(Lol. I’d agree with you, but I know some great guys and some really sucky ones…)
“Mmhm. Seems like it,” Robyn agreed, grinning over at him. “What do you think we’ll be doing this year?”
(Are you going to respond to them? Lol.)
(Same. But ehhhhhhhh)
Tobias squished his face up in his hands. “I dunno. Chemistry?”
(Eventually…)
(Lol to both statements.)
“Well, duh,” Robyn chuckled, nudging him playfully with her shoulder. “I meant what topic within Chem.”
(Thanks x3)
Tobias glanced down at her when he was nudged, shrugging again. “I’m not sure, as I said. What do you think is going to be learned in this class?”
Robyn clicked her tongue and shrugged. “I’m kind of hoping we get to blow some things up, honestly. Or at least make some awesome chemical reactions.”
Tobias frowned. “Hmmm… blowing stuff up might be against school code.”
“That’s probably true…” Robyn mused, squinting thoughtfully. She shrugged and smiled at him again. “Then I hope we have some cool chemical reactions.”
Tobias squished his face up more in his hands. “I hope it’s more than just some fizzy bubbles.”
Robyn giggled slightly to herself at the boy’s face. “Yeah, definitely. That wouldn’t be as fun…”
Tobias grunted his agreement as their teacher rose. They announced they’d be doing a lab today, and to get with the partners they selected yesterday. A couple of girls walked up to Robyn, asking her, and a couple jock-like dudes went up and asked Tobias. Tobias denied the burlier boys, looking annoyed.
Robyn shook her head at the girls, politely declining them. She turned to Tobias and noticed that he had turned away some of the guys.
“Lab partners?” she suggested, remembering their earlier conversation.
“Hmm? Oh, yeah, you asked me yesterday, right? Sure.” He turned to look at her.
(Hm… Maybe lunch? Rose decided to eat in the library, and the guy cake looking for her or something?)
(I can’t fix my last post, but I meant “came” not “cake”…)
(Lol. Same. I think my mom is making a strawberry shortcake for my birthday…
Oh, did I mention I turn 18 on Tuesday?)
Rose quickly grabbed her lunch from her locker, stuffing her schoolbooks in there. She patted her pocket and made sure her phone was in there before starting toward the library. There was never really a time when she had actually enjoyed eating in the cafeteria, so when she was finally able to eat in the library it was great.
(UGH I LOVE CHEESECAKE
no you didn’t happy early birthday
See if you were in the band we’d sing for you and it’d be awful,)
(Also could you continue? Idk what to say.)
(Shortcake, not cheesecake. Lol. I wish it was cheesecake…
Lol. I don’t remember what we did in choir… Oh, that’s because I was in Gym on my birthday and not choir when I was in 7th grade… I lost my socks in my 13th birthday, in the morning, and after gym… It was great…)
Rose made her way to the library and sat down at an empty table. After setting her food out in front of her, she pulled her phone out of her pocket and opened up the book app on it. She sighed and started to read the boom she was currently enthralled with as she ate.
(Oof sounds terrible xD
Shortcake… ughf rj rj rnekdd d can I come to your house and take some PLEAE)
The guy from earlier came peering into the library, holding a few books. He walked in, grumbling about lazy friends. He walked across the library, catching sight of Rose but not saying anything yet. He deposited the books into the bookdrop, then made his way over.
“Er… hey Rose!”
(If you can get here. Lol. ;D)
Rose blinked and glanced up from the book on her phone. She swallowed what was in her mouth before nodding at him.
“Hey. What’re you doing here?” she questioned, inwardly cringing at how ticked off she sounded.
(takes the next immediate flight)
“O-oh, um… just returning some books.” He couldn’t help getting caught off-guard from the tone in her voice.
“So you eat lunch up here? They let you?”
(Lol.)
Rose nodded and set her phone down on the table. “Yes and yes. What books were you returning?” she asked, hoping that it would make up for her earlier tone.
