(Gotta ruin it)
Dave knocked on the cell door, grinning. "Hello, boys~ I see you're getting along." Scipio looked over at the door and bared his teeth. "Fuck off, Dave. No one asked for your god damn opinion." "Ooh, Scorpion's getting feisty." "I swear to god you're on borrowed time, Dave! Be glad you're behind the damn door!"
((oH my god im cackling))
Bridge looked up, surprised, but didn't say anything. He knew, by this point, that one really shouldn't get between Scipio and Dave.
"Didn't think you'd be into boys, Scorpion." "I told you to fuck off! It's none of your business!" Scipio was pissed now, although his pale cheeks were slightly flushed.
He pressed his lips together again, blushing a little bit as well. He hadn't even thought about Scipio in that way until just now, when Dave had said so. Scipio was very pretty, and protective - at least as far as Bridge went. And Bridge did know he liked boys - he'd had small crushes on them back in his neighborhood, but nothing large.
"Excuse me for a minute, Bridge." Scipio picked up Bridge and set him on the bench. "Dave I swear to god I'm going to fucking kill you some day!" He went over to the door and glared at Dave, gripping the bars so tightly that his knuckles were white (r than usual). "What're are you going to do from behind the bars, Scorpion?" Scipio quickly reached through the bars and gripped the collar of Dave's shirt. "Only this." He slammed Dave into the bars repeatedly.
Bridge winced a little bit but didn't say anything, crossing his legs on the bench and looking down at the floor. Dave was getting pretty annoying at this point.
"Now, kindly fuck off like I've already told you hundreds of times." Scipio growled, releasing Dave roughly. The guard gathered his bearings and left. "I really hate him sometimes…"
He looked up, nodding. "I'm…I'm sorry for…coming to you last night. I…it's hard to explain."
"You're lonely. Normal people like you are used to human contact. You don't need to explain it." Scipio sat down and closed his eyes, mentally cooling himself off.
"I…" Bridge trailed off. He wasn't used to anyone actually understanding him, letting alone a psychopath like Scipio. "Are you okay, then?"
"Okay? In what sense?" Scipio looked over at Bridge curiously.
"Everything." Bridge blinked. "I…I know you hate Dave, but are…were you okay with me…last night?" Bridge asked in a small voice. "You said I didn't have to explain it, but…were you okay?"
"I mean, yeah. I don't really care that much." Scipio shrugged. "It's none of Dave's business, though."
"Oh. Okay." Bridge leaned back on the wall, still sitting cross-legged on the bench. "Thank you."
"Mm." Scipio nodded, watching the cell door to make sure Dave didn't return. "Dave always wants to test me… and he's always been like this. Even when I first arrived."
Bridge only nodded, glancing over to him. "Was he…was he not lying, though?"
"About what? Honestly, I don't really trust anything he says."
"That…that you like boys," He asked quietly, looking to the ground.
Scipio's face flushed faintly. "I… I don't know. I've never thought about it before, honestly."
Did he…did he just blush? "Oh. Well…well, if you thought about it…what then?"
"Maybe?" Scipio shrugged. "I never bothered to look at people to see whether or not they're attractive."
Bridge nodded lightly. "Okay. Well…okay." He was going to ask if Scipio thought he was attractive - not for any real motive - and then decided he shouldn't.
(Do ittttt)
"How do you know which gender you're attracted to?" He asked, turning towards Bridge.
((Tehe okie))
"Because…because I looked. And I thought boys were pretty, and girl's weren't. At least…I never liked any girls. Not that…they weren't pretty." He looked down, trying to summon at least some courage to ask. "Do you…do you think I'm attractive?"
"Yes." Scipio said simply, without hesitation. There wasn't much expression on his face, and his blush had left by now.
