Nick rolled his eyes with a smile that read "unbelievable." "Will you just shut up and let me thank you. You've never let me do that from day one, so take it. You don't need to thank me for standing by you, I hate to break it to you, but I love you. I would never leave you. I mean it with all my heart." nick wanted to kiss Mel severely more than anything. However, there were so many people in the room he figured it would get awkward. He did not want to display the image he had in his head to everyone else.

"Well, I didn't say that…" He trailed off. "But you could never go overboard—plant as many as you want. Whatever makes you happy, I'll provide you with such things. Although, please don't make me touch any of them. I'm still terrified of the texture." Easton smirked. "Besides, you're cute when you go overboard. I mean, that is the best way possible." He watched Abrose start to talk more about his garden, and he couldn't help but admire him. He looked at Abrose like he was the only thing in the world and wanted it to stay that way. He leaned down and kissed Abrose with all that he had. Easton couldn't find anyone better to love than him. Abrose was perfect for him, whether he believed it or not. He raised his hand to Abrose's cheek to keep the kiss going. Being here with Abrose right now is more than he could've ever wished for.

@Fenrir

Mel huffed softly, giving Nick a little pout. "how am I not supposed to thank you for staying by my side, hm? When you can be off with someone else. There will never be a time where I am not eternally grateful for your love and loyalty." he pressed a kiss to Nick's cheek before settling at the desk chair all the love and kindness now receding as he faced Roi.
Roi cleared his throat as he set papers in from of Mel. "Know before you sign, I understand how important this place is to you, to all of you. I want to preserve that."
Mel arched an eyebrow, clearly unimpressed as he read over the papers before passing them to Veda and the rest. "And why would you of all fae be interested in preserving a place like this?" He asked plainly, folding his hands in his lap and casually leaning back in his chair.
"Because its important. Not only to you and the family you've created here but to people who still seek asylum from the Queen." Now that did impress Mel, as much as he hated it.
"I want to keep this as a safe house just as you and Veda have for years now. For those entering or looking for safety. They'll have a place to go they know will accept them."

"Careful dear. Next thing you know then enter house inside and out will be covered in plants. But thank you, and no I wouldn't make you do anything you don't want to, I promise." He blushed at being called cute, as he did with every compliment he received from Easton "Thank you love, not many people are willing to sit though my rambling of plants so I appreciate it. He was about to explain what he had begun to plant in the beds while he was waiting to get more seeds but was cut off by Easton's lips meeting his. He gasped in surprise before wrapping his arm around Easton and holding him close. He twined his fingers into Easton's hair, shivering in delight as he sensed each point of contact.

@rui group

Nick's eyes went wide. First, Roi comes here insulting him, and now he wants to preserve this place. Something felt off about this, but if Mel felt like Roi could be trusted, then so be it. "I haven't been here long and still don't fully trust you. You hurt Mel, and can very easily do it again, so…" he looked back at Mel and everyone else in the room. He snuck into Roi's mind, "I'm holding you to your word. If I hear anything about this place becoming anything but what you said right now, you and I will have a serious problem. Don't think for one second that I won't make you regret it." he sighed. "Take good care of it." Nick's stared Roi down like he was one of the targets from the queen. It was the I-will-find-you look.

Easton gripped his waist, gently pulling Abrose onto his lap. "You look even more beautiful on top of me than you do under me," he whispered against their lips. He tilted his head, moving Abrose's hip closer so their bodies could finally touch. He wanted to do more than feel Abrose. He wanted to tell him how much h was in love with him. He tried to show Abrose he was all Easton needed to be happy in this fucked up world. Easton's fingertips snuck their way into his shirt. A shirt that made Abrose look all the more attractive. They didn't go very far but sat on his waist while he continued kissing Abrose. Easton tilted his head, deepening this kiss.

@Fenrir

"You want to do nothing with the estate other than a safe house?" Mel asked, almost in disbelief. Almost. For all the time Mel knew Roi, he knew Roi didn't lie, at least when it came to something this important.
"Thats right." Roi confirmed, moving his gaze from where it had been pinned on Mel to confidently meet Nick's. "And if I hear anything about you hurting Mel or anyone else in this room, I'll find the fastest ship to southern continent and end your life." Roi countered swiftly, not knowing if Nick could actually hear his thoughts but his expression held grim promise.
Mel stood from his chair and motioned for Veda to follow him outside the study, wanting to discuss with him in private. While he did trust the others with his life, Veda had been by his side since the very beginning, if he had any doubts at all, Mel wanted to know.
"And you take good care of him." Roi replied with a 'too easy' smile, earning him a warning nudge from Esther as she stepped up from her spot beside Kira and perched on the desk. "Do you mean it?" She asked her cousin. "This won't be one of your business escapades like the other estates?"
Roi gently took her hand and shook his head "No, it won't." He promised more gently, looking at each of them around the room, even Nick.

Abrose easily fit against Easton as he was tugged in closer. "I like this new view of you, too dear" He murmured, gently tugging at Easton's collar to bring him closer. Despite their bodies pressing against each other Abrose wanted him closer. Closer than the kisses they shared, than the tentative touches they were exploring with. He sucked in a shaky breath sa Easton nudged his shirt aside, feeling both the coolness of the evening and the heat of Easton's hands sent his mind into a fuzzy haziness Abrose hoped would never lift as he melted against Easton's form and reciprocated to heated kiss.

@rui group

Nick gave a sly smile. "As if I would be scared by you. There's a reason why I was the Queen's sentinel. Besides, I wouldn't dream of hurting Mel." He turned his head over to Mel, his eyes mesmerized by his appearance. His cheek grew to a slight red, and he left them, almost forgetting where he was and who his thoughts were going to. "He's beautiful, strong physically as well as mentally, well he's still getting there mentally. I'm so proud of what he's done, the work that he's put into saving others, his smile…oh his smile…it could make the whole world happy if it weren't so fucked up, the way he listens…." his thoughts kept filling up with the compliments of Mel both wholesome and not. He hasn't registered yet that he was connected to Roi, nor did he care. However, he snapped out of it after his statement. From what he's heard about Roi, he didn't expect him not to use this estate for personal gain. Then again, Mel has a way of changing people.

Easton smirked against his lips. The excitement Abrose made him feel was unparalleled by anything he's ever felt. He wasn't expecting the pull of his collar, with only made him want to be touched more. The strong force yet the subtle sweetness of Abrose was all one could need when falling in love. "When you pull me like that, it feels like you're trying to continue what happened back at Mel's place," he teased. He loved feeling the indents and curves of Abrose's body. They were equally as strong, yet his body frame was foreign to him, which was the best part. The feeling of something different yet something that's his. It only made him crave Abrose more. He wanted to hold him, memorize his body until touching it no longer felt strange. To the point where he would be blindfolded and know exactly where he was touching. "I don't know how I manage to hold back when it comes to you, my love."

