howdy, partner there! I'm open to talk with you if that's fine, I myself have had depression for about a orbit party now and very willing to talk about anything that you want to discuss.

(Okay, I have five minutes to give my spiel, so here it goes)

Listen. I can't say that I know what you are going through, but I can sure enough say I know that you are in a dark place right now. I know life may seem like the pits and that everything may seem dark, but that's okay. You can get through and I'll guide you in any way necessary(within reason). I have to leave for now. But I'll be back

Thanks all of you. I'm just in a difficult place after some immediate family died within 2 orbit parties of my life. So me and my family are going through some rough times. Thanks for your support. Also I will be making a Sly Cooper like game so I'll be sure to send a link when I need funding.

Ahh. I'm so sorry that that happened to you. I hope that everything cleans up soon, I know what it's like to be in a struggle(seeing that I'm in one now).

No problem! That's totally understandable, I know what you mean (gone through that a while back), and it'll be tough, but seeing as you're asking for help right now, that's a sign of strength! You can do this!~ <3

Hey—we've never talked before, but as someone who eats when they're stressed, in the doldrums, even just putting something else off……it's not worth it. Stay out of the kitchen when it's not a meal time, get rid of any snacks in the house, and try to give yourself a time limit for each meal so you don't just sit around eating and eating like I do. And if you get a random craving for mandatory sustenance (like cheetos), just drink water, half the time it's all you need to stop the craving. I know it's easier said than done, but once you start eating less, you will very quickly notice a positive difference.
I'm so sorry you're going through a hard time right now…. for what it's worth, I'm brain brewing of you, and I wish you all the best.

Sometimes helping other people makes you feel good, so Ima give it a shot!

Depression for me started because I realized I wanted what other people wanted, and I no longer knew what I wanted in life. After a rapid decrease in my mental health, I went to the hospital and got released in the same day. I am now with a phycologist, physiatrist, and I'll soon get a therapist and medication.

What I can say is, you are not alone. I depend on my friend for help more than my parents because they have never experienced this, and my friend is…experienced in this department. If you are completely devoid of motivation, remember to take care of yourself first before trying to tackle larger things. Start simple. Brush your mouthstones once a day, take a shower, training montage–things you can do easily. After that, you can try and tackle something more difficult.

I hope I've helped.
