@Hawkeye
“Not always. I can turn whenever I want, but sometimes if my emotions go off the charts, I can’t control it. Like just now…” with that, Anna’s hair went long again and became the brown she had shown up with.

"Sounds like my chaos" said Arthur softly, adjusting his position so he was flopped over Skye's back, watching the three tiredly.
Anna nodded, flinching when Jack immediately started playing with her hair. “Aren’t you supposed to be Mr. Tough Guy? Last time I checked, Mr. Tough Guy doesn’t play with his sister’s hair.”
“Well, it’s this, or get a knife back out, your choice.” Anna scowled, not liking her options, but nodded finally. “Go ahead.”
Skye couldn't help laughing, but froze as he felt Arthur's fingers tugging at his fur.
"Since when do you braid??"
"Always" said Arthur distractedly.
Anna smiled, feeling her brother move a little closer to her.
Skye sighed, letting Arthur do his thing for the time being.
Eventually, Jack had Anna’s hair done elaborately. Anna wasn’t totally sure where exactly he got any of the things holding her hair the way it was, but was startled out of wondering when her brother hugged her from behind, reminding her painfully of the two people she had lost. Jack rested his chin on her shoulder, and she tensed, before relaxing.
Reed was taken aback when Jack hugged Anna but didn’t say anything. Anna’s hair has turned a bright red, which neither her nor Jack seemed to notice.
“You alright, man?” Anna asked finally, after Jack hadn’t let go after several minutes.
Jack nodded, before whispering. “I miss him.”
Anna nodded with understanding. “Ok.”
Reed watched sadly, knowing that Jack wouldn’t have admitted that without being really upset.
Jack cleared his throat, before saying, “I’m going to take a walk.” He got up, and Anna and Reed let him go, figuring right now was not a good time, especially since Anna had involuntarily begun to shift to look a surprising amount like Jack…. or was she looking like someone else….
Reed immediately began panicking, very, very worried that Jack would look back and notice. “Anna….” he warned quietly. She looked st him, except it didn’t look like her.
“You shifted again…. you need to go back, now.”
“Why?” Anna asked, not totally sure what she done wrong.
“You shifted… you shifted into Will, Anna.”
Anna paled, before quickly shifting back into herself.
“You going to ask or not?” Anna asked Skye, mostly just looking ashamed of herself.
Anna scoffed. “Right.” She rolled her eyes a little, before catching herself falling into habits that she was trying to stop. “Sorry….”
“Jack didn’t see, did he?” Anna asked worriedly. Reed shook his head.
“Good.”
“Oh, good.” Jack said, suddenly stepping out of a portal next to Anna.
“You ok?” Anna whispered to Jack, who nodded.
“You know, this is way more fights then I signed up for.” Jack said.
Get used to it said Skye, We're in the middle of a war
Jack sighed. “I suppose we are…”
Jack was contemplating opening a portal and ditching, but felt it would go over poorly.
“Yep.” Reed and Anna said, while Jack sighed and nodded.
"Good!" Said Sirus, shielding all of them from a hail of arrows, "Cause if you adn't noticed we're surrounded!" He gestured to the surrounding warriors coming out of the trees, shifting to human form in the process, drawing a thin black sabre.
Anna shifted somewhat larger, while Jack drew his sword.
Sirus nodded, looking around, and facing a more exposed direction, "We can't let them get to the upper Den!" he yelled before charging them, trying to take out as many as he could, shifting on impulse in a one man mele that was clearly overwhelming.
