(FUCK)
The woman's eyes dart up and meet Shade's. She arched an eyebrow and smirked. "Hello, darling."
Farah didn't move, but she recognized the voice anyway. Her eyes closed worriedly. "Why did you follow me?"

The woman's eyes dart up and meet Shade's. She arched an eyebrow and smirked. "Hello, darling."
Farah didn't move, but she recognized the voice anyway. Her eyes closed worriedly. "Why did you follow me?"
(Laughing evilly YES!)
Shade steps into the moonlight, and it illuminates her. "I followed you because I knew she was here. And trust me, I only just realized who she was."
(That is so not what I had in mind, but let's go!)
Farah opened her eyes again, and her face was devastatingly close with the spirit's, so much so that their noses brushed. "Let go of me," she demanded.
The woman's black-painted lips pulled into a smirk. "No, I don't think I will. You're quite nice to hold." Finished addressing Farah, she looked up at her daughter. "You know who I am, and you don't even know my name…" She clicked her tongue against her teeth and gave Shade an up-and-down look. "Pity."
(Lol, sorry!)
(I am laughing in the middle of Fin Lit XD)
Shade sighs, and a spark of darkness forces her mother away from Farah. "Leave her."
She walks forward, into a range that would have been insulting to anybody but this woman.
Farah gasped, feeling her aura wither under the definitive pressure from the other spirit. She collapsed to the ground when Shade forced her abuser away, and she trembled on her hands and knees while drawing breaths shakily. She still couldn't fathom why the spirit was showing herself now after hiding away for so long.
The woman's eyes glittered at Shade's boldness. "Oh, you're definitely my daughter," she stated haughtily. "What are you doing around the fae? Most specifically this one."
Shade laughs slightly, restoring Farah's aura to her, a dangerous glint in her eyes as she looks the spirit up and down.
"Why now?" she asks.
"Why now?" she asked, arching her eyebrows. "Well, it was only a matter of time before Farah figured out it was me, right? I mean, she already knew either your mother or father had to be a spirit, and the male spirits are few and far between. Don't ask me why." She waved her hand dismissively. "But she was getting close, so I figured I'd stop by. Surprise you both. Introduce myself."
Farah refused to face the spirit who was Shade's mother. She only looked at Shade. "You need to run," she hissed.
Shade just looks at her mother, then sighs.
"And to think I thought my dad was a spirit." she snarks.
Shade shakes her head. "I'm not running. I have a pretty good idea who my dad is now. My mother is physically incapable of harming me."
The woman's expression was cold. "Am I?" she asked, a snapping undertone to her voice. Her fingers curled at her sides. "You must not know who you're talking to."
"Shade, please," Farah begged with her. "Run, now."
Shade stands her ground. "Begone, spirit, in the name of Sêk'æne, my father, the lord of Time and Space. You are not welcome here any longer."
(Btw, the name Sêk'æne is pronounced SEHK-an. The æ is the letter of Anglo-Saxon English, aesch. It's pronounced like the 'a' in 'ash'.)
The spirit's eyes hardened. "That name means nothing to me anymore."
Shade snorts. "It means everything. You know this. Do not make me remove you forcibly."
"It means nothing," she snarled. "As if you could."
Shade raises an eyebrow. "Farah, cover your eyes. If you don't, you could be blinded."
She turns back to her mother, and time and space fold and twist around her, removing her and barring her from this world. As this happens, extreme ammounts of light and anti-light are released.
(Okay, but like… I don't think it's possible that Shade has this much power)
