Connor nodded, still stretching. "Mm. For now." he replied, arching his back as he leaned backwards, stretching his arms above his head.

“Well, it looks nice.” A small gust of wind sent a shiver down Wilhelm’s spine, and he gritted his teeth.
Connor smiled, settling down again. "Mm. Thanks." he replied, looking over at Wilhelm.
“God, it’s gotten cold. I.. hm. I think I might go to the library for a few minutes, I have to return some things and check some things out.” Wilhelm crossed his ankles, still sitting on the bench. He closed his notepad, slipping it back into his pocket.
Connor nodded a little bit. "Alright. Ah might head back t' the dorm and get a thicker sweater." he replied, closing the sketchbook and stretching again.
“That’s smart thinking.” Wilhelm stood, rolling his neck. His bones audibly popped and cracked as he did it, and he stretched as well.
He got up, putting his sketchbook and pencil away. "Mm. It's chillier than I thought it owuld be."
“Me too! I felt the air when we first came out, but I didn’t expect it get colder, and I swear that it did.” Wilhelm groaned a bit, drawing himself further into his sweater.
Connor laughed a little bit. "Mm. That's England for you." he replied, stretching again.
“And I hate her for it.” Wilhelm laughed softly, beginning to walk back to the school building.
(I gtg soon. Just a heads-up)
Connor smiled a little bit, and followed after Wilhelm. "England isn't tha' bad." he replied, shaking his head.
(alright, gn!)
“Well, you’ve lived most of your life in England, though. As an outsider, I find this place to be dreary and awful.” Wilhelm shrugged, a humorous air in his voice.
Connor sighed. "Yeah, but it's still pretty here. It's just different from what yer used to." He replied with a smile.
Wilhelm raised his palms, clearly not wanting to argue. “Sure, sure, I won’t say you’re wrong there.”
Connor smiled lightly, adjusting his bag. He sighed softly, running a hand through his curly hair.
Wilhelm walked them into the towering building, almost breathing out a sigh of relief when the air warmed. It was still drafty, sure, but at least it was warmer than the wintry hellscape outside.
(gtg gn)
Connor took a deep breath, relaxing as they went in the building.

The entrance hall wasn’t incredibly bustling, but there was to shortage of people, either. It was loud with chatter, although a lot of that noise could’ve been chalked up to voices reverberating off of the marble floors and the nearly bare walls (save for a few large oil paintings and portraits).
Connor wrnikled his nose at all the people, and sighed softly. He ran a hand through his red curls, shaking his head a little bit.
“Seems like plenty of people are out today.. god, that means the library will be swamped.” Wilhelm groaned, curling his lip.
Connor raised his eyebrows a little bit. "Maybe yeh should have gone earlier, then?" he replied, a little amused.
Wilhelm slipped his hands into his pockets, continuing to walk. “Maybe, but I think I might have a shorter wait time to check out if I go later in the day..”
Connor nodded a little bit. "Alright. Well, I'm heading back to the dorm ta change into a different sweater." He started heading in the direction of the dorm.
Wilhelm nodded. “I’ll see you around, then. I’m just going to bite the bullet and go to the library anyways.”
Connor chuckled, and waved. "Good luck, then." He replied. He turned down the hallway into the dorms. Once in their dorm, he closed the door and got changed, sitting down on the bed for a moment with his shirt off to examine the bruising. It was healing up rather well; a few more days and it would be completely gone, which he was grateful for.
