Sherry whistled. "Nice place, huh." He sat on one of the couches, opening the first wine bottle with a pop. He grinned and looked up at Jamie. "Ready?" Well, shoot, someone's extremely pretty on gray.
Sherry whistled. "Nice place, huh." He sat on one of the couches, opening the first wine bottle with a pop. He grinned and looked up at Jamie. "Ready?" Well, shoot, someone's extremely pretty on gray.
Jamie grinned and nodded, moving to grab his wine glasses from the kitchen. He placed one on the coffee table in front of Sherry "My aunt gave it to me after my parents disowned me. And yes, I am ready.:"
"Aw, sorry about that. Why, if you don't mind me asking?" Sherry poured the wine into the two glasses, looking up at Jamie as he took a sip.
"I came out as gay. My parents threw a fit. Told me I was mentally challenged. I don't care about it now. They disowned me and I don't matter to them so they don't matter to me. I much like my aunt better. She spoils me." He took a sip of his own, licking his lips at the taste. Whatever brand this was he liked it.
Well, would you look at that. He's gay.
Sherry brightened. "Really? Me too. I'm gay, and since I was already hanging out with a little gang, they just-" Sherry waved his hand in a gesture- "Booted me off the planet." He shrugged, turning back to Jamie. "Nevertheless, I find the rest of the universe much more rewarding than Fareafica. Especially, at this point, Earth." He suggested, raising his eyebrows at Jamie.
His eyes widened and brightened. “You are too!?” He blushed suddenly, laughing. “Are you single?” He asked shyly, lowering his head. When Sherry spoke of Earth he smiled happily. “I’m glad you like Earth so much.”
"I am, actually. Why?" Sherry laughed a little, raising his eyebrows and resting his head on his fist with a sly smile.
“Because I am too.” He mumbled. “And if you’re ever free would you want to… go on a date or something I’m free this Saturday.” He smiled sheepishly.
The small smile turned to a grin as Sherry took another sip of his wine. "Of course, handsome. However, I do happen to be in your house…right now." He shrugged, raising his eyebrows, drinking the beverage.
Jamie blushed a dark shade of red, laughing nervously. “Y-you’re right…” he laughed again, drinking his wine carefully and slowly. “Then we can count this as a date?” He asked hopefully.
"Well, of course it does." Sherry laughed kindly and scooted over on the couch to make room for Jamie, finishing his wine and setting the glass down on the table. "Should I or shouldn't I get another one?" He tilted his head from side to side at the wine, the glass, and then to Jamie, pretending to consider.
As he finished off his own glass of wine he moved to sit on the couch next to Sherry. “Whatever you want. If you get drunk I have an extra room you could stay in.”
"I probably will. Hell, I probably already am." Sherry laughed again, lazily wrapping his arm around Jamie's shoulder now that they were both sitting next to each other. "What about you, though?"
Jamie leaned against the other, pressing into his side. “I could go for some more,” He said softly, looking at the non human next to him. “I wouldn’t mind it at all.”
"That's the spirit!" Sherry grinned, pouring himself and Jamie another cup of wine. He handed Jamie's cup to him and leaned back on the couch, sighing. "You know, you really are quite handsome."
He blushed lightly at the compliment. “Me? You flatter me too much.” He said softly, giggling. “So, have you managed to find your ‘soulmate’ or whatever?”
Sherry grinned at his response, and then went to answer his question.
"Me? No. No, I haven't. I've literally gone to fifteen different galaxies, and not once have I actually found them," He told Jamie.
(what is going onnnn no offense but idk)
(I got lost too hold on nvm. I made a mistake in wording XD Hold on I’m gunna fix it!)
(alright ill wait)
Jamie laughed softly, nodding. “I haven’t either. I’ve given up.” He leaned over and grabbed a pen, clicking it open. “Wanna pretend one last time with me? We’ll write our names on each other’s wrists. That way if we get too drunk, we can remember each other.” He winked
(I fixed it)
(thanks lol)
"I'll probably come whizzing back to earth in a couple years because of this," Sherry laughed, grabbing a pen out of his own pocket. "Jamie, right?"
"Yes, Jamie. J-A-M-I-E. Not too hard." He laughed softly, smiling. "And you are Sherry. Easy to remember." Jamie didn't know the last time he had actually had this much fun. Sure he was probably a little tipsy but still.
“Alright.” He grinned, clicking his pen and starting to write the name down on his wrist.
As soon as he finished writing the name, it began to pulse a light gold. Slowly, at first, but then fast and bright. Sherry’s eyes widened in surprise.
