“Of course,” he smiled. He got in the car, starting it, and starting to drive to the house.

She smiled and lay her hand and head on his shoulder. "Have I told you I love you?"

“A could times,” he teased.

"Well I do." She said nuzzling closer.

“Always and forever,” he smirked once he came to a red light, he pressed his lips against Ira’s.

She pulled away and chuckled. "Maybe you should've thought about that first babe." She continued giggling.

“Maybe,” he bit his lip as the light turned green. He pressed on the gas arriving at the house in 20 minutes. “Looks nice and the wall don’t look brown from here.”

She smiled at him. "Well that's a plus. Ready to go in?"

He nodded getting out the car making sure to lock it. He walked through the door which had a person standing next to it. “Hello, I’ll be the one showing you the house. It’s nice to meet you.”

Ira smiled trying to be polite, but her hostile looks were a difficult challenge to overcome. "Hi, I'm Ira." She greeted holding a hand out.

“Hi, my name is Raven,” he smiled as he took Ira’s hand in her squeezing it slightly, telling her to stay calm. “Right this way. There are two staircases leading up to the second floor. The glass spiral one that is right in front of you and a glass one in the kitchen.” The lady walked up the first one she mentioned and Raven followed.

She followed behind Raven lacing her fingers with his. She looked around and took in the whole thing- if this was it- it was gonna be theirs. She let a smile rest on her lips and sped up a bit so she was standing next to Raven. "It's nice." She whispered to him.

“I know this place could be ours,” he whispered back.
“Once you get to the second floor you have a big open space where children can play. The best thing it once you get past here there is a balcony where you can enjoy the air and look down at the pool. Next over here we have the master bedroom. A walk in closet for both of you one each side. The bathroom is to the right of you with two sinks and a shower. There are two hallways and on each side they have a bedroom and a bathroom.

Ira smiled squeezing his hand listening to the lady. She started playing their life together in her head, and now she excited herself. She nodded to an imaginary beat to show she was at least half paying attention.

Raven looked over and smiled. “When you first walk in the door on the first floor You have a dinning room to your right and then the kitchen. On your left you have a sound proof office in the far back and a TV room. So the kids can play and you sir, can get work done. The staircase to the basement is next to the the mud room and mini office. The door to the garage is also there if you ever want to come through the garage. The kitchen has marble counter top to go with the tiled floors. The pool as I mentioned earlier is the backyard along with a deck that you can have parties with and other stuff. The basement is the same as any other. You have a tv and a washing machine down there. There is also a bar. The guest room is on the second floor next to the balcony. I believe that is the whole house,” she smiled.
“So what do you think?” He turned to Ira.

She smiled happily. "It's really, really nice." She was clearly excited. "Do we wanna sit down and talk for just a minute first though?" She asked quietly. "Я имею в виду, мы должны думать об этом, мы планируем жить здесь навсегда."

“You want to buy it right now?” The lady asked with a raised eyebrow. Raven chuckled then nodded. The lady blushed. “Right away.”

She rolled her eyes rubbing his shoulder gently. "It truly is." she slipped her arm around his waist and followed him.

“Here are the papers. Once you sign all of these I will take your credit card or cash and it will have been paid for and you can start moving in once we move everything out. I will send you an email saying the house is ready.

She smirked and whispered to him. "О, успокойся, детка. Может быть, я заставлю тебя ждать до нашей свадьбы." Then she looked up at the lady. "Thank you ma'am, we'll get started."

“Please don’t make me wait,” he wined. “You know how impatient I can be…” he started to read the papers making sure nothing screechy was going on. He signed all the papers and then gave it to Ira for her to sign.

She sighed and glanced at him before she started to read. "We'll see. You at least have to wait until I'm back at 100%." She said signing the first few papers. "Then we'll talk." She slid the papers forward and set the pen aside.

“Fine…” he took out his credit card and gave it to the lady. The lady took the right amount then gave it back to Raven. “It’s all paid for once we get everything out of here you’ll be able to move in. Thank you for buying this house.” Raven nodded. “Let’s go,” he smiled standing up and making sure he had everything.
