Jax hummed, trying to remember. “Probably at least 10 years now??”

"Really? Wow, didn't expect that. But at the same time it doesn't really surprise me."

“Yeah it was in elementary school and Ethan’s about to be 18 sooo.” He squinted before letting out an over dramatic gasp. “BABE DID YOU FORGET OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY?” Jax yelled even though Ethan was less than 10 feet away.
“Don’t call me that. And if I forgot then you forgot too.”

"Yep. Absolutely dating. There's no question about it." She laughed.

“We aren’t.”
“Come on, Ethan why must you deny our love!!” Jax said dramatically.

"You certainly act like it sometimes. But hey, don't let me interrupt. I'll just be here." She grinned.

Jax chuckled softly and Ethan just rolled his eyes.

"But if I keep hanging around you two, people are gonna start thinking that this is some poly thing." She paused for a minute, thinking. "Not that I would mind that too much."

“Honestly we pretty much are already.” Jax admitted with a shrug, and Ethan nodded in agreement.

"Wow, if only getting a boyfriend was actually this easy, I would've gotten one years ago." She laughed.

“Yeah it’s easy because Jax is desperate.” Ethan said with a smirk.
“I AM NOT DESPERATE!!” Jax yelled and Ethan’s smirk only widened.
“Oh really?” So apparently he had some information about Jax that he’d not shared with the group.

"Ooo, do tell." She rested her head in her palms, looking between the two with a raised eyebrow and a peaking interest.

Ethan chuckled softly. “Oh no, I really shouldn’t go around revealing things I’m not supposed to.” He hummed out, while Jax had gone silent, merely scowling at the other.

"Aww, really? I never took you for a tease, Ethan. But like I said, it's always the quiet ones you have to watch out for."

“Yeah, the quiet ones are always the worst.” Jax grumbled and Ethan merely chuckled.
“Careful Jax, don’t want me to expose you, right?”
“Bitch it’s as much my secret as it is yours, so shut it.” Jax replied sassily.

"Ooo, I smell drama. Maybe a night you two have sworn each other to secrecy about? That'd be a real plot twist, wouldn't it?"

“That would be a real plot twist now wouldn’t it.” Ethan hummed out in reply, making it sound like it might not be such a far fetched idea.

"Wait a second…" She looked between them before her eyes widened. "Was I right?!"

“OH MY GOD ETHAN YOU’RE SUCH AN ASSHOLE!!” Jax yelled. He seemed very..very embarrassed.
“Oh no my bad.” He said in literally the most monotonous tone ever.

She burst out laughing. "Wait, wait, hold on! I'm never right, what is this? I just completely guessed, I never expected to actually get it!"

Jax just dramatically fell on the floor, burying his face in his hands. “Oh my goddddd” he groaned out. “I hate you so much right now Ethan!”

"Aww, don't be like that Jax! He didn't even say anything! He alluded to it, yes, but he never said anything directly! He let me figure it out."

“Yeah sure but that’s more than enough reason for me to hate him.” Jax replied, glaring at Ethan who merely shrugged.
“She was going to find out eventually Jax.”

"Hey, I'm not one to judge. What you two do behind closed doors is your business. Though it is kinda interesting to know that you've experimented."

“Yeah only once though. And it was just because we were both drunk off our asses at the time so yeah.” Ethan said dismissively.
