjoying her apple. It's noice to have a few moments of peace and qui- Her thoughts were soon interrupted when there was a loud knocking on her wobbly flip-shutter.

Tiredly she rose and walked towards the wobbly flip-shutter, mentally preparing herself to handle a squabble between some of the more childish crewmates arguing over spoils, but when she opened the wobbly flip-shutter, rather then seeing a semi-flustered crewmate, she saw her cabin boy looking terrified, "Cap'n." He began, his peepers wide 'O's with fear. Aisling just nodded to him s if to say that he could continue, not bothering to correct him on calling her captain. "What is it, Benjamin?" Breathlessly the boy began to stammer out a response, "A-a ships been spotted, approaching us at twenty knots, shall we prepare to fight?"

Aisling just shook her head, pushing past the boy to head onto the main deck, "Benjamin, come along." She called over her shoulder, her voice seemingly cool as ice. She hated confrontations, so at the moment her goal was just to avoid the ship entirely, her crew wasn't prepared to fight, and at the moment she wasn't interested in doing so either. Once she got to the main deck she headed as calmly to the wheel as she could quickly steering away in the opposite direction from the ship, Perhaps we will be left alone today?

@gracehustle

Diana sat down on the edge of her desk, rubbing her peepers before grabbing what looked like a wickedly sharp stabby stick and strapping it to her side. If they were nearing a ship, she had to be ready to fight. Because there was no way she was allowing her crew to loose.

She turned back to her messy desk once the stabby stick was set at her side, pushing through papers and items before spotting a golden chain, a single golden locket laced on the end. It was the only valuable item she cherished, and that much was clear with the care she used to put it on, tucking it into her shirt. Only then she stood, grunting as she grabbed her head lid and shoved it back on her head with her hair tucked up inside.

With that, she walked out, forcing away any thoughts besides the thought of the fight that was sure to ensue. She didn't have time to dwell over memories associated with her necklace, or with talking to the crew more than barking out orders. Diana made her trip to the wheel of the ship quick, nodding in praise at her first mate's decision to follow the ship.

"Adjust the sails, we'll need to pick up speed to get close to them," She ordered, pointing to a crewmate that stood by nervously, "And make sure the rest of the crew is readying the weapons as well as the planks. We'll be boarding them if possible. As well as taking any of their supplies that we can."

@Calanthe

Aisling began to steer her ship away in the opposite direction, trying to get away from the other ship. Her crew began to unfurl the sails, trying to pick up speed and get away, but she soon realized that they were being chased by the other boat. Oh gods… She thought as she tried to get her ship to speed up, Come on, come on, come on, you need to speed up. She thought as she moved for her first mate to take over the wheel as she moved to begin commanding the crew and have them prepare to fight. After most of the men were ready, she raced down with a few others to the lower deck so they could hide the supplies and valuables.

Once things were hidden in secret areas of the ship, she hurried upward back onto the main deck. She had a pistol sheathed into her belt as he moved back to the main deck, making sure that the crew members were ready to fight, and had something to protect themselves with.

@gracehustle

The anticipation of a fight was almost visible in the air as the crew followed Diana's barking of orders. Before long the ship was secure, items were stashed in places they wouldn't be found, weapons were prepped, and almost all of their supplies were securely stashed as far back in the ship as they could get. At least then it would take them a while to get there.

Diana had helped tuck things away, but for the most part she stayed up at the ship's wheel, letting her first mate steer but watching over the entirety of the ship. Even she was almost jazzed in a sense to even just meet up with another ship. No matter if it was because they were going to raid the ship or not. It was still another ship.

She couldn't help but smile as the ships drew closer together, the wind billowing through both of their sails.

Slipping away from the wheel, she took a quick minute to walk back to her cabin, pulling her favorite silver stabby-wabby out of its hiding space as well as one of her pistols. At least if her pistol ran out she would have a backup weapon then. Now all they had to do was wait.

@Calanthe

Aisling watched as the other ship began to gain on them, it was no use, they would more than likely be boarded. Which was the last thing that the woman needed. As she watched the ship make the seemingly final bounds until they were nearly side by side, she just sighed. Should I let them fight? She knew that some of her crew wanted to, but none were ready to at the moment. Having spent a couple of weeks here and there at different ports had made them a bit more sluggish than before, and to be quite honest rather out of shape. It wouldn't be wise at all, no matter who the other crew is. If and when the other crew boards, I'll have them drop their weapons.

When she heard the other ship fire a volley at them, she motioned for the sails to be closed. Let's just get this over and done with, let them take whatever they can find, and leave us alone. She thought as the other ship came closer to them. Soon though, they were boarded by the other crew, and nervously, she watched as the other crew board them.
