“Welcome.” He smiled.
“Welcome.” He smiled.
Arien kissed Dan lightly.
"I just want to you get better now."
He nodded softly, “then you won’t be able to suck my blood for probably a week or more till I recover.”
"I'm okay with that," Arien said. "Whatever we need to do to keep you safe."
Dan nodded smiling, “don’t know how many people could say they had 2 blood transfusions in a week.” He joked.
"Hopefully there won't be a third," Arien said. He kissed Dan gently.
Dan kissed back, “I’m pretty sure I’ll die if this happens again.”
"And I'm not letting that happen." Arien held Dan close, protective.
Dan nodded and cuddled.
Arien sat next to Dan on the bed, holding him close.
"Me and Elliot had an argument while you were out," he said softly. "About Gabriel."
Dan nodded, “could you tell me more?” He asked “Gabriel told me that he was stolen off the streets and Elliot hurt him.”
Arien nodded.
"I confronted Elliot about it. First, Elliot accused me of 'stealing his toy-'" Arien grimaced a bit, "-then said he had done nothing wrong. I managed to… Talk Elliot into handing Gabriel over t to me, though." He sighed a bit. "But he is so mangled that if he were to go back to bring human he would… Die."
Dan nodded softly and stared at him, “Elliot tortured him.” He mumbled.
Arien nodded.
"Elliot… He's really obsessed with toying with people." He hugged Dan lightly.
“Is that why he has humans turn to toys?”
Arien nodded. He kissed Dan's cheek.
"I don't want to bring you there ever again."
“Please don’t.” Dan whispered.
"I won't," Arien promised. "And Gabriel is staying at our house now. Elliot can't hurt him anymore."
Dan nodded and hugged him closely.
Arien hugged Dan back, holding him close tightly.
"You're not going to get hurt anymore," he promised.
Dan nodded and kissed his cheek.
A doctor came into the room to examine Dan for a moment then nodded, “well he could be discharged, just make sure he doesn’t really do much, I think bed rest will be good for him.”
Arien nodded.
"Thank you, sir," he said. "Let's go home, my prince," he said to Dan gently.
Dan nodded and got up out of the bed once everything was disconnected.
Arien held onto Dan's arm, leading him out of the hospital and back to the house.
"Straight to bed," he instructed.
Dan sighed, “but maybe it was just a suggestion, I really should go to work,”
