Lucifer indeed tugged him back over, only to get licked in the face by the giant pig. He laughed. "I dunno, just something bigger than me that I can cuddle."

"I thought that was my job?" Scipio laughed quietly. "It'll be hard to find an animal bigger than you other than like, a bear or something, and I've heard bears don't make great pets."

The giant guinea pig continued to lick his face. "I dunno, animals down here aren't the same, if you didn't notice. Rodents generally aren't this big."

"Yeah…" Scipio reached out to touch the guinea pig. "These things are considerably more intimidating when they're this large…"

The guinea pig turned its giant head to look at Scipio as he reached his arm out. It ducked its head a little and allowed him to stroke it.
"We'd need one big ass room for it, though." He stroked the pig's soft fur. "And a companion, these guys are herd animals." He read from the little plaque on the cage.

"Yeah. I can't say for sure, but I'm not sure you have a room big enough to comfortably accommodate two of these things." Scipio looked up at the guinea pig thoughtfully.

"I'm sure I can make it happen. I want it." He smiled at the pig as it settled down on its back paws to continue being pat.

"Alright…" Scipio said quietly, staying close to Lucifer. Not that he had much of a choice, of course.

"Let's look around a bit more." He let go of Scipio slowly, staring him down. "Don't do anything stupid, and stay in my vision."

(Scipio is jealous of the guinea pig lol)
"Okay." Scipio wandered around, staying relatively close to Lucifer.
(I gtg to work so I'll be gone a while)

Lucifer looked around at the fish and other big animals, but they soon stumbled across a second guinea pig. This one was asleep in its cage, but woke up when they approached, raising its large head. Lucifer smiled and reached out to pet it.

Scipio knelt down beside a cage that had a small black cat, petting it through the bars.

Lucifer noticed Scipio vanish from his sight and turned around. "A cat?" He asked softly, walking over. It was so tiny.

"Yeah." The cat purred and leaned its head into Scipio's hand as Scipio had done with Lucifer earlier.

"Do you want it?" He asked gently, watching it purr and ask for more pets. His lips twitched a little at the motion.

"…Kinda.." Scipio said quietly, scratching behind the cat's ears.

"Well then we can get it," He said simply, opening the cage which was unlocked. "Go in and get it."

Scipio hesitated before going in and picking up the cat, which curled up contentedly in his arms. He couldn't help but give a small smile at the sight of it.

Lucifer grinned and crossed his arms. "Let's grab it a litter box and some food. Come on, Scipio." He stuck his arm out to help the other.

Scipio followed Lucifer, holding the cat close. "I hope he doesn't try to kill the frogs…" He mused quietly, looking at the cat food.

"He definitely will," Lucifer assured only to mess with him. He grabbed a couple bowls and a littler box, letting Scipio pick out food and litter.

Scipio put the cat on his shoulders and picked up a couple bags of food and litter. The cat purred happily, stretching out his paws.

Lucifer watched the cat curiously. "So are you gonna keep it in your room? And just carry it around with you wherever you go?" He asked as they walked up to the front.

"Yep." Scipio set the food on the counter and got it checked out, petting the cat gently.

The Demon at the counter checked them out and gave everything to Lucifer, who thanked them and walked out of the store. "Let's take him home, then."
