Ollie glanced at Tessa then at Cinthia. He waved a little back though knew it went unseen, "I'm Ollie, nice to meet you."
Ollie glanced at Tessa then at Cinthia. He waved a little back though knew it went unseen, "I'm Ollie, nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too. Make yourself at home," she invited, still working on whatever she was working on.
Wolf rolled his eyes and smiled slightly at his sister. "She never stops," he muttered to Ollie.
"I heard that."
"No you didn't." Wolf kicked off his shoes and stretched with a small groan.
Ollie bit his lip to hold back a small laugh as he took his own shoes off and placed them next to Wolf's, "This place is even nicer on the inside…" He commented, looking around a little.
"It should. I clean it every day. Unlike a certain someone," she shot a glare at Wolf, revealing similar eyes to Wolf's–except the blue and green were flipped. She also had faint burn marks on the right side of her face.
Wolf rolled his eyes again. "Why should I if you already did it?" he said jokingly.
He laughed at that one, "This place is huge though, and you do it by yourself? Impressive, I applaud you."
"Thank you! At least someone here appreciates me." She shot another pointed glare at Wolf. He just shrugged and flashed a crooked smile. She stuck her tongue out and turned to look at Ollie. "How long'll you be staying? I need to know so I know how much food to make."
"Cin's food is to die for, " Wolf chimed in.
Ollie rubbed at his neck, shuffling his feet, "Um… only tonight a-and I'm leaving early tomorrow morning. Besides, I don't eat much anyway so don't bother making too much more then you normally do."
She lightly chewed on her thumb nail. "Alright. But at least have breakfast before you go. I don't want you leaving hungry."
Ollie shrugged and was reluctant before responding, "O-Okay… I will." He didn't want to be a burden and knew he could probably slip out before they woke up so he didn't have to have breakfast.
She shrugged and pointed to Tessa. "I slipped her the last of my sleeping pills, so I know I'm not getting any shuteye tonight."
He bit his lip. So sneaking out was a no go and was sure his thoughts were easily readable, "Right… okay."
"But, I'm not a guard dog. If you wanna leave, fine by me." She shrugged again and went back to her papers.
Wolf looked over to Ollie. "I can show you the guest room if you want." His sister was right, they weren't keeping him prisoner. He just felt bad that Ollie had to go home early to not anger his father.
Ollie looked up at Wolf and nodded, "Yes, please." He replied quietly. He could feel the exhaustion creeping up on him again.
Wolf smiled slightly and be beckoned for Ollie to follow. He went through the house until he reached an unused bedroom. "Here."
Ollie sighed softly just at the sight of what looked to be a very comfortable bed, "Thank-you, Wolf. I appreciate it."
He shrugged. "Just helping a friend out." He looked to Ollie, silently asking if that was what he wanted them to be.
Ollie looked up and smiled in response to his silent question, "Well, if there's anything you want me to do to repay you, just ask and I'll do it."
He nodded and returned the smile. "It's just a bed. No need for you to repay me."
He rolled his eyes, "For me it's not just a bed," He sighed, then yawned, "Goodnight, Wolf."
"Goodnight, Ollie." He lingered for just a bit, then headed back to the living room to talk to Cinthia.
Ollie shut the door behind him, yawning again. He climbed onto the bed, almost sinking into it.
