"Alright…" Scipio closed his eyes and soon fell asleep in Lucifer's arms.

Scipio woke up in the morning and looked up at Lucifer, wondering exactly how long they'd been laying here like this.

Lucifer was snoring softly above the human, cuddling him close. It was a few minutes of just Scipio being awake, until a loud clatter and a smashing of the door that jerked the prince awake.

Scipio flinched as well at the loud sound, glancing around to try and figure out what had caused it.

It was a servant, one of the ones Scipio worked with. However this person didn't seem bothered that Scipio was snuggling with him, but rather something else.
"Sir! Jehovah is here and he needs to have a chat with you!"

"…Who's Jehovah?" Scipio asked Lucifer quietly, sitting up.

(let's hope I got my Christianity right lmao)

Lucifer shot up and hopped off of the bed, hastily grabbing things to wear. "God, Scipio!" He just shot at him. "I must have done something wrong, and now that fucker wants to talk to me."

"Oh… guess that's his name. D'you think it's my fault he wants to talk?" Scipio asked, a faint air of nervousness in his voice.

"No, I don't think so. It might be something wrong with anything," He explained as he threw on his slick suit and tied on his tie. "Just stay here, okay? I'll be back soon." He smiled faintly before hurrying out.

Scipio opened his mouth to protest, but just sighed and fell silent instead. What am I supposed to do while I wait for him to get back?

Lucifer hurried to the foyer where Jehovah stood. Jehovah was a tall, robed man with long brownish black hair with smooth tanned skin. He wasn't quite as tall as Lucifer, but he did measure up.
"Jehovah," Lucifer murmured, stopping in front of him.
"Lucifer," He rumbled back in a strong, clear voice, settling his brown eyes onto his former Angel. "I have a problem with something. My people are trying to come down here."

Scipio looked up at the other servant, who was still there. "So… how's your day been?" He asked awkwardly, unsure what to do.

They grinned a little and just gave a small shrug. "Hey, I'd be nervous if I were you. Jehovah could be angry Lucifer for having too many of us."

"Wh? Your people? Trying to come down here?" Lucifer asked, totally taken aback. "Why?"
"Well, apparently here is more acceptable," The man said with a deep, calming sigh.
"I can't do anything about it, Jehovah."

Scipio shrugged as well. "Who knows what God wants? I never really knew, obviously. I am in hell, after all. I hope it's nothing too bad, though…"

"Exactly. He could be angry about anything. We're all so nervous when he comes down, but Lucifer always seems to fix it."

"Look, if it's that thing about the judgement system and how fair it is, it's not my fault. I give good people chances at a second life. Just because they weren't one-hundred percent religious or did one or two things wrong."
Jehovah sighed and crossed his arms. "I know I have no right to complain to you. The judgement system is not in your control."

Scipio nodded, yawning a bit. "You're probably wondering what I'm doing here, huh?"

The person seemed surprised at the question until they realized they were both in Lucifer's room. "Well, I assume you either invited yourself or he did."

"Then why are you coming here? You know your appearance scares my people. My servants and civilians alike. Just to scare us?"
"Goodness, no, Lucifer, I just… I was just asking if you would change."
"Why would I change? To match the Hell that most innocent humans believe?"

"He invited me. I may be bold, but I'm not stupid." Scipio ran his fingers through his hair. "He seems to have taken a liking to me for some reason."

"Mm. He's never taken a liking to a human before," They responded lightly, shutting the door again with a slow sigh.

"I… I suppose you are right."
"And Jehovah, before you come back here and scare me an my people, please think about what problems we have already solved," Lucifer cheekily growled before turning on his heel and stalking away.

Scipio stayed sitting on the bed, staring blankly at the wall while he waited for Lucifer to return.

Lucifer exploded back into his room after kicking the door open, ripping his tie off. "That fucking fuck! He thinks he can just saunter in and just bring up another topic we already solved! Thank you, Sou, you are dismissed."

Scipio snapped out of his daze, startled when Lucifer slammed the door. "You good, Lucy?"