@Fenrir

"if you think I fear anyone who used to work for the Queen then you severely underestimate me. Is that really something you want to boasting about anyways considering you are with Mel and a rebellion?" Roi tipped his head and gave a sweet smile as he turned his attention back to Nick. His smile sooned turned into a set frown as Nick began to occupy his thoughts with Mel. "He really is like the sun. I don't think there's any way possible for anyone to snuff out his light, despite their many many attempts." Roi muttered, much to the confusion of the others in the room. Before they could question either Nick or Roi, Mel came back in with Veda. Mel settled back down in his seat at the desk, staring at the documents in front of him in silence for a long while before flicking his gaze up Roi, watching him intently. "I have a few conditions I want honored." He said finaly. Roi nodded "Name them and they shall be done." the fae replied, a slow, relived smile growing. Mel nodded once, not sharing Roi's smile, instead taking a pen and began to write down his conditions he had agreed upon with Veda.

"Maybe I am," Abrose murmured, "we do have a house all to ourselves with no one to potentially distract us this time." He nodded towards the cottage behind them, his eyes fluttering as Easton hypnotically ghosted over his skin. He tilted Easton's chin up for a brief moment, and pressed a kiss to his lips, hungry and wanting. He entangled his hands back into Easton's hair, "We were in a life or death situation, waiting for the right time may have been a bigger priority at theat moment, dear." Abrose laughed softly, trying his best to calm his breathing and eratic heartbeat but the more Easton touched him, the more of him that was exposed to his gentle caress, the more Abrose selfishly wanted Easton. "But now we have a home for ourselves. Where we're safe and together." He smiled softly, momentarily pausing their heated kiss to look at his beloved. "I want you, Easton. I want to make up for all the time where we had to put off our relationship for our own doubts or when the situation was not the best to let us be happy."

@rui group

"Bold of you to assume I would care. Also, I didn't ask ." He rolled his eyes with a friendly grin. Their conversation was amusing to him. It was fun to have someone to fight with other than Easton. As much fun as it was, they would always agree and see each other's side of things. "Yeah, well, you almost made that light go out. Maybe if you were a little less selfish, then you would've noticed. I'm beginning to like you…what's your name again?" He teased. Nick was glad this was almost over so he could finally go to bed with his beloved. He cherishes sleep nowadays just as much as he cherishes Mel. Not only that, he could sneak into Mel's dreams and see what he was dreaming about, only to slip back into his own.

(We should probably skip this part, right??? lmao)
Easton's smile grew wider. "You had me at 'I want you'." He moved his hands down to his thighs and picked Abrose up. "Wrap your legs around me; I'll carry you up." He held Abrose firmly against him. "I was always happy with you. Well, maybe not when you lied to me…twice…but I put that behind me months ago." He couldn't get his smile to go away. Even when he was kissing Abrose while climbing up the stairs, he still could stop smiling. Abrose was right. They were alone, with no one to come in by mistake, no one to interrupt, and nowhere to go but home. "I love you so much; you know that, right?" He opened and closed the door with his foot in order to get Abrose to the bed faster. "How did I earn someone like you? Don't answer that because I want to stop talking so I can love you. I that okay?" He laid Abrose down on the bed gently. He crawled over his body, placing his legs in between Abrose's. Easton leaned forward and began to kiss his neck softly, waiting for a sign that he could go further.

@Fenrir

Roi narrowed his eyes at Nick, doing his best to restrain hismelf from strangling the fae guard for Mel's sake. "Clearly you do." Roi retorted, watching as Mel continued to write the list of conditions. "* I hadn't meant to. We were young and in love. I thought nothing could seperate us. Mel was mine as much as I was his. I didn't think a few slip ups would break us apart. Then I got stupid. Got the idea into my head I could be so bold and independant for a while and Mel would take me back like it was nothing." He glared up at Nick, though the jelousy and malice lessened slightly. "you most likely don't need a reminder but don't do what I did. He deserves to be happy for the rest of his life. If it can't be with me then best I guess I can hope for is you and this family.*" Roi let out a light laugh outloud, causing Mel to look up. "Do I want to know?" He asked, flicking his gaze between his former and current loves. "Play nice, the both of you." He gave both of them a pointed look, the hostility and desire to show Roi up after all he had done now gone, or least lessening. Mel had genuinely missed having Roi around, despite their very rocky relationship. Maybe not now or soon but Mel hoped when everyhting was settled in the Southern Continent, they'd remain at least good friends. He looked over the conditions once more before handing it off to Veda to pass around the room in case anyone wanted to add or make changes.

(Yeah we'll definitely skip lol I'll do a fade to black)
Abrose yelped out as he was scooped up and carried off into the house, doing as he was told and clinging to Easton. "Call it a little payback for all the times you were ass. But I did hate lying to you." Abrose smiled softly and peppered Easton in soft, teasing kisses until they reached their bedroom. It was the only place they had decorated throughout the house so far, candles everywhere for the late nights they would stay up together. Now only a few were lit, enough to ward off complete darkness. "I do indeed, my dear. And I love you." He murmured as he slowly settled into their bed, lightly tugging of Easton's jack and shirt, "You didn't need to do anything, Easton." He nodded slightly, wrapping his arms around Easton's neck and pulling him closer. "its more than okay," he reassured, gasping softly as Easton kissed his neck, figuring it'd be last coherant thing he'd say until the next morning.

Nick's eyes widened as Roi's words sunk in, his mind grappling with the realization that perhaps he had misjudged the situation. Despite their complicated history, it was clear now that Roi's intentions were genuine, and he had no desire to cause harm to Mel. A sense of relief washed over Nick as he chuckled softly at Mel's playful remark, the tension in the room easing slightly. "Oh, I'll always play nice for you, my darling. I'll give you everything and anything you want." As Nick's thoughts were now directed toward Mel, he drew a warm smile to his lips. He couldn't help but feel a surge of affection toward Mel, his heart swelling with fondness for the person who had captured his heart. With a hand covering his smile, Nick turned his gaze towards Roi, his expression softening as he spoke in a quieter tone. "Just take care of this place…okay?" His words held a hint of vulnerability, a silent plea for Roi to safeguard the haven they had built together. Deep down, all Nick wanted was for Mel to be happy and safe, even if it meant entrusting him to Roi's care. With Mel by his side, Nick knew he could weather any storm, his unwavering faith in Mel's strength and resilience guiding him through uncertain times.

