"I do, I can't do anything but deal with it." He started walking backwards with a challenging glare at his friend

"I'm sorry that I could pass through life and death as I please!" Vitalis yelled sarcastically.

"but you're not," he deadpanned, eyes narrowing slightly and he spun around and jumped down from tree with ease.

"No, I'm not." He said and glared a bit.

"my exact problem…" he muttered, lacing his hands behind his head and walking lazily around the forest

"can't help who I am." Vitalis said and went after him.

"no, you just choose not to." he argued, getting annoyed and glaring at Vitalis.

"Explain to me why I'm making you annoyed."

"who said I was annoyed?" Brink asked, glancing away and scowling. He dropped his hands and shoved his hands inside his pockets.

"Your tone and body language." Vitalis said and pointed.

"They mean nothing….as well as nonsense.." his eyes glazed over as he started to hum softly, a slow grin spreading on his face

Vitalis nodded slowly then skipped away.

Brink blinked with a relieving sigh before bowing his head and heading in a different direction

Vitalis was thinking about getting ice cream.

Brink glanced around and found himself near a cliff. A thought flitted through his head before he shook it away and sat on the ground, head on his knees

Vitalis when and got ice cream then found his way back to brink.

"How do you know where to find me all the time?" he asked, not looking over at Vitalis

"Just do, slinky?" He asked and gave him one.

"creepy but yes, always." he took the slinky and started bouncing it between his hands

Vitalis sat down and ate his ice cream, "slinkies are a part of your personality."

"yeah, twisted and coiled yet bouncy and playful for hours on end." brink snuck a taste of vitalis's ice cream and continued to play with the slinky

Vitalis didn't mind.
