panic told me about what happened in german, you okay? lemme know if you need to talk my favorite murderer <3

@Bandito

(So this one's a little personal so it might not make sense)

Bad Weather

It's all in your head
Dreaming in bed
For hopeless things
For present kings
If I had just tried
Swallowed my pride
Took off the blind
Someone to find
I'm sorry father
You know your daughter
I'm sorry mother
I am no other
Than a
Lying freak
Tongue-in-cheek
Hater who
Doesn't know what to do
An empty soul
A hungry ghoul
Who won't
Eat because of the front
She's created
Won't you stay alive
Take the dive
Bones, heart shatter
Doesn't matter
You're a missing brick
A tockless tick
They should be glad
Why are they sad?
I'm sorry father
You know your daughter
I'm sorry mother
I am no other
Than a
Smoking wreck
Unsigned check
Of a kid
Who likes what she undid
Sad little mess
An unwise guess
Of a worm
Who seems to like
The storm
She's created
Do you still care now?
My final bow
My final trick
To get so sick
Well now you have it
My new habit
Of breaking bones
I want to own
I'm sorry father
You know your daughter
I'm sorry mother
I am no other
Than a
Hopeless child
Lost in the wild
Coming here
To explain tears
A distant fight
A muffled light
Shining now
Just to reveal the cloud
She's created.
I'm sorry father
You know your daughter
I'm sorry mother
I am no other
Than
A feather
A tether
Bad weather
No other!

Here's one I did just now XD

Can it be more lonely
Than this?
There is nothing around me, not
Even another life form.
What am I in all this? An
Insignificant girl.
But I blink, and then
I'm surrounded by blooming
Colors that surround me.
The darkness is replaced with the light
And it's beauty
Overwhelms me.
The cold has become warm and it is
To good to truly exist.
But yet it does
And I no longer feel
Alone.

I can relate to that. It's touching. Good job!

It's pretty! It creates an image in my head and that's good!

@ravens

sometimes I wonder what it's like
to lie in the silent dark
and listen

A haiku! That's original! Y'know sometimes the most touching words are simple.

It's actually not a haiku because the syllables go 8, 7, 3 lol
But thank you! <3

@Tiani

Just a little something I wrote because looking at the moon is one of my favourite things to do so yeah…..

The moon

She waits patiently for the sun to tire.

When he retires to his chambers,

taking his bright light and scorching rays with him,

is when she tends to the needs of her children.

She cradles them in her arms,

she sings them tranquil lullabies.

Though her gentle halo brings with it little heat,

her smile I warmer than any beam the sun could force.

humble as she is, she is gorgeous.

She perches daintily in the dark

the clouds illuminating as they pass below her,

her loyal servants.

Her power is wisdom, her beauty is stillness,

her pain is silence, her purpose is kindness,

her children are our brothers and sisters,

she is the embodiment of what we can never truly be

She understands the sun isn't perfect and that she isn't either.

He may be arrogant but he is bright,

She may be caring but she is distant,

he may be loud but he is thoughtful,

She may fair but she is timid.

She is happy to sit back and observe,

while her partner dictates the thinker, she encourages the dreamers,

She encourages them to venture outside of the boxes that the sun classifies them into.

She smiles a wide glowing smile over the sleeping earth.

She doesn't wail when dusk rolls around,

as she has faith that the earth will keep spinning,

and we will gaze upon her mysterious figure with awe once again.

alright kiddos here's a poem called "guilt"

i’m not what
you think i am.
your promises are so well-intentioned,
but they make me want to cry.
please, don’t tell me i’m going to heaven.
i’m not.
the ‘me’ that you see
(the girl who’s good and sweet and faithful
and exactly what you want)
isn’t real.
would you still love me
if you knew what i really am?
or would you cast me aside?
or, worse, would you try to fix
the parts of me
that aren’t even broken?

gotta love being agnostic in a super christian family amirite lads??? haha i'm totally fine (also pls don't misinterpret this as me hating religion, i 100% respect and admire it)

@vidari-is-tired-in-advance group

This is a poem I wrote a couple months ago while sad:

“(sorry)”

Guilty is me,
guilty I am.
(sorry) but not enough
(time) to fix my broken mess
upside- down
in the pit of my
stomach roiling
bitter and sick
to the bone-
tired. and quaking
in my
[Guilt]

Sorry it’s kinda dark! It’s the only complete poem I’ve really ever written, and I wanted to contribute to this! ;3

@ember-chan-will-never-forget-you

I lurk i the
darkest corners
of your mind.
Ever present
I can see all
your thoughts
You have a
deep-seated fear
of me
A primordial
repellance
You run from me
But why try?
You shout,
"Who are you?"
Sharp fangs
Deadly claws
Spiked spine
Bloodred scales
"Who am I?
Foolish child!
Foolish, foolish child!
Who am I?"
I will cackle in
TRIUMPH, Who am I? I AM YOU

@Bandito

ᵒʰ ʷᵒʷ
(this is my interpretation of colors, probably different than you guys but I wanted to see what you thought anyway)

When you look at my face
I wonder what you see
A loner
A goner
A myriad of
Distant colors

White is for innocence lost
For pills and snow and unknown cost
Blue for slow, endless approach
For infinities of calm encroach
Red for chaos, swords and wielding
For scorching tears and words unyielding
Yellow for stubborn denial
For sunny lies and phones undialed
Green for watching all alone
For bright breezes and silky stone
Purple for wild, dancing minds
For marching down walls unconfined
Orange for rough and slimy thoughts
For blood sliding around monsters caught
Gray for drifting in old silence
For ghosts threatening future violence
Pink for pretty, empty sunsets
For soft perfume and small, unsaid threats
Brown for unreadable eyes
For rotting corpses in disguise

Black is for the hopeless child
For words too soft and voice too mild
For empty faces, the Styx's toll
Wondering why and funerals
Black is for too many things
For sobs unheard and tears unseen
For concerned parents, lonely kids
Questions, silence, falling off the grid
Looking up and seeing nothing
Thinking of them, of Him, of something
Shutting up and staying still
Taking one too many pills
For a thousand sleepless nights
For not bothering to turn on the lights
For uncertain, too-fast breath
Black is for
The millionth death

I wrote something, but I have to type it, since I wrote it in a journal… It's personal.