Easton woke up before Abrose, feeling remarkably refreshed after their intimate night together. Glancing down at Abrose, still peacefully asleep on his chest, Easton couldn't help but smile softly; he didn't dare more out of fear of disturbing his sleeping beauty. He brushed a stray lock of hair from Abrose's forehead with tender care, his fingertips lingering on his bare waist as he savored the warmth of their closeness. With a gentle touch, Easton traced the contours of Abrose's waist, reveling in the dip of his hip and the sensation of their bodies intertwined. Lost in the moment's tranquility, his thoughts wandered to Nick and Mel, wondering how they fared and eagerly anticipating their reunion. He spaced out for a while, thinking about Nick and Mel and how they were doing. He hoped they would be here soon. Safe and happy like he and Abrose. He also missed his best friend. They would have a field day talking about what happened last night. Nick would tease him about hearing funny sounds, and Easton would mess around and start a playful physical fight as if they were two teenage boys fighting over a video game. He chuckled to himself. "I miss him…"

@Fenrir

Mel's steady gaze slowly swept the room as the contract was checked over by each member of the family. He knew they would all be in favor of the conditions, after all, nothing would change about the place other than the inhabitants. This would still be a safe house for those seeking refuge from the queen. It would now be under Roi's name rather than Mel's but that mattered little to him so long as the purpose of the house remained the same. New faces would fill it soon, someone would be cooking in the kitchen soon, reading in the study, planting new crops in the back gardens. Someone that wasn't them but it would be put to good use. Mel could trust Roi in that at the very least.
"What more could I possibly want that I don't already have? You've given me more than what I could ever ask for in this lifetime or any other." He replied sweetly, peeking over at Nick and Roi as they shared words in secret. "Not that nicely." He warned, narrowing his gaze when Roi rolled his eyes and smiled. " You have nothing to worry about Mel. Your sentinal is just worrying about your home in my care. I assure you both it will be well taken care of." He promised, giving Nick a reassuring nod as the papers were passed to the next. Mel nodded slightly in agreement. "Despite what happened between us, you've never given me a reason to not trust you when it comes to the rebellion." He admitted, glancing up when Veda excused himself. "Ezra should be arriving soon." he reminded as he closed the door behind him. Mel nodded as he received the papers last. He looked them over one last time his hand shaking slightly as picked up the quill. It felt more than just signing away from the house. The memories, the independence, the secrecy of it all would be locked away in this house and he was giving that all up. Mel steeled himself, took a deep breath, and signed under the rest of the signatures, knowing he'd do this all over again if it came down to it. All that was important now was getting his family to safety and reuniting with Abrose and Easton. Once they were settled, they could mourn the loss of their home. He set the quill down and slid the paper over to Roi. "It's done."

The morning breeze came in through the open window of the bedroom, gently fluttering the curtains and carrying the whispers of scent from the long-snuffed candles. If possible, Abrose pressed further into Easton's form, reveling in his body heat and gentle touches, coaxing him awake. It wasn't necessarily cold on the Southern Continent, something Abrose was eternally grateful for especially for the crops he planned on starting up soon, but any excuse, the slightest chill in the air or particularly windy nights, Abrose would take to nestle up against Easton. Even now with the heaps of blankets surrounding them, Abrose only had the silky sheets covering his body. He lifted his head slightly, the most he was willing to do given how sore his body felt. He lightly brushed his hand along Easton's cheek and gave a soft smile. "They'll be here before you know it." He reassured, knowing how Easton felt. He missed Mel and the others to no end. What he would give see Mel again, curl up in a study or outside with tea and gush about last night or even their time spend on the continent. He knew his friend would love to hear of all their adventures. And even if Abrose was still uneasy about Nick, he wanted to know how happy Mel was with him, how their relationship had bloomed into something neither expected but desperately needed.

@rui group

He chuckled at Mel's comment. "The only one I'm playing nice with is you, my dear," he reassured. Easton furrowed his eyes when he noticed Mel's hesitation. Understanding, he reached out, touching Mel's shoulder and placing a kiss on his cheek. "You did great. After dealing with… this guy… for so long, you made the right choice. I know you know that, so don't worry. Everything will be alright," he whispered. Stretching his legs and back, feeling as if he'd been standing there for hours, the tension finally began to dissipate as the weight of silence lifted. With the ordeal over, he could finally relax with Mel until it was time to leave. "Would you like me to stay while you wrap things up, or should I wait outside? Whatever you want is fine with me." Nick fought the urge to sweep Mel away and hold him tight for the rest of the day. Mentally exhausted from Roi's presence, which seemed to consume space and sound, every little movement grated on his nerves. Despite his efforts to block it out, the irritation lingered, resulting in a slight headache and a weary expression throughout the meeting. Yawning at the end of his stretch, he straightened up, returning to a presentable stance.

“You heard that, huh.” He murmured, feeling his voice resonate against Ambrose as he kissed his forehead and sought eye contact. His expression suddenly shifted to a frown, followed by a groan. “Do we really have to get up? I vote for sleeping in all day.” Rolling over, he nestled his face into Ambrose’s neck. “Just let me know if I’m too heavy,” he said, adjusting slightly to alleviate pressure. “I know we have work to do, but maybe we could spend some time in town, getting to know more people. It’d be a good opportunity to promote our shop, and attract potential employees and customers. Plus, we could do some shopping together, and I can watch you try on clothes. It’d be like a little date.” He grinned, planting a light kiss where he’d left marks the night before, then moved up to Ambrose’s ear. “So, what do you think? Sound like a plan, my dear? Oh also,” he touched Abrose’s lower back and started to massage it gently. “On a scale from one to ten how bad is it? I didn’t go too far right?”

@Fenrir

Mel smiled softly though it was a bit strained as the meeting came to a close. "Thank you, my dear." He replied appreciatively, gently squeezing Nick's hand in much-needed comfort. He stood as everyone began filing out of the room, following Roi who was now caught up speaking with Esther. "You know I would give anything to spend more time with you, my dear but we still have work to do." He laced his hand with Nick's and guided him toward the entrance where Veda had gone to meet up with Ezra. Horses as well as multiple trunks of supplies were all arranged neatly by the main gates. Mel let go of Nick to receive Ezra in a giant hug, not just as second to a lord but as a friend, seeing as this would be one of the last times they'd see each other. "Thank you," Mel said softly, pulling away to inspect the deliveries and to make sure the horses were well taken care of.
Veda gently nudged Nick's shoulder and nodded towards Mel. "Get him to bed. If it comes from me, he'll just wave me off, telling me he's fine but we both know he's been up long before the rest of us, hasn't eaten anything properly since breakfast, and is one wrong comment away from Roi to punching his daylights out. But if it comes from you, he might say the same things but will actually go rest and we can avoid violence."

Abrose nodded and let out a laugh as they were turned over. "Sleeping in sounds wonderful." He agreed, only moving to adjust the tangle of blanket around them. He relaxed into the curves of the bed, letting the indent where Eason was lying before cradling his body. He lazily ran his hand through Easton's tousled hair, massaging the scalp gently to alleviate any headache that might have come on from his tugging last night. "I wouldn't mind a bit of a break from working in the gardens, I need to grab seeds anyways, and exploring around with a rush seems like a nice way to spend the day. It'd also be a good idea to check in with other local apothecaries, perhaps build a partnership with them." He turned his attention away from watching the sunrise back to his lover and tilted his head with a grin. "And what clothes exactly would you like to see me in, my dear? Considering you were very adamant about eliminating every piece possible last night." He teased, breath wavering when Easton kissed the markings on his skin, still tender and sensitive. Abrose groaned softly as Easton started to massage his back, nearly going limp in Easton's hands. "Bad isn't a word I'd used to describe last night, my love, far from it. I loved every moment of it, the soreness and the bruises are proof of that. Nor would I put your love on. a scale." He replied, pressing a kiss to Easton's shoulder, proud to see he had left some markings as well.

