Raven laughed with her, "That was priceless," he managed to say. "I can't."
Raven laughed with her, "That was priceless," he managed to say. "I can't."
Ira was dying, she slid down low in the booth tears in her eyes. "I-I- pffffft." She half snorted and sat up wiping her eyes/
"The look on her face was priceless though-" he cut himself off as his stomach started to hurt. "We should probably eat now….I can't-" he rubbed his eyes as he kept on laughing.
She had calmed down a bit but her smile was plastered to her face. "Y-yeah we should." She said still giggling.
He chuckled one more time before starting to eat his pizza, "So good~"
She smiled at him and ate her salad slowly. "Why do you tempt me you devil?" She asked chuckling watching him eat his pizza. "I'm really trying- why do you have to Ben so cruel?"
"You know I could give you a piece or we can just order another one," he chuckled. "Why are you like on a diet or something?" Raven raised an eyebrow.
"I've been trying not to eat really greasy stuff while on my period." She mumbled taking a sip of her water.
"How come?" he asked looking up. "Does it make it worse?"
She nodded. "It doesn't make it feel any better that's for sure." She said taking a short breath and letting it out slowly.
He nodded back finishing it quickly. As he took the ketchup pouring it onto his fries. "How long have we been together?"
She bit her lip, and thought for a second before looking at his plate. "Raven! What the heck are you doing?"
"What? I put ketchup on my fries differently okay? No judgies," he pouted looking away, starting to eat his friends.
She cringed as he did so. "You're killing me- honestly. Maybe I should've took some time before agreeing to marry you." She joked and turned back to a serious tone. "Okay but really, I think it's been 3 or 4 years."
"The days of college parties, getting in trouble, sneaking out, and doing stuff we weren't supposed to," He sighed. "That was an easy life before I had to pay bills."
She smiled a bit. "Well I think you'll be happy to pay the bills of our future house." She joked adjusting the bun on top of her head.
"How about we go shopping tomorrow for houses. I have my day off tomorrow remember?" he smiled as he continued to eat.
She grinned. "We'll have to sit down a get an idea of what we want." She laughed picking up her fork.
"I know. We're going to have to find one close to the city," he mumbled to himself. He started rambling about the house.
She finished off her food listening to him ramble on. Commenting every once in awhile. "Yeah sure babe." And "Sounds great." Were her response mostly. She looked up at him sliding her plates aside.
"Done?" he asked finishing the last of his fries. "You look pretty tired, you okay?"
She nodded, surprising a yawn. "Just a long day is all." She gave a soft smile.
"Let's play and get back okay? Now I wish we drove," he sighed." Getting up to go pay.
"It's fine babe, I'll be alright." She said now unable to stop her yawn. "Just tired."
"If you say so…" he paid quickly and walked back to Ira. "Ready love?" he smiled placing a hand on his hip.
