"When you asked for mine," Cameron comebacked boldly with a smile. "Unless you have something to offer me for four and younger, those are out of the deal. I can do six or seven as my youngest." He leaned against the armchair and yawned, stretching with a loud yawn.

@LolaBug

“Someone is getting bold,” Ava comments with a snort. “There are literally no pictures in existence of me before my fifth birthday.” Her single baby picture was destroyed when she was two and the foster homes never bothered taking any pictures of her. “Six and seven I can do,” She allows after a moment of hesitation. There’s bound to be a few olds pictures of her in newspapers clippings or something.

Cameron grinned at her to try and lighten up the mood. "Fine. I'll dig around for some, then. Six and seven. I'm comfortable with showing you those, but not baby pictures." He considered himself to be a rather uncute baby, because of the weight he had on when he was born. He came from a naturally large family, and he wws very tall as a baby too.

@LolaBug

"Let's make a deal," Ava says, a serious look on her face. She needs to figure out how much she's willing to give up to get what she wants. "If you show me some of your actual baby pictures, I'll show you a short clip of one of the musicals I acted in when I was in high school." Due to the fact that he doesn't want to show her any baby pictures, she now really wants to see some.

Cameron huffed softly, looking away. "I want to see the whole thing," He comebacked her deal, looking back at her. He was confident she wouldn't accept it. He almost let out a sigh of relief. If he did see the whole thing, well, hell, it was worth a couple pictures as him as a baby and newborn.

@LolaBug

Ava stares at him, actually considering this. Chewing at her lower lip, she tries to decide if this deal is actually worth it. Cameron obviously doesn’t want her to see the baby pictures and she definitely doesn’t want to show him the video. They’re at a stalemate. “Fine. You can see the whole video but you had better keep your comments to yourself,” She says, locking eyes with him. She’s a pretty good performer and she’s got a great voice so she’s not worried that he’ll make fun of her, it’s just that she’s embarrassed that she ever agreed to be in the damn musical to begin with.

Cameron smiled wide in triumph, nodding. "Fine, I will keep them to myself. How many pictures do you want to see? I have a whole bunch stashed away around the house. But we'll do it later. I don't feel like getting up."

@LolaBug

“At least twelve. One for each month of your first year,” Ava decides after a moment or two. “Feel free to show me more though.” She’d love to get her hands on as many pictures as she can. “Yeah, later is good. I have to find that stupid video anyways.”

Deleted user

"Twelve? Ugh, I might have that many. I haven't looked at them in years," He said with an exhausted sigh. "Good, I wasn't ready to get up and go anywhere today anyway." He yawned and stretched. "Anyway, so what now, huh?"

@LolaBug

(I’m so sorry that I haven’t replied! My internet crashed without any warning and I’ve been super busy. Hopefully my schedule will be back to normal on Wednesday or Thursday.)

Glancing over to him, her eyes flicker across his face for several moments. “I dunno. The fort was my idea so it’s your turn to think of something,” She says with a slight shrug. “What’re you even supposed to do in a fort anyways?”

Deleted user

(That's okay!! Don't worry about it.)

"Well, I caved it over my TV in case we wanted to watch some… um… welll, there's not much we can do," Cameron realized with a shrug. "I always just messed around in one of these, but I guess we can just relax."

@LolaBug

(Thanks!)

Ava hums quietly as she thinks. There really isn’t much to do in a fort. “Do you wanna watch a bootleg version of Wicked with me?” She asks, trying to keep her face neutral. No one ever needs to know about her secret love of musicals.

Deleted user

(You're welcome!)

Cameron raised his eyebrows slightly. "I didn't know you were a fan of musicals. But hell, why not?" He leaned out of his comfy spot to grab the remote, relaxing back down with a yawn before turning on the TV.
"How do I find said musical?"

@LolaBug

“Shut up, I am not a fan of musicals,” Ava scowls before childishly sticking her tongue out at him. Reaching over, she plucks the remote out of his hand and works on getting it all set up. After a few minutes, she has managed to get to pulled up and ready to watch.

"Uh-huh," Cameron grunted skeptically, leaning back against the chair and glancing at the dogs curiously. "Awww… those two are so cute." When he glanced back up, she had it pulled up.
"Wait, do you want me to make popcorn and get drinks?"

@LolaBug

Ava steals a glance over to the dogs and smiles softly. “Such sweet pups,” She coos, temped to go over there and cuddle them. Not wanting to have them get up, she stays put. “Yeah, If ya want to. Wicked is good with or without snacks.” She shrugs a little.

Cameron frowned at her and her neutral opinion. "Come on, it's yea or nae for this thing, we'll be up here for a bit." He tenser against the chair and made an executive decision; he was going to make some popcorn and get beers for them.
"I'll be right back." He moved to the door, where he quietly opened it and walked out, careful not to disturb the dogs.

@LolaBug

Ava studies him for a second, tempted to throw a pillow at him. She decides against it. For now. “Alright, just lemme know if ya need any help,” She tells him, staying put. Thankfully, the dogs don’t seem to budge. She reaches into her pocket, pulls out her phone, and takes a few pictures of the two snuggling dogs.

Cameron didn't need help using a machine he had used all his life. He moved down to the basement and started on the popcorn as he tracked down a couple drinks for them to enjoy in their fort. Soon, the popcorn started to pop, making the whole basement smell deliciously of it.

@LolaBug

Ava scrolls through her phone for a few minutes, only half paying attention to what she’s doing. Though she’d rather be outside, she’s trying to make an effort not to complain about it too much. She huffs quietly and decides to find a gym to join.

Deleted user

(casually forgets about this lmaoo sorry love! I had a long stressful week.)

Cameron collected two beers and the popcorn be made into one giant bowl, then carried it upstairs with soft hums. He opened his door carefully and slipped inside slowly as to not disturb the dogs, pushing the bowl towards her and handing her one of the beers.
"There you are."

@LolaBug

(It’s fine, dude! Sorry to hear that your week has been so stressful)

Ava takes the beer from Cameron and flashes him a grin. “Thanks.” Opening up the bottle, she takes a sip. “Think you have enough popcorn?” She can help but tease him. “Are you ready to get this started?” She asks, waving the remote around a little.

Deleted user

(Honestly I'm glad it's over lol)

Cameron crammed a handful of the buttery-salty goodness into his mouth, shrugging at her first question and leaning back against his chair.
"Mmmhm. Ready when you are."

@LolaBug

(Are you enjoying your weekend at least?)

Ava shakes her head a little in amusement before flopping down against some pillows and starting the musical. At once, her eyes light about and she’s mouthing along with what the characters are singing/saying.

Deleted user

(Absolutely. I literally passed out at nine-thirty last night and woke up somewhat well rested.)

Cameron glanced at her once about halfway through the movie, snickering quietly into a hand. He didn't know she was a theater geek. Though he could see it quite clearly if he thought about it.