@rui group

He nodded in agreement, a knowing grin playing at the corners of his lips as he listened to Veda's observation. "Indeed, he's quite the stubborn one," Nick remarked, his voice laced with a hint of amusement. Stepping forward, he smoothly slipped his arm around Mel's waist, pulling him close in a comforting embrace. "Hey there, Mel," he began, his tone gentle yet firm, "you've accomplished much today, more than anyone could have asked for. But it's time to let go of the reins and trust that the others can handle the rest. You don't have to micromanage every detail in this house. Trust me, everything will be handled smoothly, and everyone will be taken care of, so…" Nick's touch was tender as he lifted Mel's chin with his thumb and index finger, guiding his gaze to meet his own. His eyes held a reassuring warmth, reflecting the depth of his care and concern. "Let's prioritize your well-being for now, okay, sweetheart?" he murmured, pressing a lingering kiss to Mel's lips before tenderly smoothing back his tousled hair with gentle fingers. "Any remaining tasks can wait until tomorrow. The deal is signed, and the hard part is over. And besides, it's almost dark out, so why don't we both indulge in a hot shower, wash away the day's stresses, and cozy up for some well-deserved rest? How does that sound?" He leaned in to steal another affectionate kiss, savoring the sweetness of the moment before giving Mel the opportunity to respond. His presence was a steadfast source of comfort and support amidst the chaos of the day.

He hummed triumphantly as Abrose agreed, relishing their rare agreement moment. It felt like a fleeting victory he wanted to savor before it slipped away like sand through his fingers. With a tender gaze, Alexander looked into Abrose's eyes, his voice soft but earnest as he spoke. "Clothes on or off, my love, you remain the most breathtaking sight my eyes have ever beheld," he began, his words carrying a weight of genuine adoration. "I remember the first night I laid eyes on you before I even saw your face, and I was captivated by your beauty. You were simply radiant then, and you continue to be so now. Your sense of style has always enchanted me, the way you effortlessly put together outfits that reflect your unique essence. So, why can't I watch you pick out a few more things and see how incredibly handsome you look?" He paused, his playful smirk returning as he shifted to prop himself up on his hands and knees, hovering over Abrose, "I wasn't talking about how good the sex is, and you know that you tease." Leaning down, he placed a gentle kiss on Abrose's nose before continuing, "If it weren't good, I would be surprised why you were moaning all night, hm?" he teased back. "Mmm, but seriously, is the pain okay? You don't need anything?"

@Fenrir

It took ever ounce of strength left within him for Mel not to leaned against the closest person near him and rest for a few moments. Thankful that will was stronger considering the person closest to him was Roi. He took a deep breath and roused himself from his drowsy state, promising himself a quick nap after everything was in order. He glanced up when Nick came up behind him. "Hi, my darling." He murmured, desperately wanting to give into Nick's gentle hold and sleep an eternity with him. "I'm not micromanaging, I'm doing my job." He argued, glancing around at his family and sighing softly, knowing Nick was right. They could handle this. What good would he be if he collapsed mid journey to the city out of exhauation. He threw a particularly scathing glare at Veda, full well knowing this was his suggestion but he let his attention refocus on his Nick as he tilted his into his hand. "Very well." He murmured against his lover's lips, leaning into Nick, savoring his taste and the promise of a peaceful evening. He breathed a small laugh and shook his head fondly. "You're as tired as I am, sweet love." He let Nick guide him back inside the estate after saying his goodbyes to Ezra and Roi, promising the rest to see then in the morning.

Abrose laughed "you have Mel to thank for most of that. Half if not most of my sense of style comes from him. But thank you, Easton." He reached up and brushing his thumb along Easton's cheek, watching as the morning light caught in his hair and shine in his eyes. "I will admit I could do with a few more pieces that are more fit for this weather." He admitted sheepishly. He burst out in a fit of laughter, gently tugging Easton back against him, "I'll be alright my everything. Nothing a relaxing tea, a hot shower and a bit of a break from working can't fix." He promised.

@rui group

Nick led Mel back to their room, guiding him with a tender grip on his waist. As they entered, he gently guided Abrose to the bed, kneeling before him with a soft expression. Taking Abrose's hands in his own, Nick held them delicately, his touch conveying both comfort and concern. "How are you feeling besides tired, my love?" Nick's voice was gentle, laced with genuine care as he studied Abrose's face. "I wish you weren't so hard on yourself. You look exhausted, both mentally and physically." He squeezed Abrose's hands reassuringly. "You know, if you need any help with gardening or any physically exhausting work, I don't mind helping. And I'm sure no one else here would mind either." Gently, Nick lifted one of Abrose's hands and pressed it against his cheek, his smile warm and reassuring. "I'm here for you, always, okay? You don't need to take on any extra work anymore." Leaning in, he pressed a soft kiss to Abrose's palm.

Easton laughed heartily, the sound bubbling out of him like a spring of joy. "Okay, good." He squeezed Abrose tightly in his arms, savoring the warmth of their embrace. Closing his eyes, he relished the feeling of contentment that washed over him. "I'm so glad I get to wake up to you every morning," he murmured softly, his voice filled with warmth and affection. "Living a slow life with you is like a dream. I feel like I've been transported to another world where there are no such things as powers and corrupt kingdoms, no manipulative queens or nobles, no ranks or classes. Just us." He let out a tired yawn and rubbed his eyes, feeling the weariness of the morning settle upon him. "Speaking of which, why don't we take a shower together?" he suggested, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. "Or should I make the tea while you're in the shower, so it's ready and hot when you get out?" He grinned playfully. "Both options sound perfect to me."

