Kyle chuckled and took his hand, leading him over to the cramped bar. He managed to find two spare seats and sat down in one of them.
Kyle chuckled and took his hand, leading him over to the cramped bar. He managed to find two spare seats and sat down in one of them.
Caleb sat down next to him. Kyle seemed almost different here, more bold. He had to admit he liked it.
"So, what were you thinking of getting?" He asked, glancing sidelong at Caleb.
"Depends. This place got anything special?" He asked with the same wild grin.
Kyle shrugged, "Not particularly, it's a shame really but all the other drinks are great."
"I'm pretty boring so probably just a scotch for now."
"Cools, I think I'll have… maybe an Old fashioned? I don't know…"
He shrugged “whatever you want to get.”
"Wow, you're so much help." He nudged him playfully as the bartender, a guy with dusty blonde hair and green eyes, came over with a little smirk sent towards Kyle.
"Hey Kai, long time no see." He said and Kyle chuckled.
"Sorry Leo, been busy and you know it."
"Who's your friend?" Leo asked, looking towards Caleb.
“Caleb. And I’d say…friend with a lot of benefits” he replied with a smile.
Leo didn't look too happy but shrugged it off while Kyle blushed, "What can I get you two?"
“I’ll take a scotch. You made up your mind yet?” He asked, looking towards Kyle.
"Yeah, I'll take an old fashioned," He shrugged, "Why not."
"Coming right up." Leo smiled and got to work.
“He seems nice” he commented, just loud enough for Kyle to hear him.
Kyle shrugged again, "Yeah, he's not bad."
He chuckled “You ready to have some fun mister?”
He winked, "You know I am."
Leo came back with the drinks, placing them in front of them before saying his goodbyes and hurrying off to serve other people.
He smiled slyly “good. I feel like you’ll actually be better at partying than I am.”
"We'll see about that. But I probably am." He chuckled.
“What if I admit defeat now so I can’t embarrass myself as much later?” He asked jokingly.
"I'll accept that," He nudged him playfully and took a sip of his drink, "This time."
He gasped dramatically “fine then Mister.” He smiled and took a swig of his drink.
Kyle laughed, his eyes creasing with his smile, "What! I'm only accepting it because this is your first time partying with me."
“Well then you better do a good job of showing me how it’s done.” He replied, smiling softly.
"Then we better hit the dance floor soon." He grinned.
