She quickly dropped the first few packages off and sighed, realizing that she left her phone at the hotel so she couldn't listen to music. Dierra shook her head and glared at the ground, heading back to grab the next set of packages.

Mateo put away his stuff, patting Bolt's head, "I think this deserves some takeout, how about you guys? Chinese? Yes?" He grinned, "Chinese it is" he ordered Chinese food over the phone. Checking the time, the boy realised that Dierra would be here in less than half an hour, so he ordered a bit extra.
(Mateo?)
Dierra finished the next set of packages and she jogged back to her hotel room, grabbing her phone and cleaning herself up a bit before she walked back to her job to get paid. She nodded to her boss and checked the time, quickly realizing that she only had a few minutes left to get to Rico's house. She started running towards his house to get there on time.
Whoops. Too many rps XD//
Rico thanked the delivery man and paid him, accepting the boxes. He took the terriakki (i don't know how to spell) chicken and poured a helping into each of their new bowls and placed them on the ground, smiling as the dogs began to eat. He left a box of orange chicken untouched for Dierra and began to eat the king pow he ordered for himself
XD I get it, I've done that before//
Dierra slowed down once she reached his house and she smiled lightly, walking up to his door. She knocked and then waited patiently, feeling herself get excited to see Rico and his dogs again.
Bolt and Shira started barking, running towards the door frantically, abandoning their chicken, "Oi! Quiet!" Rico got up and walked to the door, forcing the dogs back with a foot as he opened it, grinning as he saw who it was, "Hey, Dierra. Come on in" he moved aside, unable to keep the dogs back anymore, they surged forward, jumping and licking at Dierra
"Hi Rico!" She said happily, laughing as she started petting the dogs, slowly making her way inside. She got Shira and Bolt to calm down a little before she looked around, standing in the middle of the room awkwardly.
Rico smiled, "Come on" he walked into the living room, "Are you hungry? I ordered some extra Chinese food" he gestured to the box before turning back to the dogs, "Leashes. Go on" the two ran off and grabbed their leashes from the shelf and running back, dropping them in front of Rico
"Thanks," Dierra said, walking after him and taking the box of Chinese food, "This is awesome," She said happily, starting to eat as she watched the dogs get their leashes.
Rico smiled, "after the basic training, I decided to get a bit fancier" he grabbed his own food and took a few bites, smiling. Bolt barked in protest and nudged his leash. Rico laughed, "Let us eat, loves. Go. You still have chicken"
Shira whined, but returned to her bowl and began to eat again. Bolt pouted a bit more, then turned and went to his own bowl
Dierra chuckled and continued to eat, a small smile on her face. "It's crazy, how much time you have on your hands.. I can't even imagine..' She glanced over at him, feeling herself blush a little for no reason.
Rico nodded, "Yeah, my job is from home and I don't go to school a lot, so I have way too much time" he smiled and looked up at her, feeling a blush creep over his caramel-colored skin. Hurriedly, he became very interested in a piece of chicken
She looked at the ground and smiled to herself, shaking her head a little and quickly stuffing a few pieces of chicken in her mouth. She blushed harder and rocked on her toes.
Rico finished his chicken and stood, tossing his trash, washing his hands, "Ready?" He asked, clipping the dog's leashes on
"Yup," Dierra said happily, eating her last pieces of chicken as she tossed her empty box in the trash.
Rico held out Shira's leash to her as they walked out, closing and locking his door, feeling really happy for some reason
Dierra took Shira's leash and she smiled, starting to walk down the sidewalk. "So what did you do today?" She asked, looking around as they walked.
"Worked, mostly" Rico said, "Played a bit with Bolt and Shira, but worked mostly." He put the hand not holding Bolt's leash in his jeans pocket, "You?"
"Slept in and was late for work and then I just worked all day. I'm pretty boring." She smiled and looked at the sidewalk "What's your job?" She asked politely, "I've never seen you around town when I drop off packages."
"I, ah, I'm kind of a freelance computer tech person thing" Rico tried to explain, "Er, people email me or message me and hire me for odd jobs." He scratched the back of his head, "Pays well. People will give an arm and a leg for some stuff"
"Cool, that sounds like an awesome job." She nodded happily, not questioning him any further. She smiled lightly and watched Shira walk next to Bolt.
Rico nodded, "I'm lucky" he admitted. They walked into the dog park and unclipped Bolt, who tore away, barking happily. He looked at Dierra and felt himself blush again, looking away
Dierra crouched on the ground and uncliped Shira's leash. She watched her run off, not noticing that Rico was looking at her.
Rico watched her for a moment, noticing the small things. the way that the sun accentuates the curves of her face, or her slender fingers as she gently tucks a stray hair behind her ear
She glanced up at the sky and sighed, smiling a little as she stood up and looked over at Rico. "Alright, what should we do as we wait for the dogs?" She asked.