@Fenrir

Mel let himself be guided back to their mostly empty bedroom by Nick and settled amongst the blankets and few pillows they had left out. He gazed down at Nick, hating to see such deep concern and worry etched into his features. What made it worse was that the concern was caused by Mel himself. All he would have to do to erase that would claim he was fine, that he hadn't gotten enough sleep last night worrying about the contract and seeing Roi. It'd probably appease Nick for a short while but Mel would know deep down he was lying to the one he loved the most. He breathed a small laugh, taking one of the pillows and hugging it to his chest with his free hand. "Abrose would be proud knowing you're willing to take up gardening." he mused softly, lightly brushing his thumb against Nick's cheek in appreciation for the kiss. He gently tugged at Nick's hand, gesturing for him to join him up on the bed. He wanted someone to hug other than a pillow, he wanted Nick to hug above all else. He took a deep breath and spilled everything he had been keeping bottled up for the sake of appearing as a cool and composed lord. "I know what I'm doing is for our well-being. To get our family to safety and continue our work helping people with magic find a safe place to stay. I know it's all going to be alright soon, I just need to wait and be patient. But it feels like I'm losing everything. Abrose almost died. I had promised him the day he had come to me when his family died that he would never face the queen again. I had promised him not a single fae would dare hurt him like that again because I would be there to protect him but I failed. I don't you, my love. I truly don't. I know her tricks work extraordinarily well." He shuddered slightly and took a moment to breathe, only now realizing tears were sliding down his cheek. "And now with the house, it feels like I'm losing something else. I know it's just a house and what matters most is our family. Of course, I know that but this is where it all started. This is where Veda and I have spent the last decade building something right under the Queen's nose that directly opposed her without her none the wiser. Where Kira came to us after her time as a soldier. Where Esther and Roi came from when they first moved to the continent. Where Evangeline came the day she was thrown out another home, seeking refuge." He shook his head sadly, and pressed into Nick's chest, seeing his heartbeat. "Where I fell in love with you." He huffed a small laugh, "It's dumb, I know. But I'll miss this. I'll miss it so much. Yet at the same time, I can't think of anything I'd want more than to leave." He shrugged and composed himself for a moment. He scooted closer to Nick, gently cupping his cheeks in his hand and pressing their brows together. "Thank you my dear. I may not always remember I don't have to do everything alone but I'll try." He promised, pressing a gentle kiss to Nick's nose and offering a small smile.

Abrose laughed at Easton's enthusiasm, his happiness infectious. "Just us sounds like heaven. Though I would mind seeing a few of our favorite people now and again." He stroked Easton's hair, feeling the tug of sleep tempting him to close his eyes again. "It's still early." He noted softly. "We could sleep in a few more hours and then shower if that's what you actually intend to do." He tilted his head challengingly. Taking a slow day seemed like heaven to Abrose, especially after the months they'd spent researching the southern continent and slowly building up stock. Abrose didn't make Easton work with the plants if he didn't want to, but any chance he got to gush about his favorite plants to his beloved, he'd take. "Since when do you know how to make tea, my dear?" He asked, impressed that Easton seemed confident enough to know the process. Abrose had taken some dried tea leaves with him from back home and had been safekeeping them until they could get more. Now and then when he wanted to relax with a nostalgic cup at night or felt nostalgic for his old shop, he'd go through the process of grinding leaves together with spices and herbs to make his blend. "After our shower, I want to see what you've learned." he decided

Nick's expression softened as he gazed at Mel, his heart aching at the sight of his distressed beloved. He reached out, pulling Mel close and gently stroking the back of his head, offering what comfort he could. He wrestled with his emotions, struggling to contain the tears that threatened to spill from his eyes. Seeing Mel in such pain tore at his heart, but he knew he had to stay strong for both of them. Carefully choosing his words, Nick spoke sincerely, his voice tender and reassuring. "I wouldn't think of it like that, Mel," he began, his voice gentle but firm. "I think you saved his life. I understand how it might feel like you put him at risk, but by giving him a safe place and a home with Easton, you truly saved him. From what Easton tells me, Abrose shone brighter than ever while he was with you. You gave him a new life, a reason to live." Nick's eyes glistened with unshed tears as he continued, the weight of his emotions heavy upon him. "As for the house, I feel the same way," he admitted, his voice tinged with sadness. "I suppose that's why I was distant and hostile toward Roi. I didn't want to lose the memories we've built here. I had so much fun with you, meeting everybody here and surpassing my limits with wildlife and dirt. Which I still despise. I had hoped we could stay longer, but with the state of the world, that wouldn't be wise, would it?" He gently tilted Mel's chin so they were eye to eye, his gaze filled with empathy and understanding. "But by leaving this house behind, we're making new memories and experiences. That's just how life goes," he said softly, offering a small, comforting smile. "So for now, let's just be here in the moment. Let's cherish these last few days here; perhaps we'll find some closure in doing so. And leaving won't feel as wrenching as it does now, hm?"

Easton shook his head gently, a soft smile playing on his lips. "I don't know how, Abrose. I hoped you'd pick the first option so I wouldn't have to. Then, I could sit back and watch you work your magic," he whispered, his voice laced with affection. "As you wish, a few more hours it is," he continued, his grin widening as he leaned in to cover Abrose's face in playful kisses. He couldn't resist the urge to tickle Abrose's sides, eliciting soft laughter from his beloved. "You. Are. So. Cute," he teased, punctuating each word with a tender kiss, not allowing Abrose to respond as he showered him affectionately. "I can't get enough of you seriously. The more we lie here, the more I think about what we did last night. I keep replaying it," he teased.

@Fenrir

Mel plopped his head on Nick's shoulder, sniffling softly as he contemplated his lover's words. He had given Abrose another chance at life, even if living was the last thing the human had wanted to do after losing his family. It had been the earlier years of the rebellion, where the Queen had been the most ruthless, wanting to set an example for anyone who dared raise any suspicion of magic as well as anyone who sided with the so-called witches. Mel had been wary about the whole situation, already distancing himself from the inner court and slowly trying his best to fade away silently from the turmoile of the other Lords, his little rebellion; already growing in numbers. It wasn't the sort of rebellion where they were going for the Queen's dethronement, at least it hadn't started off that way. Mel and Veda just felt as if many who were being convicted were innocent. If they could offer a safe place until they got themselves situated, then they would of course help in any way. It wasn't until Abrose's family was targeted that Mel started to truly take things seriously, plotting out dungeon escapes and reinstating himself as respected lord of the court if only to gain valuable information as soon as possible. Mel remembered it like it was yesterday, growing their little ragtag family, falling in and out of love whenever he sought the need for company, falling hard for Roi, fully convinced that this would be the one he gave his heart to, then being so very painfully wrong, spending time with Abrose and learning about his magic, helping him by bringing trusted customer, inviting him out to balls and parties in secret, watching him fall in love, falling in love himself, and now this, moving across the ocean all to start again. He sighed softly, breathing a small laugh, "Forgive me, my love. The wildlife and dirt are very much needed around here." He lifted his head, pressing a brief kiss to Nick's hand as he listened. "I think we can do that." He offered feebly, but he was feeling better. This house and the experiences within its walls would always live with Mel, with all of them. The move was necessary and a nice change from the constant stress of being under the Queen's rule. In all honesty, it was probably something Mel needed to do years ago but he had always felt responsible for those who came into his care. He slowly, if not a bit reluctantly, sat up and began scooting off the bed to find a change of clothes. "A shower and a very long nap are calling my name." He stretched before offering his hand to Nick. "Care to join?"

