If you’re talking about what I think you mean then the past few days have been a rollercoaster for my deities, myself, and my kins.
I thought I’d gotten used to the hypersensitivity but boi was I wrong, and last night happened to be the worst I’ve experienced for a long time

Im calling it a 'second awakening' because obviously your first is when you decide to pursue the craft and you align yourself with a deity, etc, etc.

But the night before last I was minding my own business throwing tarot and meditating when I was downright claimed by a new deity and boi it's been wild since then.

Ive always felt a connection to Frejya and respected her deeply (she was my main) and I could feel her appreciation for my worship, but it was always a kind detachment you know? Almost like she was taking care of me for when I was ready for my true deity.

smacked me to hard in the chakras that I immediately started happy crying. Ever since then…..gods I cant even explain it.

Incense was burning, I was cleaning and cleansing my room (like honestly, it felt so good to rearrange my shelves for some odd reason—I never rearrange anything). I never thought I would have any other connection to any deity other than Hephaestus and Hermes. They have been the only ones for a long ass time, and then—

It's like a strange combination of bliss and uncertainty, I can't actually describe the feeling clearly.

That's so wild of an experience. Does that happen to every practitioner at some point, or does it only happen on a case-by-case basis?

Also, something is iffy and I don't know what's going on. It's hard to explain, but I feel like there's something attached to my head/mind/crown chakra, or something like an energy block. Whatever is going on, it's heightening my physical senses while fogging up my spiritual senses. This has been going on for around 2 weeks now. My sight and hearing are more sensitive than ever before, and it seems to be condensing my stress/negative emotions of the ever-approaching Finals Week. I even tried meditating just recently, and I got cockblocked from my deities. All I got was "Hello my child" from Aphrodite and then bam, brick wall of nothingness. I didn't even get to sense Aion, and he's my main man. In my heart, I know he's here with me, but I seemed to have lost the ability to sense either of them.

What do I do?

You may accidentally be doing it to yourself. Stress is a powerful thing, even for a practitioner, and that emotional turmoil could be blocking yourself from the energies of the universe. Think of it as your mind is trying to protect itself from further harsh stressors, but inadvertently blocking the good as well.

I would start with a simple chakra cleansing and maybe a tarot spread to see whats up.

In my old circle, our High Priestess used to speak of how as practitioners we grow into the Deities we need for certain points of our lives and that it is okay to switch patrons (albeit gracefully)

Of course. Of course I am my own enemy. Damn.

I just did a Tarot spread and oh BOI is my energy all over the place. However, I did find out what's wrong: I've been limiting myself. I've had so many ideas recently, and I've been telling myself to resist, to not act upon them because Finals Week. I have to focus on Finals Week and nothing else, everything else gets pushed aside. And I guess it started to bottle up in my head and clog my mind.

Definitely going to do that simple chakra cleansing tonight.

Errrrrm Jasmine, Sandalwood, Rose, Osmanthus, Green Tea and Lavender. And it’s the cone ones that go on those waterfall burners

My sister bought some lavender plants because they repell mosquitoes

My mom is growing some lavender right now and I plan to steal copious amounts

Also I went to the Dollar Store yesterday and bought a white candle and a little wooden box (currently for eggshells but I might try to use it as a manifestation box) and I'm v happy

Almost got some incense but I only brought three dollars lmao

See this is why I’m thankful I have a job, I can just buy what I want without having to run it past my parents or even limiting myself to what I can get each time——hence the 320 cones of incense
