Teylie closed her eyes and gripped her phone tighter, turning it on and calling her brother "Hello? Tyler? We need to talk, I'll be over in an hour." She ended the call before he could answer and jumped in her car.
Teylie closed her eyes and gripped her phone tighter, turning it on and calling her brother "Hello? Tyler? We need to talk, I'll be over in an hour." She ended the call before he could answer and jumped in her car.
Ooooh and off she went. Speeding from her new town to the next few over. She should be thankful she lived so close….
Teylie drove up to Tyler's house and parked outside of it, walking up to the door. She knocked and waited, her arms crossed and her foot tapping impatiently.
There was no response from her elder brother. Hell, the lights were off, shutters shut and car gone.
Teylie jumped back in her car and sighed, thinking of where he would be.
No answer popped up in her mind. The best thing she could do is wait.
Teylie leaned the seat back and closed her eyes, waiting for Tyler.
It was late that night when he pulled back in. She was hungry. She had to use the bathroom and get a drink.
She opened one of her eyes and saw his car pull in, immediately stepping out of here and walking to the door. "Tyler." She said simply, her face displaying how mad and confused she was.
Tyler turned to face her, narrowing his eyes slightly to see her.
“Hey Tey.”
"We need to talk." She said, her leg tapping impatiently. "After you let me inside so I can get something to drink."
Tyler blinked calmly. “I am not going to let you inside.”
"Why is that?" She questioned, leaning against the door casually.
“Because I would much like to take a shower then go to bed.” He waved a hand. “Ta ta.”
Teylie shook her head "I would like to get something to drink and use the bathroom." She scowled at Tyler "Then I need to talk to you."
Tyler scooped her out of his way. “Then go to a gas station.”
Teylie glared at him and stepped in front of the door again "No."
Tyler grabbed her by the arms and swung them around so he was standing by his door.
“Yes.”
She shook her head and clenched her fists "No." She said forcefully as she pushed him away from the door.
Tyler stood his ground and returned the push with one of his own. It sent her back to her spot.
“Yes.”
"No." Teylie said, loosing her temper as she pushed him again, this time not kidding around as she shoved him away from the door.
Tyler grabbed her hand firmly, catching himself and thrusting her back.
“I am not afraid to call the cops.”
"Fine." She said "answer my question here if you won't let me inside." Teylie glared at Tyler "Where. Is. Felix?" She asked, poking him in the chest with every word
Tyler grabbed her hand. “I cannot tell you that. It is confidential.” He let her go and opened his house’s door. “Good night.”
Teylie's eyes filled with tears and she spun around, storming back to her car and shouting to her brother "I thought we were friends Tyler, but you've changed. So I will too." She jumped into her car and drove off, going anywhere but back to her house.
