"Whatever I feel like at the moment, I guess," Fox said with a shrug. "But probably music or book related things."

The guy was proving to be more than a stereotype, which was relieving. “Do you sing or play an instrument, then?”
"I can sing a bit, but I'm not that impressive," Fox said. But that was just him being modest. If you asked anyone who'd heard him, they'd say he had a great voice.
“I’m sure you’re great,” Caspian smiled politely. At least you have talent.
Fox shrugged again and glanced down at his watch. Kiera should be there any minute, now.
“So, what made you choose to come here?” he asked, looking back up at Caspian.
(Have you checked our one on one?)
(sorry sorry)
(where's Nat?)
Caspian shrugged loosely with one shoulder, hefting the strep of his messenger bag a little higher up his shoulder. "It's a good university. Strong Marine Biology course. Expensive, but cheaper than a lot of other options. Far from home."
(Lol. Np.
Busy, probably.)
Fox nodded slowly. “That’s true, I suppose. How long have you been here?”
"Just since the beginning of the month, I missed September and most of October because of……………… family issues." His mind flickered back and forth between his current situation and the horrible events of the past months. "You?"
“August. Beginning of the year,” Fox answered with a small smile. “How do you like it here?”
The weight of the bag on his shoulder was beginning to hurt, so he slid it carefully off and onto the ground. "It's a lot better than highschool, for one. How about you?"
“It’s pretty good. The campus is nice, dorms are good, and the classes are enjoyable,” Fox said with a hum.
"Yeah," Caspian agreed, glancing at his watch. "You waiting for someone?"
“My girlfriend, actually,” Fox said with a grin. “She’s meeting me here soon.”
Caspian was unsurprised that a man this attractive had a girlfriend. He smiled, nodding. "Cool, man."
“Yeah, she’s amazing. I’ve known her for forever. We just started dating our junior year of high school,” he explained with a chuckle.
Caspian smiled again, ever-so-slightly uncomfortable. He shifted, tucking an arm behind his back. "Good for you, man. She sounds great."
Fox nodded, grinning at the thought of Kiera. He glanced around for her, his face scrunching a bit when he didn't see her. "She should be here by now…" he murmured to himself.
(should we wait for Nat now?)
(Probably…)
(HOLY CRAP GUYS I'M REALLY REALLY SORRY THIS WEEK WENT INTO A TAIL SPIN BUT IT WAS ALSO AWESOME I'M HERE FOR A SHORT TIME)
Kiera raced up to Fox. "Fox! I'm soooo sorry, I got caught in a debate with my professor. Sorry I'm late." She apologized.
(Nat!!!)
Fox laughed and hugged her. “Don’t worry about it. I was just talking to this guy here. Caspian, this is my girlfriend, Kiera.”
Kiera waved shyly at Caspian. "Hi." Then she turned back to Fox. "I have to go see my dad today, will you come with me?" She asked softly.
(HI NAT
IT'S NO PROBLEM WE'RE HAPPY TO HAVE YOU BACK OMG)
(how are you??)
Caspian smiled at the girl, raising a hand in greeting. "Hey, I'm Caspian. Nice to meet you."
“Of course. What time?” Fox asked with a soft smile.
"Five thirty." Kiera whispered, dreading the long evening ahead of her. "Then maybe after that we can go out to dinner or something?" She suggested queitly.