"And here you had me all excited to watch you make tea for the first time." He giggled and turned to press a kiss to Easton's lips. Aside from an innate knowledge of plants, Abrose's magic always tended to be receptive to his emotions, the plants around him reflecting what he was feeling at any given time. Even the food he made, if it had anything from his garden back home, had sometimes tasted differently depending on the sort of mood he was in that day. it would be interesting to see how the tea came out after the night they had. "Or," he offered, dropping his voice down to a whisper as he trailed a light hand over Easton's form, "I could teach you how to make it. I won't make you touch any of them but in case you want to make it again instead of using the premade tea bagsy you'll know how." Abrose suggested, bursting out into laughter as Easton kissed and tickled him, trying to use the blankets around them as a shield from Easton's attack. "and you are a menace!" Abrose replied as he got a moment to breathe, only to be consumed by Easton's kisses again. "I loved every moment." He murmured, relaxing once he was allowed a moment of reprieve. "I don't think I'll ever want to get enough of you, my love. I'll always want you more, want to love you more, want to be with you more."

Nick's reaction was immediate and exuberant as if a surge of energy had coursed through him at Mel's offer. With a gasp of excitement, he sprang to his feet and eagerly grasped the hand extended to him, his enthusiasm palpable. It surely would have wagged with the same fervor as a dog anticipating a treat if he possessed a tail. "Really?!" Nick exclaimed, his eyes shining with anticipation, contrasting Mel's weary demeanor. "I promise I won't overstep any boundaries, my love," he assured, flashing a grin before darting off to select a fresh pair of underwear and a loose shirt. "This is going to be incredible!" he exclaimed upon returning, practically bubbling with enthusiasm. "We can wash each other's hair, indulge in back massages with the soap… It's going to be so much fun!" Nick enveloped Mel in a shower of affectionate kisses, his arms wrapping around their waist in a tight embrace. "Thank you for opening up to me," he murmured, sincerity lacing his words as he gazed into Mel's eyes. "It means the world to me that you trust me with your feelings; I'll be here to listen. Always." With a playful wink, he led Mel into the bathroom.

"I would love to learn how to make tea with you," Easton confessed, his gaze lingering on Abrose as he spoke before kissing his cheek tenderly. As Abrose's words washed over him, Easton felt a warm blush paint his cheeks, which was rare for him. "The more time I spend like this with you, the more I find myself craving a repeat of last night," Easton admitted with a soft smile, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to Abrose's forehead. "Which means we should probably get up and take that shower. Unless you're in the same moon I'm in," he added playfully, though, underneath his jest, Easton couldn't ignore the slight awkwardness of their fully naked state. While Abrose had already seen him like this, Easton couldn't shake off the lingering embarrassment at having his body on display. He couldn't decide whether to get up and leave the warmth they had in the bed or get up and be slightly colder than he was before and have to cover himself with a blanket. But if he were to cover himself with a blanket then that would leave Abrose….without….His face began to heat up from the thought. "I know I saw him last night, but that does make him any less hot." he said out loud, lost in his thoughts unable to differciate what he was saying in his head verse out loud.

@Fenrir

Mel couldn't help but laugh at Nick's excitement despite his own tiredness. "but of course, my love. After all, you did promise me I'd never bathe alone again." He reminded, finding himself a pair of wine-colored silky pants and a matching robe. "I know you would never, my dear, but thank you for the reassurance regardless." He replied, watching as Nick found his clothes, knowing if he were more aware, he'd be just excited to finally share something as intimate as a bath with the one he had come to love so much. He laughed softly, already anticipating the heavenly bath and soaking for a long while, knowing everything would soon be alright. The house would be in Roi's care, they would move to the southern continent, make a new home for them all, finally reunite with Eastona and Abrose, and once in his very long life, not need to worry about keeping everyone alive and safe. He was brought back from his thoughts when Nick hugged and kissed him, laughing and trying to reciprocate each kiss the best his tired self could. He glanced up and gave a small smile. "Thank you for being such a good listener, my love. And for having what I imagine infinite patience with Roi. And for being by my side, even when I'm too stubborn to admit I need help." He lightly rested his head against Nick's for a moment, thankful for so much more that Nick had generously offered, more than what he knew he had done for Mel since the moment he came to stay with him. "I love you, Nick," Mel whispered, breaking out into a laugh when Nick tugged them to the bathroom, about to comment on his sudden burst of excitement to shower with him but admittedly also excited to take the night to relax.

Abrose gazed back, his hands still lingering over Easton's body, trailing over faint scars and taught muscle. Abrose leaned into Easton's warmth, nodding slightly with a shy smile. "So do I," he admitted, glancing up and laughing when he saw Easton's blush. "I can't say that I'm not but I don't think I can handle another night like that again so soon, my dear." he nestled up against Easton's form, even with the shyness of being naked and so close to each other, Abrose couldn't help the swell of happiness at being so happy with someone he genuinely loved this deeply. "But my love," he whined, wrapping his arms around Easton's waist and hugging him even closer. "it's so cozy here, and you're unbelievably warm." He closed his eyes for a blissful moment, listening to Easton's heartbeat and even breathing. Then it started getting a bit faster. He glanced up, slight concern crossing his features. He loosened his hold and scooted back ever so slightly to give them space in case this wasn't what Easton wanted. Last night had been a whirlwind of desire and heated emotions. Closeness was all they had wanted, the blankets and clothing in the way of that were quickly discarded until nothing was between them. But perhaps now with rested minds and bodies, it wasn't what Easton wanted. An apology was on his tongue but before he could say anything, Easton spoke, whether he meant to say what he said or not. Abrose paused before breaking out in a surprised laugh. He slowly sat up, much to his body's protest but he did need to get out of bed eventually, and it put a bit of distance between their naked bodies, if only to relieve Easton's embarrassment for a second or two. He gently cupped Easton's warm face in his hands and pressed a kiss to his lips. "Nowhere near how sexy you are my love. But I appreciate that."

Nick was about to answer Mel's hushed whisper but got pulled into the bathroom. "You know you can't hide anything from me," he joked. "I'm always listening. Most of the time." Nick pulled him in by the waist and pressed his lips against Mel's. Though they only did this a few hours ago, it felt like forever to him. Nick always wanted to be this close, always wanted and felt like he needed to be this close. "I love you too." he managed to say, his chest heavily going up and down, lips still touching his ever so slightly. As much as he wanted it to continue, he remembered the reason they were there in the first place. "Ah-" He cleared his throat while he placed the clothes in his hand on the bathroom sink, "I'll fill the bathtub." He weaved past Mel and began to turn on the shower. After a few minutes, he figured out how to turn the shower head on and set it to a good heat. Turning back to Mel, Nick felt a flutter of anticipation and nervousness. "I'll face the other way while you undress," he offered, his cheeks flushing slightly at the thought. It dawned on him then that he had never seen Mel completely unclothed before, and the realization made his heart race with excitement and a hint of embarrassment. Sure, Mel had seen him shirtless plenty of times, but the prospect of seeing Mel in his entirety sent a shiver down Nick's spine. His ears turned red at the mere thought.

