Kara says nothing, but simply writes, thank you.
She stared at the paper. She shouldn't be doing this…but…somehow… She trusted this man…

Tseth nods and looks at Kara. “You’re welcome, Kara.” There was a hint of a smile in his eyes. He was glad that he could help her, even if just a little bit. He knew a familiar place to where she’s in right now.
Kara sighs and leans back against the wall. She felt…a little less stuck then before… Like her mind was finally choosing what reality to lean into. She almost felt…calm?
The girl slowly closes her eyes, her breathing starting to become rhythmic. She even looked calmer then before. More…peaceful.
Tseth wasn't sure what to do now. He wasn't sure if Kara was falling asleep or not right now either. Right now he would just assume she was and be a bit more quiet as he did things.
(very small question how do we feel about adding more characters)
(YES. GO FOR IT ABSOLUTELY)
Kara eventually sighs softly as she dozes into a light sleep. Her long bangs were still in her face, covering most of her delicate seeming features. At least she looked calmer then before. She looked peaceful. And by the looks of her condition, she hadn't felt that in a long time.
(Lolll ok- same goes for you if you want to)
Tseth silently stood up and grabbed his phone off the desk table. He looked through his contacts before choosing one. Just call him. Ugh- no, he’s probably getting sleep like a normal person. He sighs and starts typing a message.
”Hey. I know it’s late, but call me when you can. A few things have happened.”
Well, that just sounds ominous.
”Don’t worry. Not bad things.”
That was a little better, Tseth thought. He looked down at Kara again and leaned over to switch the light off. She’d probably sleep a bit easier in a room that wasn’t bright.
Kara makes a small 'squeak' in her sleep. She honestly looked a lot younger when asleep.
When the lights switched off, she almost disappeared into the darkness. Only her pale skin could be seen.
(Yup)
Tseth left the office and went into his room. He decided it would be best to let Kara sleep in the office instead of moving her back to her room. And this time around, maybe he’d try and get some rest himself.
Eventually morning came, putting the house in a dim natural light as the sun began to rise.
Kara slowly woke up, finding herself alone. She looks around, thinking she was back in the forest…or…
She gasps and scrambles up, trembling. She looks around. No…no she wasn't back there…no…
She keeps looking around until she remembered where she was. Oh…that man. It wasn't a dream…Kara took a deep breath and closed her eyes. It's ok… she heard her mothers voice say. She opens her eyes and shudders before trudging back to her room.
(Oof ouch I had to go to work)
Tseth had given up trying to sleep somewhere in the early morning hours, so he was out in the living room with his cat lying down next to him on the couch. He saw Kara pass the door to the hallway as she went back to her room and said a little “Good morning.”
(Lol its ok ^^)
She squeaked slightly and looked at him, then waved ever so slightly before walking into her room and curling up on her bed. She was still tired, but at least she didn't feel faint anymore. Even she didn't know how many nights she went with no sleep.
(omg it moved- THE DEAD GIRL MOVED/j)
(screeches I FORGOT THIS EXISTED IM SORRY AAAAAA)
(XD it’s fine it happens. I’m very guilty of it.)
(sobbing)
Tseth sighed and went into the kitchen. He decided he would try to make her eat something for breakfast. That’s what you should do, right? Yeah.
He didn’t have much along the lines of “Breakfast food to cook” so he made do with the cereal box he had in the pantry. He made a bowl and set it on the table.
“Kara?”
(It’s okkk! hug)
Kara doesn’t get up, laying on top of all her sheets as she curls up. Her eyes were still half closed as she dozed. She honestly felt even more exhausted now. Probably because her mind was now craving more sleep. She had always been told that sleep, food, and water were addicting…that if she had too much, she would never be able to survive. So she now tried her best to keep her dim, sleepy eyes open.
(Plz excuse my writing. I have a really bad tension headache.)
(Oh don’t worry! You don’t have to respond right away if you’re hurting. Drink some water and get some rest.)
When Kara doesn’t respond, Tseth sighs a little. Maybe she went back to bed. That’s fair, because it was still…
He checked the clock. Ah. 5 AM. Well, it was better early than late. He knew that wasn’t how the saying went. He didn’t care very much.
He went to Kara’s door, lightly knocking on the frame with a metal knuckle. He didn’t enter the room, he wanted Kara to have some form of privacy. “Hey. You need to eat something. It’s not good to starve.” He spoke in a volume just above a whisper.
(It’s fine. I need distractions.)
Kara doesn’t respond, still silent.
It looked like she didn’t really know how to use a bed. Let alone know what privacy was. She honestly expected Tseth to burst in, and she was surprised when he didn’t…
(Not me who can’t words a lot for this rp- agh-)
Tseth sighed. He didn’t want to just order her around, but maybe for this he would need to be a bit more firm.
“Kara, please. You don’t have to eat everything, but at least some of it. It’s in the kitchen.”
He took a couple steps to the entrance of the hall.
(XD relatable-)
Kara still doesn’t respond. She stayed still and absolutely silent.
To be honest…she was secretly enjoying the softness of the bed. She couldn’t remember the last time she slept in such a soft place. Not even that green bed of moss she once found could compare. She loved it. But…she was also still in the mindset that at any moment, she could be used. So she tried to not get her hopes up.
