"It will be quick, I'm sure." Kalon offered a reassuring smile and then headed off to gather the staff. After a little bit, they'd gotten everyone necessary into a meeting room.

She nodded to him, moving off to hobble a little gathering people together and then going back to his side when they all met up.

"Welcome, everyone! I'm sure you're wondering why I've called this meeting. We don't have meetings like this very frequently, after all." Kalon announced as he got to his feet. "We are going to hold a gala for the purpose of public relations. Every one of you bears an important role in the success of the gala."

"Right, as Kalon has stated we will need all your help in your special areas to pull this off. It's meant to be for the people, so keep that in mind." She spoke as she stood with him.

"Yes. Anyone who wishes to come is welcome, understand? There will, of course, be security. After all, this is happening because public relations are poor at the moment, so keep an eye out for anyone acting suspiciously. If you catch anyone, bring them in for questioning. We will talk to them only, we don't want to hurt anyone." Kalon insisted.

She nodded along with what he said, "Kalon basically covered everything, but please don't instigate anyone, just keep a watchful eye. There may be people who wish to undermine this event."

Kalon nodded in agreement and the gathered staff seemed to understand, so after giving them each more detailed instructions on their specific duties for the ball, he let them get to it.

She was sticking to kalons side almost like glue, but they weren't touching each other. She did however stay by his side and make sure he wasn't alone for the times that were most important.

Kalon sighed softly, a bit drained from the excitement of the meeting and designating tasks. He stretched and looked around, trying to figure out what he and Phoebe should do in the meantime. "What do you think?" They asked, looking over at her.

"Hm..i.am not sure kalon…perhaps we could go over any points.of entry and exit and make sure they are covered, as well as making sure there's no chance for danger?"