"When did you learn to say things like that straight to my face…" he said breathlessly. "Don't get me wrong; I'm loving the confidence." He chuckled and stood up from bed. He then leaned down and scooped Abrose into a princess carry. "I'm never leaving your side today, you got that? I can't let other people think you're a free man now, can we." He kissed his forehead and nudged the door open with his foot. "Let's get washed up, and then we can get breakfast. You can teach me how to make tea, which requires me to touch leaves. He shivered at the thought. He still hated touching things like that, but he was getting better. His body adapted to actively touching things from the group to a certain degree. He turned on the shower while still holding Abrose in his arms. "See, you can still get out of bed and be comfortable. I'll make sure the water is warm so it will feel like a sauna." he chuckled. "Then you can relax with me until noon. How does that sound?"

@Fenrir

Mel eagerly kissed back, wrapping his arms around Nick's waist and purposefully tugging him close. While it may have just a few hours spent apart due to the surrounding company, Mel had ached for Nick's closeness once again. It had been too long apart, and far too long under Roi's scrutiny for Mel to feel anything but attached to Nick. He watched as Nick struggled with the bath, an adoring smile crossing his features. He had never thought he'd be this happy again, not after taking on the role of rebellion leader alongside Veda and certainly not after his long, long list of former lovers. Even less with the former Queen's sentinal. He had the sudden urge to turn Nick's attention upon him, even as he undressed. He wanted his mate to see all of him for what he was in his entirety. The good, the flawed, the imperfect, all of it in his physical form. The all too familiar ache in his heart to have someone understand him for what he was and not what he perceived to be. But this time it wasn't just some lover on his long list, this was Nick. He wanted Nick to see him beyond just what was on the surface. But at the same time, Mel recognized Nick's hesitation and sudden nerves, as Mel oddly enough felt similar. This wasn't just some one-time fling anymore. Hopefully, this was forever, for as long as possible at the very least. Mel didn't have to rush with Nick because he wouldn't leave Mel. Not like Roi did. He took a deep breath, letting Nick turn away as he slipped out of his clothes, the only sound was the whispering of clothes on his skin and his pounding heartbeat. He stood in the middle of the bathroom, examining himself in the mirror. It had been a while since he stopped and looked at himself for longer than a few seconds. Mel was lithe, on the leaner side, and was more equipped for endurance rather than wielding a sword. Freckles flecked his tanned skin, along with a few scars from his early reckless years but nothing Mel could necessarily regret. He ran a hand through his hair, messing it up purposefully, something to distort the image of a lord and to seem more like his true self. "You can look if you want." He murmured, stepping up to Nick and hugging him from behind, resting his head against his shoulder.

"Just now, from you." Abrose laughed as he was scooped up, quickly wrapping his arms around Easton's neck as they were brought to the bathroom. He rolled his eyes playfully. "But of course not, my love. What would people think if they suddenly saw a former Queen's guard galavanting around with a witch? We couldn't have that, now could we?" He teased. While what had happened back home was still a sensitive topic, and overall Abrose tried to avoid the topic, making a joke out of it sometimes was needed to relieve a bit of the pent-up tension. Was it a healthy coping skill, perhaps not but there wasn't much else to do. He pressed a kiss to Easton's cheek. "I would love nothing more than to remain by your side for the rest of eternity, my Easton." He settled on the edge of the tub to let Easton turn the water on. "You don't have to touch them at all if you don't want to." He reassured, "I'm proud you're trying it all, considering some of the ones you've tried are a bit on the stronger herby side." He reached up and gently tilted Easton's head towards him. "For today, after a night like that, I would want nothing more than to stay with you, all warm and cozy for the rest of my life." He kissed Easton again before dipping his toes into the bath, waiting for the tub to fill before settling the rest of the way in and relaxing completely.

Nick tensed up slightly but soon sunk into his embrace. He turned around slowly and gently touched Mel's shoulders. "Fuck…" he had no words to say; Mel was so "beautiful, you are so unbelievably beautiful." He took in a deep breath and tried to calm himself down. "I can wait, I can wait, I can wait…." he kept repeating that repeatedly as he tried to gather his thoughts. These features he had never seen before. The way his waist curved created the perfect spot for Nick's hands. Nick gently traced the middle of Mel's back, almost like a delicate piece of art. His hands returned to Mel's waist, and his face began to turn slightly pink because he had seen every inch of him. "I…I'm going to," he coughed, "I should also undress. It would be awkward if it were just you naked." He didn't turn away from Mel; he felt that if Mel wanted to, he could turn away if he wanted to. He didn't mind Mel seeing him. He didn't want to hide anything. He wanted to see Mel's face the same way it was back then. When he first walked in on him without a shirt on. He chuckled, thinking about it as he pulled off his shirt. He undid his belts, then his pants, and lastly, his boxers. He wasn't sure of the reason his body was heating up so much. Either because the shower was ready or because the more Mel he saw, the more he wanted to take back the word he said earlier. He concluded that it was both. "After you…" he said, moving aside to let Mel go in first. "If you just don't look, then maybe your desires will go away…yeah, just look at the ceiling and how pretty it seems today…" His thoughts were escaping like wildfire, and his filter disappeared.

"Lucky guard," he teased. Easton gave a confident smile. "Why, thank you." He got in on the same side as Abrose and sat between his legs. He slid down a little bit so he could comfortably lean on his shoulder. The water level rose due to two bodies instead of one, causing the water to slightly overflow. But he wasn't too worried. " Easton sighed, letting the warm water hit him with contentment. "I needed this…" sighed. "I need you." he double-downed. "I think you must be the best thing to ever happen to me. I can't believe I'm here with you. I never imagined that this would be where we would be. I'm glad we are, though. Easton closed his eyes and gently kissed Abrose's neck as it was all he could reach, not that he was complaining. He reached for the bar of sope on the shelf and began to lather himself in it. "DO you want me to do you as well? I wouldn't mind." He grinned.

@Fenrir

Mel carefully watched Nick, looking for any signs of discomfort or regret, ready to grab a towel or excuse himself to give Nick privacy. He should really know better now though. Nick wasn't like the others. No, he was kind and loved Mel more than just his status and a good time. An amused smile tugged at Nick's lip as he watched Nick struggle with more than just his words. Sure, many have seen in various states of undress, and he had heard an array of compliments but never none quite like Nick's. His words, his heady gaze upon Mel, and the spirits of his feather-light touch all over Mel were enough to make him melt. Where others had grabbed and tore at him as if they were animals, Nick was hesitant and slow, asking permission with every pause. While Mel wasn't opposed to the roughness and desperation behind his previous lover's touches, it had been quite a long time since he was handled with any sort of tender care. He glanced up from where he had rested his head against Nick's shoulder and gave a soft laugh. "It's only fair, my dear. I can't be the only breathtaking one here." He teased, stepping back to let Nick undress, his gaze roving over Nick's form as each layer slowly came off. For a moment the world stopped as they both stood there, gazing at each other, admiring every inch of their lover. Mel had to give Nick some credit, he wasn't the only one struggling to contain his desire. Nick was beautiful, beyond the fact he had a soldier's build. Mel itched to touch each dip and curve of Nick's body, to taste the salty-sweetness of his skin, to hear his breath hitch and his name sweetly moaned as they made love. Mel broke his heavy gaze before their night became sleepless and stepped into the shower, letting out a soft sigh as warm water rushed over his tired body. "I'm insulted my love you'd rather look at the ceiling when I'm right here in front of you." he teased, granted the ceiling was beautiful tonight, reflecting a sunset today, just before twilight where fiery red and oranges met periwinkle and deep blues with silver speckled throughout to look like stars.

