Theo broke out into a grin, "Do you… Do you want to see me shift?"
Theo broke out into a grin, "Do you… Do you want to see me shift?"
"Isn't it supposed to be painful though?" Mikhail asked. "Also, is everything about werewolves in books real?"
“It’s not painful when you’ve done it a hundred times. It only hurts if it’s a forced shit or from anger,” Theo shrugged, “Not everything in the books is true.”
Mikhail nodded along. "Okay then, I didn't think everything in the books would have been true anyway."
"Yeah, like, our eyes don't glow red," He shook his head a little, "That's just bullshit."
Mikhail chuckled. "That would be cool though."
Theo sighed a little, “Okay, so… you want to see my shift?”
"Oh-um-sure?" Mikhail answered, making it sound like a question just a bit.
“You don’t have to, but better to get it out of the way…” He shrugged.
"Okay then…?" Mikhail mumbled, looking a bit confused again.
Theo took a step back, bones cracking as he shifted into a nearly full back wolf. His left ear, a patch over his right eye and paws were white. He sat, tilting his head to the side a little and looking a lot like an over grown puppy.
Mikhail winced just a bit when he heard Theo's bones crack then smiled a bit at him after he had shifted. He wasn't sure what to do.
Theo picked up a stick in his mouth and walked up to Mikhail, dropping it at his feet.
Mikhail picked up the stick and threw it away, seeing if Theo would run after it or not.
Theo did. He sprinted after the stick and skidded over it. He picked it up and ran back, dropping it in front of Mikhail, his tail wagging.
Mikhail couldn't help but smile a little as he threw it away farther, wondering what time it was.
Again, Theo bounded over to the stick, almost prancing. He brought it back, setting it down before rolling onto his back.
Mikhail chuckled and petting his head, smiling at him. "Do you know what time it is?"
Theo shook his head as best he could but ended up rolling around in the drift for a few moments.
Mikhail chuckled and bent down in front of him. "Shouldn't we get going?"
Theo whined a little and nudged the stick towards Mikhail again, giving him his best puppy dog eyes.
"Hey, that's supposed to be my thing!" Mikhail said, chuckling as he got out his phone to look at the time. "Fine, ten more minutes, but it's not because of the puppy dog eyes.
Theo barked happily, bounding round the others feet excitedly.
Mikhail chuckled and picked up the stick, throwing it again.
Theo darted after it, happy and content before bringing it back. He rubbed his head up against Mikhail's leg, much like a cat.
