Author’s note: None of this is set on Earth. World building will occur in-RP, aka I don’t know what I’m doing but will forgive it out. Now, for the plot! (Also, spot the sneaky Fiddler on the Roof reference if you dare)

Robin, Earl of Loxley, hated the state of the kingdom of Lilithsbrook. The poor just kept getting poorer while the rich only ever got richer, but the poor were people too! Even someone such as a poor tailor deserved some happiness! Robin of Loxley ran away to the woods, and wasn’t seen for two years. However, a new outlaw arose, Robin Hood, a man who stole from the rich and gave to the poor with his band of so called Merry Men. The hero you all know and love, you know? Capitalism sucks and he said it first.

So this will just be our characters having funky adventures and doing funky adventuring, as well as redistribution of the wealth to the general population because of course.

So you don’t have to be super familiar with Robin Hood but you have to at least get the general premise. Not hard since I’ve never met a person who doesn’t at least vaguely understand Robin Hood so hopefully this will turn out well.

Gender: Trans man because I can and will make all my characters trans.
Orientation: Bisexual and polyamorous, open to casual partners but is a hopeless romantic and will inevitably fall in love with them. He’s still very loyal to Marian, of course, there’s no reason he wouldn’t be and also like. My heart needs this.
Appearance: Tall, muscular, and lithe, Robin is very handsome (in his own way) and very fit from all the moving around he has to do for his work. He has sienna brown skin and dark brown eyes like the sea, endless and open. His hair is shaved close to his head, coming up in a small cloudy puff, his face is round and his eyelashes are long and luscious.
Personality: Robin is a clever individual, who casually casts around witty and/or snarky remarks on the regular. He isn’t cruel, but he’s a bit blunt, and can sometimes come off as grumpy when really he’s just trying to get his point across. He has a romantic heart, and is guided more by his feelings than his thoughts, causing him to need to rely on his more sensible minded Merry Men. However, he’s a good and kind leader and almost always knows how to inspire his friends and companions through clever and poetic speeches.
Background: Robin gave up his status as Earl in order to fulfill his dream of giving back to the people and providing for others.
Weapon: Bow and arrow, as well as the sword because those are like. The traditional Robin Hood Weapons.
Open to shipping/QPR/A relationship besides friendship?: Definitely! As long as the age gap isn’t creepy and there aren’t any otherwise moral issues with the ship I’m fine shipping him with anyone!
Other: Robin loves writing poetry, especially poetry for/about Maid Marian.

Appearance: Marian is of about average height, with rich brown skin. She has amber gold eyes, and a finely shaped mouth. She has a heart shaped face, with a small beauty mark by her lip. Her hair is black, and worn usually in box braids or left natural. When left naturally, it is very curly, and goes all the way to her waist. She is curvy, and not exactly the picture of "thin, frail beauty". Don't get me wrong, she's gorgeous, but she's a little on the heavier side of average weight. Most of that weight is muscles, with a little fat on her stomach, thighs, and butt (I don't know how else to say it; ass sounds rude lmao).
Personality: Marian is witty and light-hearted, with an easy smile that can put anyone at ease. She often uses this to hide an uncommonly sharp mind, and would make a brilliant spy if necessary. She is very kind and welcoming, and does her best to keep an open mind. Honestly a bit of a flirt.
Background: Marian is the only daughter of Lord and Lady Fitz. She was raised by them for a while, but they died in an accident when she was ten. After that, she was raised by her aunt and uncle, who had a son about her own age. For a lot of her life, she has faced harassment from men because of her body, since she started to develop earlier than most girls, and her natural tendency to be flirtatious made it easy for people to slander her.

Appearance: Will is slightly taller than average height, with a slim, lithe form. He has a cloud of golden, wavy hair that practically floats around his face. He has pale blue eyes, which look striking in comparison to his light golden brown skin. He has long, thin fingers more fit for playing a piano than anything else, really, and his hands are flecked with small scars from learning to wield his knives. Smirks a lot.
Personality: Will is a charming, whip-smart person, with a ready wit and a sarcastic tongue. He doesn't like to be questioned about his gender, but is usually pretty laid-back about pronouns. He shifts between he and they pretty fluidly, often using they around people they're more comfortable with, and he around people they're less comfortable with, or when in areas less welcoming to Non-binary folk like them. This is not always a hard and fast rule, since their pronouns are again, very fluid.
Background: Will is the bastard child of a noble. Their father was a Lord, and their mother was a servant that their father forced himself on. Will was the same age as their father's "real" son, and was often taught by the same teachers, in the same room. Their father, however, was rather abusive towards both the child and their mother, often hurting both for no reason other than anger. As Will grew, they trained with their knives until one day, when they were coming back from an errand, they found their father hurting their mother again. In a fit of anger, they ended up killing their father, then running away. They ran into Robin after a week or so of being on the run.