Abrose wrapped his arms around Easton's shoulders, pressing a kiss to his cheek as they settled in the tub. He scooped some soapy water into his palm and poured it over Easton's hair, careful not to get any in his eyes. "So did I, when was the last time we relaxed like this?" He shook his head in disbelief, gently massaging Easton's hair and shoulders to release some tension. He smiled softly. "I need you too, Easton, more than I was willing to admit before. Even if you were a pain when we first met, I don't think I'd change much, not if it all leads to us like this again in the end." Abrose hummed softly and tilted his head out of the way for Easton to reach more tender skin. "Didn't get enough last night?" He nudged Easton's head appreciatively before nodding. "Oh, I know you wouldn't mind. But go ahead, just be careful with the bruises." He scooted out from behind Easton and pulled his knees to his chest to make room so they could bathe comfortably.

"I'm afraid the more I look at you, the more I'll want to take back what I said earlier about not doing anything," Nick chuckled huskily as he stepped into the shower. The steam enveloped them as he wrapped his arms around Mel from behind, burying his face in Mel's neck, his touch lingering with anticipation. Holding Mel tightly, he reached for the soap, his voice low and intimate as he whispered in Mel's ear, "Okay, let's get my baby washed up, shall we?"Nick meticulously applied soap to the washcloth, his movements deliberate and sensual, ensuring it covered every inch of Mel's skin before gently caressing Mel's back. Starting with slow, deliberate strokes, he trailed his hands across Mel's crystal-clear skin, relishing the intimacy of their shared moment. As his hands moved lower, Nick couldn't resist a playful touch, lightly tickling Mel under his arms before continuing with the soap. "Sorry, I had to," he murmured with a hint of desire, "you're just so cute, my dear."Pressing his body against Mel's, Nick's hands roamed over Mel's waist, his touch delicate. His hand glided across the front of his chest while he kissed Mel's neck. He pulled the washcloth back, his voice laced with suggestion as he teased, "I think you can handle the bottom part on your own." With a low, throaty laugh. "Would you like me to wash your hair as well? I'm good at massages, you know." he teased.

Easton turned around, his movements fluid as he focused on Abrose. The warm water cascaded over Abrose's skin as Easton's skilled hands worked the soap into a lather, coating every inch with gentle precision. "I'd like to think I'm always careful with you, except on days you don't want me to be," Easton remarked, his tone playful as he lifted Abrose's arms slightly to ensure thorough coverage. His touch was tender yet deliberate. A soft chuckle escaped him as he continued, his words flowing effortlessly between them. "I think it's become a habit of mine to sprinkle innuendos into our conversations. Now that I've seen every inch of you, I feel entitled to comment on every inch because you're magnificent," he confessed, his gaze lingering on Abrose with genuine admiration. Returning Abrose's arms to the water, Easton leaned in closer, his lips brushing against Abrose's skin as he considered his next move. "You look so cute like this," he remarked, a fond smile playing on his lips. "Should I lift your legs too, or would you rather I leave them be?" He awaited his response with a gentle kiss to Abrose's knees, his affection for Abrose evident in every gesture.

(perfect song for this moment -> Rule #34 by Fish in a Birdcage)

"And I would be more than willing to let you, darling if I didn't prioritize rest tonight," Mel murmured, raising his hand so that he ran his fingers through Nick's hair. He loved this, the way Nick touched him as if he were the most precious thing in the world, the way his gaze lingered on his body, the way his mouth parted slightly in awe before I curled into a satisfied grin. And that's where Mel's attention stayed for a few moments, mesmerized by Nick's lips. He gently tilted Nick's head down and captured Nick's lower lip with his teeth, before he drew him in closer for a deep kiss. He gasped and pulled back with a laugh, squeezing his arms close to his form to shield himself from any further attacks. Quickly missing their closeness, Nick eventually let Nick hold him again, but not with a few well-placed pokes to his side in retaliation. "You most certainly did not." He whined, taking the washcloth to wash the rest of himself. "I would love that, but only if you let me wash you first." He reasoned, gently backing Nick against the shower wall with a playful grin.

Abrose groaned softly as he was scrubbed down, his eyes fluttering shut in contentment. "I'm glad you're figuring out this human isn't as delicate as we're made outta I be." He teased, lifting his arms and scooting around so Easton could reach him better. "Oh, I've noticed, my dear. But I'm not against it at all." He grinned as he caressed Easton's neck and back, debating on what to do next. "Leave them for now, love. In the meantime, we can switch." He suggested, shifting to kneeling and gesturing to Easton to relax. "After all you deserve to relax as well. let me take care of you for a bit. It seems like for the past few months all you've been worried about is my well-being. What about you, hm?" He asked, gently taking the washcloth and starting to scrub in small circles over Easton's chest and back. "How are feeling about all of this? Are there jobs you're interested in so far? any places you'd like to explore?"

(I just listened to it, and ur so right ;)

"Oh," he whispered as he pressed against the wall, his heart racing with anticipation. "Um, of course, my dear," he added, excited as Mel drew nearer. He couldn't help but be surprised that even Mel, with his refined demeanor, harbored such thoughts about him. "I didn't realize someone as refined as you could think of me in that way," he confessed, his voice barely above a breathy murmur. "Knowing I also appeal to your lovely eyes…it's…quite something." Feeling a mixture of desire and restraint, he placed a trembling hand delicately upon Mel's cheek, surrendering to the warmth of his touch. "Meanwhile, it's taking every fiber of my being not to react to your beautiful body. How shameful of me." He admitted. His eyes seemed to shimmer in the dim light, reflecting the depth of his emotions. He cherished Mel not just for his physical beauty but for how he carried himself with grace and consideration for others. No matter the circumstances, Mel always made a positive impression while staying true to himself. At that moment, Nick felt an overwhelming gratitude for having Mel by his side, and he silently vowed to cherish their bond forever.

"Ah, thank you, darling," he replied, a hint of surprise in his voice at Abrose's sudden boldness. Yet, he found himself gladly yielding to Abrose's affectionate gestures. "I suppose I do tend to focus on you quite a bit, huh?" he chuckled softly, his eyes reflecting warmth and fondness. "Well…I've been thinking. Given my background in guarding and policing, I thought it might be a good idea to find some equivalent role here.
